Getting BR while on deployment was awesome. Having this shop here is really awesome. The coffee is great. The staff is super friendly. The atmosphere is not your typical Starbucks or dunking its defently a good place for a cup of Joe.

As an Afghanistan and Iraq veteran I walk in here and feel right at home. Didnt realize they had a brick and mortar establishment. Love it. Coffee, food and service was good. I loved the music and videos playing on the TV. Pretty awesome. DOL.

Really flavorful coffee. All the merch is cool and lots of comfortable chairs. The wifi was plenty fast to get some work done .

So happy to visit a BRCC store! Clean, swift service, delicious coffee, polite employees!The drive-thru was packed and the line inside was 5+ people long, and I didn’t wait 5 minutes to be waited on or receive my drinks. The cashier was super sweet, saw my military ID when I went to pull my card out for payment, and applied a discount.You can also purchase merchandise in this store too. Coffee, shirts, etc. Love supporting BRCC and other Veterans; we order their coffee online and will be visiting every shop we come upon.

This place is really cool and it’s great how it is dedicated to our brave military members. It’s like Starbucks but with guns. Love their little swag shop. Drinks are great and wifi is free.

This place is legit!!! Hands down best nitro coffee I’ve had at any coffee shop. Oh and it’s just got a cool vibe inside.

Firstly their pup cups are some of the best Ive seen! Overall the coffee shop is very nice and they have a dont selection and decent service.

The BRC is by far a first class organization. The proof began with the early morning wait. It was well worth the entertainment and partaking in fellowship with those who are serving this great nation and those have who served. Finally, being one of the fifty to receive a Yeti 20 oz Rambler and challenge coin...

Black rifle coffee. If you do not understand that this is an immediate 5 star, you need to go grab a cup.The support they have for military & first responders is my second reason for loving them.

I’ve been going here for a while, favorite coffee shop until I found out recently why they double cup hot drinks. It’s because they have bad cups and the coffee melts through the bottom of the first cup, sooo are the last few sips melted paper or what? I’d be willing to go back if this problem is solved.

I have a bit of an addiction. This is literally now the only coffee I want. I really only get the cold brew and throw different syrups in it because I have a dairy allergy. Be mindful that their powders for the blended drinks do have dairy. I take only one star because the drinks always taste different depending on the barista (I get it) and they gave me real milk once. Also price varies depending on who rings me up. Ive paid between 5.53 abd 7.83 for the same drink. Lol however, STILL the only coffee I want.

One issue.. the drink I ordered came with 4 pumps of simple syrup. I asked for only 3 pumps of vanilla in place of the original 4 and ended up being charged $1.00 per pump.. I was super excited to try somewhere other than Starbucks. Glad to see some competition, but the fact that my coffee came to over $6 is insane considering I asked for less pumps in the drink than what it came with. Simple syrup or not.. $1.00 per pump of a syrup is pretty ridiculous. Hopefully this changes in some way.

This was my first visit and I will definitely be back. The drink (I got the cold Mocha Latte Blended Drink) was delicious! & when I tell you the service was top notch, I mean it! It took me a few minutes to decide and the lady was very friendly and engaging when I commented or asked questions about the menu. She answered more questions after we got our drinks, and helped me get a dog treat for my pet nephew (which was free!). Her farewell was cheerful and genuine. 10/10, would definitely recommend! Receipt says Leighanne, so thanks Leighanne for such wonderful service!

This is really an excellent little spot. They have a good variety of items to purchase and the area to hang out is a good size. My only problem is that it’s expensive. I got a latte and it rivaled Starbucks prices. I definitely recommend that you try this place out because the quality of their coffee is very good. They also tend to make their own mixtures so if you’re looking for a chai tea latte they have their own concoction. Try it out and tell me what you think. I’d love to hear your thoughts.

Great cup of coffee with a friendly staff and variety of blends. You can get several different hot/cold blends, plus they have a food menu along with cool merchandise. Owned by some very dedicated vets that give back to the community.

