All 5 stars because for the second time they didnt let me down for exactly what I needed. Pep Boys was out of this item and also seems to be cutting back on stock as well. 20amp mini fuses and grabbed them in largest quantity they had. Spares just in case. Theyve got a good selection of things to customize your car, it seems. Though I did just come in for a sun screen but Ill definitely return if I need anything else for my car.

The guys here were real friendly, professional, and helpful. Changed my battery and when I returned a steering wheel cover that I didn’t think fit, one of the guys came out and asked if he could try to put it on for me and took care of it. I’m pretty sure he was on his break and took the time to offer to do it. It was very thoughtful.

I was traveling to see relatives in Maryland from Philadelphia for the first time in over a year and as luck would have it my windshield wiper goes on the blink during the very rainy Memorial Day weekend. I had to pull off #495 to figure out where I could get a replacement. Then I found Autozone. I cant tell you how pleased I was with their service. I was all stressed and they were as calm as a cucumber. They even came out in the rain to snap off the old and snap on the new wiper. The whole experience couldnt have been easier. Thanks to their wonderful service. If I ever (and I hope I dont) am in the area and in need of service or a part, I know where to go!! Thanks Ladies!!

Stopped there today for a fuel filter forg dad and was helped by manager James. Let me start by saying this man is super amazing. Was quick to see what I needed halp with found the product and check me out. Also very friendly with my 4 year old who was there with me. James keep up the good work. This man is an asset for this store!!!!!

Just stopped in at the Claymont, DE store for a replacement brake light bulb and to drop off some old oil for recycling.Eric, came out with his tool kit and helped me determine that it was just a loose bulb and didnt need a new one. Great service, thanks to him and kudos to Autozone. My pup dog was with me and liked the service too !Bill

Only 2 people in working I guess and 1was on the computer.i couldnt get someone to the register to pay for what I wanted so I left and bought it on Amazon. So much easier.

I had the pleasure of encountering James, the store manager Eric and 2 other associates whose names I have forgotten. The first person did a diagnostic for me. James printed out the codes and Eric helped with selecting the proper anti-freeze for my vehicle. Very friendly people.

Joe and Jayden noticed me walk in and acknowledged my presence. I was asked is there anything I can do for you and I actually stated that I came in earlier about my motorcycle battery and they was charging it for me. They went and found the battery and had bad news. The battery didnt fully charge and was stuck at 45% after two hours. I found myself a little down at that news, but they encouraged me by looking for coupons or a deal that could help satisfy and uplift me. They found me a coupon and I was able to walk out of there with a new battery and my head held high. I then realized this was exceptional service and went back to get both of their names and I think at that moment they also felt good because I think they knew I was going to leave a good review. Thanks again Joe and Jayden I wish I experienced your customer service skills and empathy everywhere I shopped especially in this pandemic.

Great guys work there they ordered a part for my car happy with the service

The staff was rude at moments and not helpful. I asked a question regarding the blue paint that was factory issued to the year make and model of my car and was told that Honda didnt use that color, when i showed they did the employee rolled their eyes and said well they shouldnt have. Employees excluded This store was still less than welcoming and didnt have as good of a selection as the other Auto Zones near by.

Employees are way too comfortable here, on they phones in the store and on they phones WHILE checking my car engine light reading. cursing, very unprofessional like they arent at work. texting and looking up when a customer walks in would be one thing, but to sit here out of uniform and have his phone on speaker while in my car is a whole other level of not caring what the customers think. its time to clean house and get some professionalism standards back in the workplace.

I came into the store today and couldnt enter without walking past an employee that was smoking no more than 2 feet from the entrance door. I almost hit him with the door as I opened it. On top of it, all of the employees in the store had their masks around their chin. I normally enjoy coming to this location but will be going to other stores in the future.

Then I come in a week later and they are no longer there but replaced by arrogant workers who act as though they own the store. There is usually a 2 or 3 people behind register but only 1 person is actually working... And it is not the mgr on duty. They will point to an isle to find item...often out of stock or not on shelf properly or expired sale price sticker price not honored. Store needs new and better leadership

I wish I could leave a better review, but my experience on July 11th at 9pm was less than stellar. First off, let me give kudos to the young lady (Laura, I believe) who helped me. She was a new(er) red shirt and was friendly and tried to be as helpful as possible. My issue was her manager who sat literally slumped down in a chair, behind the counter, glued to his phone. He looked up at me once, when I came in, that was it. It was very obvious the poor girl was struggling to find answers for me, while he sat silent and said NOTHING. She said to me Im sorry, a mechanic may have better answers than I would, which I COMPLETELY respect rather than BS some answer. She will never succeed with that type of lazy leadership This store seriously needs better manager(s).

Needed to change the front and rear wiper blades on my Ford, Transit Connect. Stopped into Autozone in Claymont DE for the parts. Sales associate, Andre was super helpful. He stepped outside to my truck to make sure i was purchasing the correct size wipers, then he installed the new wipers! It would have taken me some time to figure the attachments, however, Andre apparently has replaced wipers before and took care of the install in 10 minutes. Thats great service.

They tried to sell me a back wiper blade that they knew they didnt have. Kind of wasting both our time when I had to go to Pep Boys anyway after killing 20 min or more. Should have been happy I bought the front blades from them.

I went here because the have bosch icon wiper blades, I had a torn wiper blade,, and they are close to my work. They would not match the price from Pep Boys because even though you pick it up and pay for it AT the store the 20% off price had to be ordered online. I bought it Pep Boys without ordering it online. Sorry Auto Zone but 40$ at Pep Boys beats your 50$ for the same exact Bosch Icon wiper blades. This customer service is why Pep Boys, Advance Auto, Walmart, Napa, and Amazon will get my business before you do.
