Transit Automotive won me over. I had an ongoing issue with a fault. I had no success with my regular mechanic who said it was a turbo issue. Kevin diagnosed the problem immediately and had the problem rectified same day. It ended up being a fuel pump issue. Excellent customer service!

Paid good money to have the transit repaired. Only to have the same problem occur. When I took the van back a week later the owner claimed it was a different problem and would not honer his so called warranty. No recommendation here.

One of the NO Systematic workshop, If you go there to service car or do something, Dont expect 1 day can be done..My experience, Normal car service and change Brake Pads，Promise can be done 1 day, waiting 3 hours, after that tell you come back tomorrow...😠😠😠

These guys are very knowledgeable and specialize in Transits, although I had to wait a week to get in, my Motorhome VJ Petrol got a tricky reversing light issue sorted out by the very clever Dennis. He’s the man to see about engine/gearbox issues. Also great that they have many spare parts, including used from their own wrecking yard. Picked up some cosmetic parts and they fitted them too, all very reasonably priced!After heading back towards QLD, I broke down in Narrabri. Stuck, I rang Ronnie and he generously sent the small part (tailshaft bolt) via mail as no one, including local Ford dealer could source it at all. Although I did eventually find the lost part on a local farm myself and could then head off, it was great to let the generous farmer know the small part was coming and he was happy to collect and replace it in his transit.Highly recommended and will always go back for any issues to the Clayton Team :)

I must say that Kevin and his team of professional mechanics did an absolute fantastic job on my 2010 Ford Transit VM.I was there at 09:00am Saturday morning and by 10:30am Kevin and his team had changed the front and rear rotors including pads and also the two rear seals.These guys are amazing I dont normally sit and write reviews but anyone wanting mechanical repairs for a Ford Transit or any vehicle should go and see Transit Automotive first, ask for Kevin.Guys JOB WELL DONE keep the good work up thank u so much.Cheers Tony

Cannot give this business and owner enough praise..!! 100% professional service. Went above and beyond for me. After being told by Ford dealer ( at a cost of $169 for the advice) that i needed a new computer at a cost of $8000 for my Transit which has the Auto Shift Manual in it. Kev the owner sat in my van for not even 5 seconds and diagnosed the problem. He then fitted me in to his busy schedual ( as he stocks parts there as well) .These guys know more about Transits than any Ford Dealer/Mechanic will ever know.!!Kev and his team fixed my van in half a day and i was on the road again...Oh and with an extra $7000 in my pocket. I am from Qld and would drive the distance again to have them work on my Transit.Is you can tell, my van is running like new again when i was contemplating purchasing anothere van.All the best Kevin..!!
