Worst management I’ve seen in some time. The guy that was running the place had a terrible attitude and shouldn’t be allowed to continue.

I have always liked CVS however lately there prices are outrageous unless its on a big sale or good coupon. Since coronavirus they never have Diet Pepsi either.

Horrible people and very unpleasant. They say they close at 7:30. I was 5 minutes pass my 6:50 pm appointment and they had already closed. And my tardiness was do to traffic. But they dont care. Stood there and talked to me when she could have just addressed my concern. They wont be open long at this rate. And she could have left her attitude in the office she was sitting in

Seriously the worst CVS location in metro Detroit. Covid testing and Minute Clinic staff are rude and unprofessional. Go to any other CVS location and you will get 1,000% better service.

I have had many visits to this pharmacy location (14 Mile and Crooks Roads) and the friendliness and service is The BEST of any other similar place. You cannot walk-in the front door and make it back to the pharmacy area without someone welcoming you and greeting you with a Big SMILE!👍👍👍👍👍

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GETTING A COVID TEST HERE!I made an appointment and after waiting behind drive up with no appointment and possibly no insuranceonly 2 cars ahead of me I finally tapped out after 25 minutes.Tried to cancel appointment when I got home...same BS...this time automated loop no customer service.Told BCBS not to pay for no show.,....another 20 minutes

Great atmosphere and clean store. The lady on the floor was friendly, and respectful.

Very incompetent staff all the way around rude unknowledgeable especially in the pharmacy.

Store consistently disorganized and messy. Best experience at the pharmacy is when the staff barely speaks; for 1 or 2 exceptions, the pharmacy is miserable to deal with.Front end not so much; generally under staffed (pre-covid) and long wait times, but staff is generally nicer in the front, so that’s why 2 stars not 1

I dont know if the issue here lies with corporate or the staff but Im getting frustrated with CVS. They keep sending refill requests to my Dr without checking to see if I have a script for the same dose that can be filled on file. They tell me theres no system in place to prevent that. So Im forced to contact the pharmacy, tell the tech to cancel the calls to the Dr, look at my profile, find the prescription and then fill it. Im currently looking into utilizing a mail order service. I thought going to the cvs by my house would be convenient but its only been a headache.

Was in this store this afternoon. I was looking at the magazines in the back of the store. 3 employees came out of their back room on their way out of the building. 2 of the 3 employees had no mask on. They were laughing and talking loudly. At the front checkout, the young man put his mask with his gloved hands as I approached. Now he has contaminated hands. I put my purchases on the counter and left. Too bad that the CVS employees have so little concern for their customers.

I have gone to the Troy, Michigan CVS on 14 mile road for nearly 10 years. Today is the last time I will patronize that location. The pharmacist on duty was rude and unhelpful, and the manager, Tara, after I spoke to her and came to the store in person, claimed she couldnt help because the pharmacist wasnt being rude now.I understand that staffing is not always ideal, but to have a store with a rude and unprofessional pharmacist, no pharmacy manager and a store manager who wont manage her staff is unacceptable on any day. In a market as competitive as retail pharmacy, this is how you fail as a company; by allowing your customer service to be so poor.

I like to shop at this store especially. The employee here very friendly. I frequently visit this store to buy various stuff that needed urgent. This store has amazing helpful staff.

Good for make up and accessories. Decent gift card selection. Quick in and out.

The pharmacy pick up is SO SLOW.

Long lines most of the time. Hard to get help when you need somethingAppointments for flu shots mean nothing, you still wait with the rest 30 or so... pharmacy seems overwhelmed

The people at CVS are very nice, even in the Pharmacy. I dont have any trouble getting anything any of my medicines.

Posted hours for the pharmacy both outside and inside the store are until 9pm. Arrived at 8:45 to find the pharmacy closed. Not very happy.
