Unfortunately because of an unforeseen accident I had to purchase another vehicle. Through my AARP App I found a Chevy Equinox at Frontline Motors. I hadn’t had a car payment in sometime so I was a bit nervous about the whole process. Shelly was great to work with from start to finish and treated me like we were lifelong girlfriends. Adam was able to get me approved and I was on my way in no time. I’ve had the car for a month now and so far so good. It drives great and is great on gas. Excellent business. Bought a Subaru that used to be a show car, runs well, will need better tires soon. They will work with you to get you into the car you want if you have the money, make sure you come with your papers in order and ready to make a deal. The prices are reasonable during a time when prices most places are very high. They sell all kinds of cars, theyre sold as is, and you need to use your head when buying a car from anyone.

Came in about 4 times over a period of weeks and they were understanding every time of my needs. Beautiful interior of a Camry, looked as new, pictures included. My personal mechanic who let me know the car was in great shape with minor oil leaks and other things that come with older cars. Also was allowed to to test drive for as long as I wanted! I was able to get a 90 day engine and transmission warranty included with my purchase due to the month I purchased it in which definitely helped with used car fear! Deana and Shelly went above and beyond and despite visiting many times before finding the right one for me, there is a reason I kept coming back. I also never felt pressured to make a purchase by any of the people I worked with. I knew the entire team by name by the time I left (with a great car).

Go to yelp, or any other review services and you will see numerous reasons why to STAY AWAY from his place. So disappointed with my purchase. I really liked the sales team and hoped I wasnt getting screwed, but DID. After the air fresheners wore off the cigarette smoke smell fills the whole car up nicely. The worst smell ever to a non smoker. The personal belongings of the previous owner and napkins left in glove box, was kind of gross too. Two days after purchasing the car, I was having issues with the car battery just quitting. I spoke with the service department and they had me buy a new battery for the remote. That was not it. The battery cables were BARELY connected. Here we are a few weeks later and I had to have a complete tune up and all new spark plugs. I just wonder if they do ANY kind of maintenance check list on these vehicles before they sale them? At the end of all this I paid more for the car than the original price showed. Buying used cars is so scary and this dealership is the exactly the reason why!UPDATE: We had to have the car towed back to Frontline Motors, because it broke down on the side of the road. They held it for 7 days, with NO CONTACT. They wouldnt answer our calls or return them. We finally received a call back, over $800 worth of work that needs to be done on this vehicle, on top of the $300 I already spent on maintenance 2 weeks after purchase. They did say he would give us a discount, which was laughable,. We shouldnt be paying anything. The dealership should have done a routine maintenance check on this vehicle and they 100% did not. We will be taking further action.

I got an amazing deal on a used Cadillac here. The car has low miles and is a blast to drive. The staff is nice and not pushy at all. This dealership should be a back burner choice. For starters the establishment is very messy and there are two big desk in the room with no privacy. There are two young men that work there and one didn’t even speak to me. I was told to come in to test drive a car and was quoted a certain amount that I would have to put down as down payment. When I got there one of the young men attempted to get me to take a look at the car I called in about, while attempting to close another sale. Literally musical chairs. One on the couch and then when something when bump, we rotated. It was messy. It was extremely rude, and the car that I test drove felt unsafe and was dirty on the interior. Lastly I was told last minute that my down payment needed to be doubled and that there was nothing they could say or do (even after I was quoted). I informed the dealership that I had a ride there and didn’t have transportation due to me being VERY away. I asked if there were any other selections available around my price range and the young man told me to try again tomorrow and that because it was closing time he did not want to take the time out to look at any other options with me. Overall I felt my time was wasted, and I felt very skeptical and mislead. Please do not take these guys’s word over the phone and don’t come around early afternoon. I recommend spending your money else where and not dealing with this folks. I had a very off vibe and the customers that he was juggling between were even having a trouble getting a car they also called in about as well. SAVE YOUR SELF THE HEADACHE and please go somewhere professional where men honor their word. I was able to get approved at a different dealership with a NEWER car and lower payments as well as a down payment.

Terrible customer service, telling lies. My grandsons aunt bought him a truck from Frontline motors after his birthday. He’s not had that truck but about 2 1/2- 3 months. They went fishing on Saturday and his truck literally broke down on him. The frame broke, and it messed up his fender. This is his first vehicle and he was just heartbroken. His aunt called frontline and they told her lies like they would help fix it, to only drag it out a week. They should share in some responsibility in helping to repair this truck. Beware when purchasing from this company.

Horrible service! A family member purchased a truck from this dealership and it was actually rusted completely underneath! The dealership had painted over so it would not be noticed. Within 3 months of purchase the young mans whole under carriage is broken and he will have to completely replace. Called the dealership and they will not own up to the car being bad to begin with!!! No car is going to completely rust out within 3 months of purchase...really guys!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP

Just received these photos from the repair shop after the Tacoma I purchased from these guys was lifted. No way this would have ever passed inspection and Frontline will do nothing to help. Truck was only driven for 1500 miles before the axle broke to reveal rust on frame had been concealed with black paint. Horrible experience.

I recently drove some extra miles to this dealership from Chapel HIll, NC to view a model I was interested in and my time was not wasted. A man named Clay, the sales associate who assisted me and let me test drive that car and another model was EXCELLENT. I am in my 60s and have had jobs in sales myself and I was impressed with Clays good listening, professionalism, knowledge of car mechanics & features and Id say his experience is evident. He doesnt have to put on any slicks and is an efficient communicator. Two other employees I briefly encountered were friendly and supportive.

Dont buy from these guys, put a deposit down on a car, but had a death in the family and had to travel out of state. Unable to purchase, asked for my deposit back. Amazingly all of a sudden no refunds on deposits. Was not made aware of this until now.

My son bought a toyota tacoma from these crooks. The truck had alot of hidden rust that was sprayed over!. A few days ago my son was backing up amd heard a pop. Got and looked his front tire was sticking out from the truck. The rust caused the frame to give out. When the roll back came thats when more rust came following out. So now my son needs a whole new frame. Thank God he was just backing up instead going 50 mph on hwy. I couldve lost all 3 of my kids over this company trying to scam people. DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE CROOKED! Inspect everything 3 or 4 times b4 even thinking about buying here. They are not willing to make it right!
