This home depot location is closest to my business. Im here 3-4 times a week. The guys and gals at the customer service desk are the best! I try to stay away from the Contractor register because the woman there is the polar opposite of the great service I get at the front entrance! this location needs good employees as often I see tumbleweeds instead of orange shirts in the isles while looking for help!!!

When able to find an employee, they were super nice and helpful. The stock/outdoor department employees were extremely helpful!! Those 2 men deserve acknowledgement for going above and beyond helpful!

I ordered some blocks to pick up at the store. There was three people loading them for me andI just wanted to mention their names because they were quick efficient and very friendly. Thank you so much! Sean, W.William and especially Walter who had loaded them all the first time that I picked up blocks as well.(I hope I spelled the names correctly)

The store always clean but getting someone to smile and help is almost impossible. But today I did had a really nice lady ask me if I needed help. Sorry to say she was a out side vendor but she did offer me help .

Its been an excellent experience with these people. Were renovating a historic building in Scottsburg to use as a music store. I wouldve given 5 stars, but the fact that Home Depot gives money to Planned Parenthood, something we werent completely sure about it before, changes things. They kill nearly a million babies yearly for no good reason.

Store has very few employees, but even with their lack of employees their customer service is still too notch. Needed to get a tool and they had to call someone from another department to help me. The employee came right over and had excellent customer service. Thank you Hector, I appreciate your assistance.

Plexiglass is outrageous in price I needed a 2ft X 3ft piece to cover a very loose drafty bathroom window in my apt. And to my extreme surprise it was priced at $45 on my way out of the store I was in the lighting aisle and noticed that plastic covers for the florescent fixtures for drop ceiling lights and guess what they were only $15 so you already know what I used and saved $30

DO NOT use this location to rent a Penske moving truck. There is little communication between the two. We were charged over $3,000 by both companies and cant get our money back because Home Depot has no clue on how to run this. We were told that they couldnt figure out how to refund our money so we should dispute it on our card. We did but then Home Depot challenged it.Edit: I had to find the right person at Penske ( which took multiple calls and a negative review) and showed them the double charge. They had to contact Home Depot and send the proof and I finally got my refund. Home Depot could not/would not help us when we contacted them originally and denied the dispute from the credit card company.

This place is a CIRCUS. They never have anything in stock. Never answer the phone. The website (with the specific Clarksville location) will say they have items in stock but once you get there they don’t. The workers can’t tell you when it’ll be in stock again or bother to help you solve the problem AND their plants look like a llama’s lunch. Pitiful. Guess I’ll just have to make a longer trip to the State Street one GET IT TOGETHER CLARKSVILLE

As Home Depots go, this one is actually fairly nice. Its clean, friendly staff thats super supportive, self-checkout technology is actually up-to-date which is highly irregular for most major chain stores, but a welcome surprise. They also actually use flasher properly when moving objects with the forklift which is, sadly, not common among our local Home Depots. Other stores Im constantly dodging forklifts, but here I can actually see it coming safely.The selection and provided services are similar and on-par with most other stores in the area. Their lumber is okay. I wouldnt call it top notch by any means, but Ive definitely seen worse. You just have to vet your boards properly before buying. The service desk is quite quick and knowledgeable to be able to help you do returns, place orders, or find items.The one negative Ill have to give is the outdoor selection in the summer. Its not uncommon to find damaged, sick, or mislabeled plants. You have to really sort through their selection and be picky.I have not had a chance to use the contractor desk firsthand yet, so no comment there.

Home depot is Awsome!!!! All the employees will either help you or leave you alone so you can wonder around aimlessly.

Hard to find help, especially help that cats to help you. Better selections at lowes and Menards one street over anyway.

My husband went to return a floor sander that we had rented from there, one of the men that was working at the store literally yelled at my husband for how dirty the machine was and for not emptying the bag of the machine. Little did this man know that we didnt end up even using the sander!! My husband had our 5 year old son with him and the Home Depot worker continued to berate him about the machine, completely unprofessional. We are building a house and have been to this Home Depot many times before, but will NEVER be back.

