Ive totally changed my positive opinion of Now & Then Consignments. I DO NOT recommend doing business with Suzanne. Short version of a long saga...I consigned 5 framed prints in March 2021. In May, I started contacting Suzanne by calling, texting and occasionally stopping by the shop to ask if any of the items had sold. My calls and texts were ignored. I stopped by the shop three times (May, June, Sept.) but Suzanne could never give me an answer. She did give many excuses usually saying the bookkeeper, who was not in that day, handled those details. Finally on 9/17/21 I stopped at the new shop to collect my prints. Together we searched the rooms and found all but one item, The Orchid print. Of course Suzanne was not able to pay me at that time because the bookkeeper wasnt there. She wrote down my new address, (we recently moved out of the area) and promised to send me a check for $30. She guessed at that amount since she had no record of the sale. As of today, 11/3/2021, Ive not seen a check or heard from her although Ive contacted her since my last visit. I give up and Ive written off the money as a loss. Lesson learned...go somewhere reputable and professional if youre consigning items.

Lovely shop with so many little rooms to walk through. . The woman at counter is so sweet, kind and helpful. She has quite a lovely collection of beautiful things. I cant wait to return!

Excellent selection excellent customer service.

The owner and staff are very polite and helpful. The selection of items changes frequently, which means weekly visits is a must. The quality of the items is not typical of a thrift store and more high end. Stop by and browse a bit. There is a seamstress on site that can do alterations or make homemade outfits.

I have been to this shop a number of times. Each time, I was met with great service and passion from the employees. They are very knowledgeable about the stories of each of their pieces and are more than happy to share. They love having people visit their shop, even if just to browse, and are always getting new beautiful pieces to show. They even take the time to redecorate entire portions of the shop to better showcase the beauty of items. I consider them to be a treasure of the Clayton community and Id recommend them to anyone.

Fabulous store! Its like walking into a treasure trove of wonderful things. Good ol fashioned service liberally laced with southern charm.

This place is beautifully decorated and with some nice and interesting items. But...its extremely overpriced on all items.( I work in the estate sale and antiques business) If you are looking for a very upscale consignment shop, then this is the place for you. If you are looking for a place you can find interesting and vintage items at a reasonable price, you might want to go elsewhere.

Beware of this business. Owner is very anxious to help and seems like she really wants to take your items but doesn’t follow through with what she says she will do. She made appointments 3 different times to pick up my items but she never showed.

I did not have a good experience consigning at this store.
