I go for the salad bar once in a while. Great selections for any combination you want for a salad. Great soup and chili also!

Im not a fan of the chicken kitchen, but the take and bake items that Ive had are really good, and Ive always liked their deli and produce items/variety. They also have a great seafood section.

I ordered a custom 1/2 sheet cake on Thursday night, it was late notice, but the kind young lady (unfortunately I can’t remember her name) took my order and said it would be ready Saturday morning. Well it was ready for me on Saturday morning and it was beautiful and delicious! I will absolutely order cakes here from now on and lots of people complimented at the party saying how great it tasted. I told them to go see y’all when they need a cake! Thank you so much!!

Prices are high, but product s are good.

Nice and clean and well organized but they do not put but one baby breath with the flowers and it makes the flowers look dull and therefore less people would buy them.

I was doing some shopping after I had gotten off work around 5pm on Sept 5th, went in and was harrassed by several other customers. I was so upset I did not buy anything! Even was accused of being all over someone when I was just trying to get some shampoo when I was exiting the store as they tried to bump me whilst they were smoking into the propane! Not an environment I want my family shopping at! If my fellow customers are rude to me just think about how they treat the staff... or even how the staff treat the customers! Absolutely unacceptable!

Lowes supermarket is clean. You can usually find items that you are used to getting from up North. The staff has always been very nice and helpful. Its a bit pricey though.

I usually enjoy this store but today was the worst experience yet. Went to get cemetery flowers from their floral dept because they are beautiful. There was a group there waiting to have a balloon blown up; they had asked for assistance already and I went and asked too. I waited a few then went and grabbed a few things, came back and no one had shown up. Did it again and came back to wait, and ask for assistance again. 30 minutes after my first stop in floral, someone came over and blew up the balloons but had to get someone else to help get the flowers down. Ok finally, I can check out and go home. 1 lane open in addition to self check out! At 5pm. Ill go back again for the flowers, but Ill make sure I have plenty of time to wait when I do.

For. Location is my favorite one to shop at. And they have the fastest curbside pickup.

Stopped here on a Saturday evening while in Clayton trying to find a specific kind of coffee. Didnt have what were were looking for but wound up getting 2 different types. Like thst they have the beer den and a good selection of beer and wine. They also have a decent selection of North Carolina products. Wish they would build one in Fayetteville.

Lowes offers a much different experience than other grocery stores. I like the quality of their products and their amenities but it does cost a little more.

Very busy Saturday afternoon as expected but absolutely no wait in the self checkout line for the win. Good variety of beer 🍻 at the bar. All the aisles were stocked up and neat

New to town.. The deli pulls you right in.. The sushi was amazing.. And those gorgeous plants outside just tell you that you need them.

Store overall is great. I got this beer quite a bit last year and lowes stopped stocking it.A few appeared on the shelf a few weeks ago and the beer was absolutely disgustingly old.Went back to give it another go and found that all of them are old like these were just randomly found in the stockroom one day

Last minute baby shower cake emergency... Was handled when I walked into Lowes food they did a beautiful last minute cake for my sisters baby shower. Forever grateful!!!

Very very upset. I ordered a cake 2 weeks in advanced ...I needed it June 1st, June 1st got here & I got a txt message from the bakery a lady name (Shelia) txted me saying they were out of “cake flavor” & for me to call them asap. What in the world do I need to call if you all do not have the cake I ordered ? This was actually my first time ordering a cake from Lowe’s & I will never in my life go back. My birthday is tomorrow & I’m left without a cake. They absolutely ruined my day I’m so disappointed if I could give this business 0 stars I would. Very unorganized.

Each time I have visited Lowes Food has been great experiences. My family and I have lived in the State of NC for 2 1/2 years. And, find the cashiers/customer service, and other staff to be outstanding at the store. Being Military family, we believe that an individual should be their best selves when interacting with the general public. This store is always neat and clean (all the stores are). Foods, pastries, seafood, and vegetables appears to always be fresh. Great job guys!!

Its nice that they are open 1 hour latter than other grocery stores in the area. A lot of items cost more than other stores. One example Red Barren pizza at Walmart 3.89 . Lowes 4 49. Also I found eggs expired on June 16 th . The date I was at store June 19th.

Always clean and much better selection than most places. A little pricey but they run good sales if you have a member card.

Awesome store with surprisingly great prices on a lot of things. They have a massive wine selection and super fair beer section specializing in domestics, imports and craft beers. This is a really great place to stop by if you need something, they willl definitely have it!

I have been coming here for years and have always had a good experience, however tonight one of your employees went above and beyond for me. I didnt catch his name but the older gentleman working behind the seafood counter who helped me get some shrimp was an absolute doll. He seemed genuinely interested in what I was making for dinner, and put a smile on my face. Definitely made my day, and was a positive light in what is seemingly a dark world right now. Thank you so much for making my day better!

