Message them on Facebook about a car that was looking to purchase they send me the address and told him I was on my way they were only about 10 minutes away from where I was get there and tells me the car sold. Nice way to waste people’s time they should have at least told me that they had some one else looking at the car I learn my lesson definitely won’t be doing business here

Top notch service!!!After placing a call and scheduling an appointment for next Monday, I was able to speak to Bob over the phone who politely and without a problem changed my appt to an appointment on Saturday so I did not miss an opportunity at a vehicle Id been looking at. Upon arrival we were met by Kim, he is a very nice gentleman and was very straightforward with a few minor issues they were touching up on the Jeep. I can guarantee that these people will not sell you a lemon. The Jeep I was looking at was in great condition, and the price was very reasonable. As I stated they will not let the vehicle go into your hands with any issues that they know of. Very professional. Definitely the type of people you WANT to do business with. Test drive was great. I just bought my dream car from them and the whole experience was amazing. Even after I failed to qualify for financing they still worked with me until I finally got what I wanted. They are more than willing to help you get the car you want and on top of that all the cars on the lot are in perfect condition. My husband loved my car so much that he is going to get his from there too. So definitely check this dealership out first before you go anywhere else, you will not find better customer service than right here.

Purchased a used vehicle from these amazing individuals.I started by inquiring on a Facebook Ad they had posted. They were extremely responsive and helpful on the ad.I then called them to negotiate an offer, as I was a two-hour drive away, and they were happy to come to an agreement over the phone and hold the vehicle while I drove to them.It was slow when I arrived and everyone there was extremely friendly and welcoming. I couldve stayed the day chatting with them if I didnt have other things to do. They were just very morally sound, friendly, and interesting individuals.The vehicle has been great since my purchase which was about 3 months ago. I wanted to give it time before I posted to ensure everything went well, and it fully has.We were purchasing because our prior vehicle had been totaled in an accident from another driver and the whole process was a nightmare. Did an online application for a small auto loan. 3 Days and no return phone call. Tells me I’m not approved. Mind you I have cash to purchase the vehicle outright, updates the website and then increases the price by 2,000. Unorganized with very little communication skills. Trash 🗑
Absolutely the best car buying experience weve ever experienced!! We were looking for a car for our 16 year old daughter and bought an 06 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The entire process was so pleasant, Ami was wonderful. Everyone in the office made you feel like family. They were honest and totally went above and beyond what they needed to do. Very pleasant salesman/owner. He listened well, I felt he answered questions honestly, and didnt try to pressure a sale. they had an SUV that is on my list of desirable vehicles, but I was told no, that one is going to wholesale. It has too many issues. Hardly see a used car salesman do that.The office was not a stereotypical used car sales office... it was nice and home like. In the end, the product he had may not meet my needs. If it does, I will make a purchase with confidence.

Ive never had a more enjoyable car buying experience, mainly thanks to the staff! I actually live in Wisconsin, but had been wanting a Jeep Wrangler for over 6 years. The time finally came when I could afford one, however I was on a fairly tight budget. I looked all around the midwest for one, and found several within 500 miles of me that fit my requirements. The one that Clawson had posted looked almost too good to be true-Price was lower than expected, it had everything I wanted and more. I called to verify details and ask about condition/rust as it was a 2011. If anything, they made it sound like it was in worse shape than it was. In actuality, it was far better than described. When I arrived, the entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming-the exact opposite of what I had come to expect from car dealerships. I took the jeep for a test drive, and they encouraged me to take as long as I wanted-In fact after I got back they said repeatedly I was welcome to take it for another or inspect it as much as I wanted. When I decided to purchase, they discovered that the price was posted incorrectly on their website and it was supposed to be over $1,000 higher and couldnt be sold for less-out of the price range I refused to go over. I was understandably upset, but they not only honored the posted price, they gave me a discount for my distress over the error. Its been almost 2 months and 9,000 miles since my purchase (I drive a lot), and the jeeps still running perfectly. Without hesitation, I would buy from them again!
Very friendly experience. No pressure. Excellent communication. I’ve been looking for a car for some time now and seen multiple listings for the car I was interested in. I initially found the car on cargurus. And made contact on their Facebook marketplace post. Quick response. I made arrangements to meet the next day. They had the car prepped for me to check out pretty much when I arrived. Ami greeted me and was very informative with key history details with the car I was interested. Took it out for a lengthy drive and once everything checked out. Starting the process of purchasing the car. Last time I purchased a car it took a whole afternoon. But with Ami I was finished within a hour. Unfortunately with the state restrictions some things took a little longer. But we still finished in a timely manner. I highly recommend shopping here. They have a nice selection and great employees. It was a great lasting experience. Probably the reason I made the effort to write a review. Very happy with my 2010 Acura TL.

