Idk who our guy is it alternates but every single week theres a problem. They didnt get our rags for almost a month never brought clean ones. They forget the soap and supplies. Were always missing uniforms. And recieving other companies uniforms. We had one guy at a company on the otherside of clarksville uniforms for a month. We told our rep and it sat there. I personally had to make arrangements for the poor fella to get his uniforms. Never had these problems with the Nashville guy and he had literally over 10x the employees to serve. Wouldnt recommend to anyone sadly. I get mistakes happen but its the same ones week after week..

Brandon is so awesome! He is always happy and polite when he delivers to us. He always makes sure we have everything we need and everything is in great condition! Brandon is always a joy to see and talk to!

Recently hankook in clarksville tn had just switched to this uniform company and it has been 3 weeks without a uniform. After multiple attempts to contact someone to right the situation there is nothing but excuses and empty promises. Instead of apologizing and working to right the situation. Horrible customer service and would advise against using this company.

A great CSR is what will ALWAYS give a company a great name and my rep Rick Jones does just that. For a year now Rick has done a phenomenal job of taking care of our uniform and supply needs at the Paducah Sun Newspaper. Rick makes sure I get any billing questions answered, keeps the employees uniforms organized, and keeps tab on supplies as well. He provides professional service one would expect from a professional service provider such as Unifirst.