I never tasted coffee so good in my life. Mocha with extra shot expresso was amazing. My grandson loves the coffee here so much.I praise the crew there and the product.

Love the environment. 1 BRC shot = 2 Starbucks shots. Plenty of table space to sit down for a minute.

Nice coffee shop but unfortunately the coffee was not good at all. It tasted like a ground coffee from a can. For a good authentic and excellent taste, it’s important to grind fresh coffee beans … very disappointed

I went in just expecting to grab a quick drink, but saw the father’s bundle deal and immediately started making multiple bundles. The staff was extremely friendly and made sure that I was getting the best deal possible, plus they were quick with getting drinks out. The drink I got (salted caramel latte blended drink) was delicious! I don’t know why there are so many 1 star reviews, but hopefully those that were dissatisfied give it another chance because I have to say this honestly knocks Starbucks out of the park with flavor and pricing. I can’t wait to come back again and try some new stuff! 10/10 would recommend

Super cool place that we found driving back from Nashville.

The coffee and service from the baristas was phenomenal! I got the MAC V pour over and it was the perfect temperature for serving without being scalding hot and overpowering the flavor. Couldnt recommend a better establishment.

Our office made a trip to get some coffee and learn about this place. There were about 30 of us and they had everyone served in like 10 minutes. Very fast, very friendly and the company is built on great values.

Stopped in on grand opening day on the way thru from SC to MT for vacation. Had such a good experience decided to stop back on our way home. I had the just black(perfect), hubs had a cold brew, kids had combat hot chocolate. Service was friendly and prompt.Had the privilege of meeting Kyle Lamb as he happened to be in line behind us. My husband recognized him and asked are you Kyle Lamb? HaHe was such a nice, down to earth guy. What a treat it was!! Thank you for your service and your coffee

We just love this coffee shop! We have been drinking their coffee at home for years and now we really enjoy having their coffee shop here in Tennessee! Thank you BRCC for the military discount.

The workers are always so nice to me and the drinks are amazing. They also have a good amount of seating weather its on the couches, the bar, or the little tables they have in there.

I hate to rate them low since they just opened, but their coffee was AWFUL. The blended drink I got was not good at all, and my husbands white mocha tastes like watered down coffee with milk. We went inside and the service was incredibly slow. I hope they work out the kinks. We will give them another shot in a few months and hopefully be able to update this review.

As a Veteran of the 101st ABN DIV I have to say that the photos and the truck bumper counter are like being in Don Pratt museum but the staff are super friendly and fun. They have a really tremendous staff actually.

We went for the first time with having very limited experience with Black Rifle in general. It was a slow day. Im not sure how it goes when it is busy... but the staff was incredibly nice. They asked if we had any questions or wanted a recommendation. Explained the different core drinks, and were very honest about some drinks being hit or miss on taste for customers, just just blindly telling us something is great when its not.Overall a great experience and can see myself spending a lot of time there.I heard there were issues at opening with coffee tasting burnt, but that definitely was not the case for our visit. Very flavorful and tasty.

This is a great coffee shop alternative to the more common mainstream offerings. In my opinion, theres no better coffee readily available. The service was excellent. And I was able to bring my German shepherd puppy to sit on the front patio with a dog bowl out and filled with water already. This would be a regular spot for me if it were closer to home.

Clean store. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Selection of coffee is great. They have ground and unground beans. Or if youre looking for a drink immediately, they have a full menu. For those that are fans, they have great apparel and merchandise. I live out of state, but Im a big fan. Ill be ordering online again soon.

We went through the drive-thru and though our initial thought was that it was going to take forever, it didnt. They moved the line quickly. Great job! We had coffee; his was black and I had the Micha Latte hot. They were both good... we would go back.

First visit not the last though, cool Black Rifle gear and all the coffee accessories to help drink some awesome coffee. Price is good, selection is as well. Store was clean and staff friendly and knowledgeable. Good variety of coffee shop fair though I did not get anything. Will be back when I am in town, for sure.

