The guys are super friendly and nice. They explain what the problems are, what they need to fix and the costs are always reasonable. They go out of their way to ensure people are happy with services. We have brought our cars to them a few times and have always been happy with the work. Dont bother going anywhere else.

I have been having my vehicles serviced at Integrity for a number of years now. I have found Bill and Kyle to be honest, reasonable and technically competent.Last August 2017, they replaced a water pump on my sons Charger. This month, March 2018, we noticed some loss of coolant and took the car to Integrity. Kyle found that the water pump gasket had failed, which was part of the water pump replacement kit. I took my 2005 Jeep Liberty to Integrity because the front end was acting funny. It was creaking and it wasnt steering properly. The guys took a look at it and worked up an estimate for me. Simply put, the car was dying. They could have easily talked me into getting the work done. I had one of the good Jeeps and I loved that car. It would have been close to $3,000 to get everything I needed done. Obviously it wasnt worth it. With 214,000 miles the guys were very firm about that. They even suggested what kind of car to think about buying as a replacement. I took a chance going to integrity I was new to town and I didnt know where to go I checked the internet and all the reviews were top-notch here.These guys are the real deal. Dont bother going anywhere else. They will have my business as long as Im in Clayton!

I asked neighbors of a good mechanic & this was the place reported to go to. I FULLY agree that not only are the owners of the shop are honest and friendly, they KNOW WHAT THEYRE doing. I forgot to report one issue of my car I needed checked out & sure enough he brought it to my attention when the car was ready to be picked up. I was very impressed. We will definitely be coming back.

I am going to explain in detail scroll down for the TLDR:I recently bought a truck with a non-working a/c. I got the system tested and was informed the compressor was bad. (by a different shop). I purchased a new compressor (not re manufactured), and a kit containing the dryer and orifice tube. I installed the compressor and dryer but when I got to the orifice tube I saw it was damaged and there was metal inside the system. I pride myself on self-reliance but this wasnt something I was going to be able to fix. Integrity auto service was the first shop I went to to inquire about getting the a/c up and running. When I got there and explained my situation they were a little rude ( It was obvious they dont care to deal with people who work on their own vehicles) They suggested I replace the line containing the orifice tube and flush/ recharge the system. I agreed and prepaid for the line and was told they would call when the line is in so they can get it done. The line came in and we set the appointment. I dropped the truck off this morning and they called me a few hours later claiming my truck was ready. I got there, paid the bill then got in my truck to test out my new cold ac! Only to find its blowing hot air still. I went back in and told them its still blowing hot. They then tell me that they were paid to replace the line and recharge the system not to restore the cold air. after a little back and forth I walked outside and ran into the other owner. At this time the first co-owner i talked to inside and starts yelling and cussing at me and that i can f**king leave if i wasnt happy. I paid this shop over $500 to have cold and and they completely conned me. The fact they call the shop Integrity auto is comical. Do yourself a favor and do your due diligence dont just stop by and trust these guys. they will rip you off and not have a problem in the world with it. CON ARTISTSTLDR: had my car serviced by them to restore cold air. they told me what needed to be done and they did it. a/c still blew hot and they basically told me to go f**k myself.

These guys absolutely rock. They know their stuff and helped me out greatly. I took my car to Clayton Tire & Muffler, which is right down the road from Integrity, and spent $1200 on 3 separate trips that wouldnt fix the problem. I later on took it here to Integrity, to find out it had a blown head gasket. It was only $25 for a chemical test and the technician told me any educated mechanic would have done that as a first test. He didnt understand at all why Clayton Tire and Muffler failed to do so. They even took me into the garage to show me the chemical test that they did, and explained to me what it does and why they did it. They are very thorough and very fast too. They said that they had a lot of cars lined up and that hed try to fit me in by the end of the day. Literally not even an hour or so later he called me saying they were done with it. These guys dont mess around. The technician at Integrity even had me show him my invoices from Clayton Tire and Muffler and checked over there work to see what they had done. He was able to inform me that not only were the parts they charged me for not related to the overheating problem, but some of the parts were missing! Some of the parts I got charged for at Clayton Tire and Muffler never got installed! The fact these guys were willing to take time and bring that to my attention for no charge just shows you that Integrity isnt just their name, its their mission. I recommend these guys 100%.

Honest mechanic alert!! Took my work car here to have the front brakes serviced. I asked for a price to replace the front pads and rotors and was quoted over $100 less than the 3 guys on the other end of Clayton. But wait, theres more!! Kyle called me and said the brake pads were fine so he didnt replace them unnecessarily. Saved me even more $ and the car drives and stops great.

Integrity auto is a great place to get you car repaired. They are up front and honest, and Bill and Kyle tell it like it is. Thats hard to find these days. Keep up the good work guys!

Our family members have used Integrity Automotive for years. Its rare to find a mechanic you can trust. You can trust them!I would recommend them to anyone.

I am usually a critical customer, especially when it comes to mechanics, but these guys make it simple when deciding to choose them for working on my vehicles--they are honest, hard working, tell it straight, positive attitude--type of guys! I highly recommend them for whatever work you may need, if they cannot do it at their shop they will let you know how or where to get it done. Usually that isnt a problem because these guys know their stuff and are only limited by the time in the day and equipment available. So, unless you need your turbo-jet engine re-welded, take your car here and know that it will be done right the first time and will be less money out of your pocket because Integrity Auto has just that--INTEGRITY!

Bill and Kyle really helped me out when my 18 year old Saturn quit working. They got back to me quickly after running a diagnostic test, told me what was qrong, what it would cost, and had it done super quick! Thanks again guys! Will definitely go back for any future work.

They never answered the phone

Took my truck there for repair. They gave me an estimate and I agreed to it. When I went to pick it up a couple of days later the final bill was less than half of the original estimate. They did not have to replace one of the parts they originally thought had gone bad. How often does it happen that the final bill is less than the estimate.. Never! But it did at Integrity Auto Services, great job guys,, thanks!!!

Called on a Wednesday, they had me in first thing Thursday morning, looked at the problem, and gave me a straight forward no non-sense quote. I accepted, Kyle gave me a lift home. They called me hours before they said they would to let me know my truck was ready to go. Quick service, fast scheduling, and good people. Looks like weve found our new town mechanics.

I took my car in to Integrity Automotive after it broke down while I was driving it. They were honest, fair, and didnt charge me for anything extra that wasnt necessary to get the car running again. Wonderful service! I took my 10-year-old Honda CRV in due to poor A/C performance and a loud noise when driving. In just two hours they found the problems and fixed them (wheel bearing, low Freon, and air filter change)! Very reasonably priced as well!

I was looking at a 2014 sedan nearby in Clayton and needed a local reputable shop to do a pre-purchase inspection. After some Google researching I found Integrity Automotive with its excellent reviews. I gave them a call and felt comfortable using them. The owner explained he does these inspections like hes doing it for family. Setting the appointment was painless and their shop is really easy to find on US70.These guys did a great job looking over the car and giving me some ammunition to talk down the price from the seller. They charged me the amount they said they would and took a little bit less time to do the inspection than estimated. They discovered some bodywork that an untrained eye (like mine) would never have caught otherwise. They took time to explain the findings and showing me everything worth knowing about. I questioned the seller about the bodywork and whaddaya know, she forgot to disclose it. It wasnt listed on Carfax or Autocheck since the work was handled out of pocket.Integrity saved me headache for sure on this one. Use these guys with confidence!
