My pilot light went out on my water heater, called Kenny Pipe and spoke with Casey and got the part I thought I needed the same day. After installing it still did not work and I called Casey back. She went above and beyond to help me get the part I needed so I did not have to call someone to come and work on it. As a single mom, calling for home repairs is not something I look forward to and always try to fix things myself to save money. After 3 long hot days with no hot water, a lot of blood, sweat, and tears, and the help of Casey, I was able to get it fixed myself and take a hot shower! This is the kind of customer service everyone hopes for and does not always find. I appreciate her help so much!!

Amazing customer experience with Kenny Pipe & Supply! After 3 trips to Lowes and 2 trips to Home Depot, I was nearing the end of my rope to understand what parts I needed to fix my water heater. They took the time to look at some cell phone pictures and the old hose, figure out the custom setup, and build a part that would fit into the system. I am blown away by the knowledge and personal attention I received here. There is no question for me that this will always be my first stop for any future needs.

Im a Real-estate agent and had a seller that needed a toilet tank lid. When I called to order one they said they had one they could give me from a broken toilet.
