One employee and he is trying his best!

This store was very expensive and the customer service was terrible. I walked through the entire store 2x and not one time did any one greet me or tell me if i need anything to let them know. i didnt get any eye contact nor any indication that I was even a customer in the store. I had money to purchase and even if I did see something that was not so expensive because of the customer service I would not have purchased. This is the one in Claymont, DE

Amazing experience! Can’t say enough kind words about Carlos. He was very understanding, answered all of my questions and was a delight to work with. Even gave me space to “think about my decision “. NO pressure what so ever. I got an amazing deal on my furniture and it was delivered the same day by very polite professionals. Definitely recommend shopping here.

Beautiful furniture, reasonable prices.

The hours that this store are open is very good. I just walked in and customer service was great, the store is packed with a verity of nice things and there’s a slue of product to pick and choose from if you’re looking for a particular style of home décor. They tried to work with us with prices since this we were looking for something particular. But overall, I’d come back.

Only giving 1 star cause I have to to leave a review. We stopped in here a couple weeks ago & the one employee was on his cell phone. He acted inconvenienced that a customer was in the store & even aggravated when I asked for prices, that werent listed. The prices in this store are ridiculously high! Theres isnt a great selection either. Save Youre time & dont even bother!

Me and my husband visited this furniture store on 2/14/20 for my V-day gift. I wanted new couches....Carlos was the one to take care of us. we picked a sectional we saw on the display floor. Carlos asked us what side we wanted the sectional to have the outer piece on because the only one he had in stock in the warehouse was the same model as the one they were displaying on the floor. Since I wanted my couches ASAP we agreed in getting the same model as the one that was on the display floor. Carlos said that was perfect because that was the one they had in stock in the back.( We also purchased a bed for our kids that we liked. which was also damaged by their workers when they mounted the bed. They split the wood. anyways.... no big deal.) We set our delivery day for that following Monday (Presidents Day) and when they came to deliver they first brought my bed and two carpets we had also purchased. ( a total of about 1,700 was spent).When they took the first piece of furniture out I noticed they had wrapped it up in clear plastic... that was the first flag. Long story short, they wrapped up the display couch and brought to my house and made it seem that it was a BRAND NEW couch. I called the store and spoke to Carlos and informed him that the couch was the same couch we saw on Display and not BRAND NEW. He LIED and said that it was indeed a new couch but that someone accidentally opened it at the warehouse. LOL. He really thought I was a fool! the point of the matter is they tried to sell me a used couch as NEW and if I didnt call them out on their BS they wouldve stuck me the USED couch. Then I contacted MARIE which is the store owner and he is just as bad as Carlos. He totally denied the couch being the display couch. But what a coincidence when I went to visit the store that same Monday the display of my couch was gone.... that means that was the same couch they delivered to my home. I was LIVID!!!! I WILL NEVER EVER EVER BUY FROM ANY OF HIS STORES AGAIN. BY THE WAY THEY HAVE ANOTHER STORE IN NEWPORT BY THE SAME OWNER!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND, SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH HONEST PEOPLE. Not people that only care about their commission and not a happy customer !!!!!!!!!!

Fast service and quick delivery. Manager was very helpful. I told him what I wanted and he quickly showed me items that fit what I was looking for. My furniture was delivered within the hour.