My son just bought a hummer from there(as is warranty)I took it to my mechanic who pointed out painted over brake line cover ups etc.i did advise the sales lady what was found.the purchase was made anyway.in 2 weeks time the breaks went out.$2000.00 to repair after shelling out $18,000.00 cash for it.my mechanic had said no more than $15,000.00 he would pay.i ran that by sales lady too.He said dont trust used car dealers.

Didnt follow up with me like they said they would to an inquiry I had.Update to below reply.. I was told that the cars werent detailed or cleaned to help keep costs down for the customer...
Staff were very friendly at first but when I wanted to talk about the price of the vehicle none of them wanted to talk to me. Also mentioned I was concerned about credit as the previous dealership I worked with a few years ago over pinged my report. Clawson auto did not over ping my report but they mishandled my application and gave me a quote for the entire car rather than the portion I applied for.
They respond to calls quickly and are informative. Very low pressure and let their cars speak for themselves. It is a down to earth atmosphere with a family vibe and they will do their best to meet your needs. Very kind and friendly.

I had been looking for a car for over two months when I came across a car an hour away and after the terrible experiences I had with the fly by night dealerships I decided what could it hurt to go up and look at it. I called to inquire about the car and Bob White answered the phone and I knew from bad experiences I had the right guy on the phone. I could just tell he was a straight shooter, so I found the right guy but did he have the right car?I was concerned the car might be gone by the time I got there and Bob assured me if he knew I was coming it would be held until I got to look at it. The car was everything he said it was and more and I got to meet his brother Kim in the process who is a no frills tell the truth kind of guy just like Bob and I gotta tell you what a hoot these guys are! I have never ever had so much fun buying a car!! They welcome you in and they make sure you know their history, theyve been in the biz a long time. It is a family run business and the warmth you would expect is definitely there.I ended up leaving extremely happy and still am. I got one heck of a car for a way more than fair price. Im telling you, just watching the two brothers go back and forth and hearing their stories is worth the price of admission alone! I hit a deer and totaled my car, was browsing for another car on the web, I figured if I’m gonna have a car note, I’m gonna get something that I really love.There it was, my favorite car, a red hard-top convertible BMW. I immediately clicked “save” on the web site, and Ami sent me a message within the hour letting me know all about the car, and to contact her when I was ready to purchase.Ami sent me pictures of the car using her own personal phone, she didn’t pressure me, or try and convince me that the car wouldn’t be there long, a salesman tactics other dealers would try.For about three weeks Ami kept in touch, she would send messages asking how things were going, and to let her know if she could do anything to help me get the car of my dreams.When I was finally ready, Ami informed me that I could just fill out the credit app from home, and didn’t have to drive the two hour trip.Ami helped with any questions about the app I had, and called me with the best news I could imagine, approval!!!There was a sticky situation when I needed updated information for the finance company, but there was Ami again, helping me figure out what to do.I can’t say enough good things about her, she even gave me a hug when everything was finalized.Thanks to the entire staff at Clawson Auto Sales, and especially Ami Lehman, the entire experience was fantastic, I would highly recommended buying from Clawson.

I thought everything was going well. Test drove the vehicle. Then filled out an application. I was told I would hear back within 24 hours. Nothing. I had to get ahold of them. They kept saying they needed more information. Waited a week. Got ahold of them, they still said they were waiting for approval. Then the car gets sold today! Thanks for wasting my time!
Im 18 years old and stopped in to look at the 09 Cadillac CTS and the sales man treated me like a kid was really unprofessional! He pretty much told me go get your parents and come back like I wasnt the one looking to buy the car overall terrible experience. Also the sale associate didnt even go into details about the car just told me the miles.
