I have visited this location several times. The staff is always helpful and friendly.I generally do not have a high demand for auto parts other than air filter wiper blades etc.This is my go-to place

This girl named natalie is a scam artist. I tried to return my brakes to get a different set because the one I ordered were wrong. Instead of trying to help me she decided to lie and say I can’t return them because it’s “missing clips”. The box it’s self mention nothing about these “clips”. so I decided to go to another AAP and they had no problem refunded me my money for the brake pads. If you gotta get car parts go to auto zone.

The guys here really wanted to help me, and I really appreciate their help.My issue was the battery, they checked it, charged it and finally replaced it for me after some troubleshooting. They had to go and pick it up for me from another location.This is a real customer service!I’m very happy to have such a nice people & service, and will always come here - even if it’s far from my home.

My husband went in to buy a part and they said if it doesn’t work they’ll take it back n give him his money back and then when my husband went to return the part cause it didn’t work. They would only give him $30 backs but not $130 he spent for the part.

They ordered the Battery for my 2010 Ford escape. And it came in at noon the next day. They also tested the battery on my 2017 Ford escape that had been dead for three months and found it to be about 80% efficient.

Advance Auto parts was extremely helpful, I bought coolant and an obd 2 scanner. The service was quick and cheap, however, I almost bought the wrong coolant until the manager came over and verified that one of the employees had chosen the wrong type. Overall it was a good experience and I will be going back. Just know exactly what you need to get before you go in.

Im a frequent to all of the standard Auto Parts stores nearby. This seems to be somewhat of a satellite location from my perspective. Typically, unless your vehicle is current gen or under 5 yrs old, they will have to order supplemental parts (i.e. they have 3/8 of the spark plugs you need, they have the pads but only one rotor, etc.). This is not to disparage the staff, however. This has to be one of my favorite locations staff-wise; most if not everyone is knowledgeable, efficient, and tactful in their approach. Sometimes I can chit-chat, other times Im in a hurry. Im never hung up with these guys in a rush, and dont feel rushed to leave. I really just wish they had all the stock I need! LOL

The guys here were great when I came in with questions regarding my Jeep. I decided to replace my own radiator. They made sure I had all my parts and pieces before I left. Definitely my go to auto parts store from now on.

Sent my wife here to get a power converter for camping for the coffee maker, the sales rep convinced her and swore it would power anything! Especially a coffee pot. Well he was wrong, it wont power anything except a air pump. I would not suggest this auto store because they do lot seem to know their products at all, and when I called to ask about return, the little man who answered the phone was completely RUDE!