I was looking for some home appliances. They only had one lady waiting on customers. There were 3 or 4 couples waiting. Several of us just walked off. Seems to me there would be more help there on Saturday afternoon when its nice outside.

Standard Home Depot. Some prices are better than others. Help is hard to find sometimes, but happy to lend a hand when tracked down.

Was looking for gutter nails. One staff member told me what idle. When I got there, two staff members told me they were in another idle. When I couldnt find them I returned to the where the two staff members were and they simply ignored me. Guess they were planning a date.

Went there for several items. Staff was available to ask if I needed help.Did get assistance to load items in my car without waiting. Got everything but one item they do not carry. Good service and products.

Trash.Very disappointed in the shipping.Wood was cracked and screws didnt mach the holes.the directions where trash too the product was not labeled(a,b,c)Even when I tried without direction it wont work because the holes where incorrect!!!!!

My sump pump was going out so I did some research on the best pump to buy. The Home Depot carried the Everbuilt sump pump with a high rating and a good price. I ordered it online and picked it up 2 days later. The pump runs great and was easy to install.

Has some stuff at a fair price. But dont expect product to be in inventory for what you need. They may claim to carry 20-40,000 SKUs, depending on the store, but dont expect product on the shelf to back that up.

I love this store but today was not their best day. I went for a warranty claim and was abruptly turned away and told we dont do that here and the employee walked away. Well, my warranty information says to return the item to the nearest Home Depot for replacement or, at their discretion, refund by way of gift card. I walked out with neither.REVISION: I pulled together a printed copy of the warranty information and tried again. This time the employee at the returns desk knew what was going on and immediately refunded my money. This was apparently a problem with an untrained employee and not a company policy thing. Raising my rating from one star to four stars.

We had the best experience at Home depot in Clarksville Indiana. We have went to multiple places for paint and did not have the same experience. I did not get the ladys name who works in the paint department but she was very knowledgeable about the paint and so friendly. I highly recommend going here for paint!

I called them today because i was needing to rent a trailer. I was unfamiliar with there policies regarding renting tools. The person i talked to told me i could return trailer to any home depot cause there inventory was nation wide. So i drive 2 hrs to Clarksville to rent the trailer only to then be informed that i gotta return it to same store. Manager informed me that theres nothing they can do. Called customer service and was told they understood my frustration but couldnt do anything about it. Home depot has lost my business and my families business for life. This is an establishment that cares nothing for there customers. They costed me over 100 in gas money, plus four hours of my time and cared nothing about trying to make it right with me. I work hard for my money. Only to let the company i trusted for years to take it from me. This is how much they appreciate a loyal customer.

If youre allergic to perfumes and colognes so not go here. Its so bad I have to stay in the car. The elderly mustnt be able to tell they have on all the perfume in the world, with dulled senses and all..... The store itself is just fine. Too bad I cannot tolerate being there.

The stores delivery services are a rock-solid one of five. Home all day. No phone call. No delivery. The driver said I was unavailable. Good luck pulling the same garbage tomorrow.UPDATEDay 2 of my being held hostage waiting for this delivery was worse than yesterday. After being promised by Ethan that the vanity would be delivered no later than 2 p.m. today, it is now 7:15 p.m., Home Depot wont even confirm whether or not the vanity was placed on a delivery truck today, and now theyre promising to pull one out of inventory and have it here by 8 p.m.Bottom line, their word is worthless and your time is worthless to them.

The Home Depot in Clarksville is not helpful when it come to ordering items online. We placed an order for doors first week of August. The doors were supposed to be here sometime between 8/26 and 9/4. No one can tell us where the doors are or when they will be here. Ive called, visited and still nothing. Our doors are MIA. The home depot has offered no resolution and has horrible customer service.

Our online purchase pickup was very easy and everyone we came into contact with was very courteous. The store was very neat and clean and well stocked.

Outside pickup took 8 minutes, great.

Employees don’t wear masks. If I am respectful enough to wear a mask for THEIR SAFETY, the company should require masks for their customers’ safety. No social distancing standards. This place was flat-out gross. Cases are rising in Clarksville yet no precautions?
