Absolutely tremendous people. I had an issue with the USPS on delivering my package, so I got their info from the USPS (go figure) who lead me to an address and phone number. I called and spoke to a gentleman who was ready, wiling and able to assist me. Which he did like a true professional.. He called the USPS after we had a brief conversation on the phone about my concerns. Not only did he solve the issue, he asked for and got approval for me to just come by and pick up my order. (Theyre in Clayton, Im in Garner. Sometimes it just works out) Tremendous... I waited 27 days for this package and when I walked in to their HQ, a gentleman told me that my package wasnt in their inventory. Rather than send me out the door disappointed, they stopped their presses to make me my order. And gave me a few free items out of respect for my wait. Absolutely tremendous people...

Highly recommend this company. Robyn went above and beyond to help create a t-shirt for our non-profit. She communicated quickly, provided suggestions, helped with our graphics and presented a quality product.

I ordered the shirts 1 month ago and still have no word on status of the shipment. It seems difficult to get confirmation on shipment from this company. In this day and age, unless there is a production issue with the actual item, getting a package shouldnt take 3 weeks from a local business.

Ive had bad experiences with several local printing companies, but never with EDGE!

If you want some one to be rude to you- this is the place for you. I placed an online order for my child’s PE uniform. Order were supposed to be shipped directly to the school for pick up. Since I didn’t pick up at open house- they returned to items to their store. No one (school or Edge) communicated that the items HAD to be picked up exactly during open house. No one called to say the items could be picked up or shipped. So I went by the school- who gave me a phone number (855) to Edge Promotions that the voice mail is full. Googled their local number- When talking to the ‘owner’ about this he raised his voice, was rude, and argumentative to me as if his company’s miscommunication and poor customer service was my fault. They need to work out their relationship between them and the school and not punish the parents who are in the middle.In addition- when picking up the items- he was in the office talking rudely about other customers. Please take some customer service classes!

From beginning to end every single interaction I have ever had with Edge Promotions has been *stellar*. They always deliver on time and exceed my expectations. Our account rep Alysha is super detail oriented and always very communicative. Shes also just the best. We love her. Not to mention, they are a one stop shop for pretty much anything you could ever need. Banners, Screen Printing, DTG, Sublimation, Embroidery and more. I cant help but comment on the most recent review by someone upset with a lack of communication on the Schools end - but I can *promise* you that the owners of this business are NEVER rude and most certainly do not bad mouth their clientele. They are the epitome of professional.And no - I am not affiliated in any way. Just a super happy customer.

RUN!! This company will screw your order up after it takes 2 months to get to you and then when you return it they will say they are refunding a portion of it, keeping some for Loop Charges but never refund a dime!