One of my favorite lowes foods locations, most of the employees Ive encountered are very helpful and enjoy doing there job. Also the front cashier ladies who work late nights are extremely friendly . This store is usually very well stocked with essentials and many different meat & food choices. I overall enjoy shopping at this lowes foods location . 😀

A very nice young lady brought my groceries out to me. The order was precise. I have begun to shop at Lowes much more often since the pandemic hit. I love the quality of the food and the customer service is excellent.

This store is usually great but I called the other day to see when the seafood department closed they told me 9:00 and so after driving 30 minutes i get there a few minutes before 8:00 and go to the seafood department and they have already closed everything down Totally Ruined my dinner plans because their Employs Either dont know department hours, or Thank its appropriate to shut down their station an hour early. Total waste of time and gas!! Ive always thought they Where a little too pricey But thought it was worth it because theyre not like other stores But this last experience there has Changed that thought!

Great take out food nice store but some things are a bit pricey

The meat department needs work. Im not sure who is cutting their steaks but clearly, they do not know what they are doing. The past 2 years have been ok at best. I can buy better, cheaper steaks and chx at Walmart. Sad to say, but true.

Favorite affordable grocery store

Finally found toilet paper / paper towels in this store. You needed a payment plan to purchase as the prices were so high. This store doesnt support its locals. This is price gouging. Lowes should be ashamed of themselves and locals should boycott this store. Then the store asked about donating to Raleigh Food Pantry when checking out. Id like to know what the store itself donates to the pantry in the stores response to this review? This store could keep the pantry going for a year based on these paper product profits. I only stop here due to convenience but will avoid in future. Harris Teeter has cheaper prices with higher quality produce and products. While not as convenient, this is where I will be shopping. I found a (2) pack of paper towels at Harris Teeter a couple of weeks ago. Quantity limited but reasonable price. Maybe there are still people/businesses with ethics.

I had a really great experience today here at Lowes foods, did not have a problem finding what I needed. However I will warn you, it is somewhat pricey shopping here. So if youre on a budget, youre better off skipping this store. Theres way too many temptations to buy here.

I love the store! I order lowes to go from time to time, and have experienced quite a wait after receiving notice that my order is ready for pickup. Would love to see a more fluid transaction, but everyone is at least friendly

Great store. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Nice selection in the bakery, but seems like they used to have more choices. Avoid the self check-out lanes-- very obnoxious. Have to rescan and put in the bag over and over. Everything else is awesome!

So, the ONLY reason youre getting 1 star is because I actually like the store. However this is TOTALLY unacceptable! I wanted to post the actual picture thats posted ONLY near the customer service desk stating AT THIS TIME, WE ARE NOT ISSUING REFUNDS OR RAINCHECKS. Which should be RAIN CHECKS. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING. No, I dont understand. That you would allow me to bring all the viruses into your store, even possibly on my money, that you may in turn give to another customer, but wont refund my money for something Im returning! Ill just leave this here because theres no reasoning with this course of action. It makes absolutely no sense. I hope this gets fixed quickly.

Such a very large and nice store. Everything is fresh and arranged beautifully. They have everything from regular groceries to hot to go foods.

Lowes Foods is slowly starting to recover from all of this. Their produce department is looking better. They have always had an awesome bakery department. The meat department is definitely has more of a variety. The employees are always very helpful and nice.

Great variety. Great bakery...very nice people. Wonderful deli, produce and meat. Bathroom always seems to be in a mess. Checkout could use retraining in customer service. Today I used self checkout but had to put a item back as it was not the price shown. The girl in self check out seemed very put out by having to help me.

The store appears clean and well lit but I felt the prices were, generally, higher than I pay at Harris Teeter which I understand is a fairly high end supermarket. There are bargains to be had if one sticks to the store brand. And the cashier I encountered was pleasant. They are one of the few local markets I am aware of that carries a limited selection of fresh olives that are garnished.

Always good prices, great selection and friendly staff. Its my one stop shopping location. I dont have to go anywhere else. Randy and Tony at the Meat Counter always help me pick out the best cuts of meats and seafood.

Very clean and busy on Sunday afternoon. I needed the deli and it was well stocked. There was a man cleaning carts that was nice.

Its a good store people were very helpful, I dont mind shopping anywhere but I know you pay for what you get but when youre paying an extra dollar for things that are just the same thing as they are at Food Lion doesnt make much sense now they have a better variety of things in there and I get you pay for this scenery in the better people and all of that but I mean when you can get dill pickle relish for 99 cent one place and its 299 another place come on

Nice to always find dairy free, vegan, or gluten free products that I enjoy eating. Selection of variety makes it worthwhile as other places have limited options or even none. Its nice to have ice cream, cookies, and deserts once again!

So many choices here. It reminds me of Harris teeter with a little extra. They also have a hot foods section and a small bar. So grab a drink while you shop. Enjoy yourself.