Coffee was pretty decent but unfortunately a member of the staff tainted the experience. I went through the drive thru and got a vanilla draft latte. One of the employees asked me if I’d like to leave a tip and I said sure I’ll tip a dollar (my total was about $5), another employee shouted “does she know we split tips?”. I don’t know what she meant by saying this but it made me extremely uncomfortable and from what I’ve seen most people don’t even tip at coffee shops.

When you first opened it was amazing! The last two times I can for a coffee spending $10 I was very disappointed m, today I ordered a large Carmel iced coffee with cream and was handed a cup of cream with caramel and when I said something she added a splash of coffee so $5 in the trash it went I won’t be back this is the second time. Just remember we are there for a coffee it needs to be added to the cup of cream people!

10 stars. When we walked in, the first person we met was extremely friendly and helpful and instantly made us feel like we were one of the regulars. Seriously cannot say enough good about this place, their mission, etc. Oh and the coffee was delicious too!

I love Black Rifle Coffee. Its even better that it is veteran owned and supports vets, fire, police and all first responders. As for the Clarksville location, the store is clean, and enjoyable experience. The decor, the shirts and everything else makes it a fun place. The staff was courteous and even made a drink based on what my wife wanted in it, (which wasnt exactly on the menu) . The location isnt a short 5 minutes off the interstate, so it is definitely worth stopping for. BRCC beats Starbucks hands down. Wish there were more locations.

I have been a fan of black rifle coffee for the past few years after getting a bag for Christmas. I noticed the store last night and as a server I have to have my coffee. They definitely did not disappoint. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They were knowledgeable about the menu and helped me place several vague orders ( I had 7 separate orders and no one knew exactly what to get, literally had frozen yummy something as an order) they were patient while I tried to figure out what to order for everyone. I took their recommendations on the orders for others and everyone loved what they got. I stepped outside to my car and before I knew it they were bringing the coffee to me like curbside pick up. I especially want to thank Leighanne, Alexis, and AP for making my first time visiting so pleasant. I will be back soon. Y’all have a regular customer right here.

The coffee was okay. The place setup was amazing the staff didnt make us feel welcome at all. I rather not think that this was because Im a minority. We love coffe and we will never go back to this place.

I have bought there coffee online and it is amazing! Support your small businesses. So strong and smooth. However when I bought specialty drinks and then coffee with milk and sugar at the actual store the coffee was very muted and weak. It could be a difference in the blends.

We were surprised to find this place. Have been drinking their coffee for a while but had no idea they had started opening shops. Coffee was excellent as usual and very reasonably priced. Very clean and nicely designed. Service was excellent.

Although BRCC coffee is great, they defiantly did finesse the heck out of me with the free coffee for a year. When I heard free coffee I thought of every coffee that could be made. At different times of the day I’m told I can and can not have my caramel hot latte. Very disappointing. Would have loved a more Detail description of the promotion.

The staff was friendly. I asked them to customize my drink, the way that I have ordered it 10+ times, I was informed that they could not do that because it would change the consistency. I would not ask for it if I did not like it that way. I have also asked about if they could customize it a different way, but was more or less told no. It should not say on the board that you can add extra things if they will just tell you that they cant do that. Extremely frustrated and likely will not be going back.

I enjoyed stopping here. Were on vacation from Ohio and stopped and its awesome. I heard of BRC from Ben Shapiros podcast and had to try them out. Im glad that I did. I never go to Starbucks, but I cant imagine they are any better at coffee and loving our troops! This is going to be my new coffee place! Staff is super friendly. Coffee is THE good coffee not the cheap coffee haha. Definitely will replace my Starbucks runs from now on. ALSO the blended vanilla latte was too good, definitely suggest trying!

I ordered chai tea, despite the redundancy, and was not surprised at how bland and inaccurate the recipe was. Their pouring an ounce of cinnamon(?) on top did not make the drink more pleasant. Marsala Chai is a lovely drink and this was not even close.Staff was friendly and attentive.

I was told to leave after I came in mask-less and with my saint kyle (kyle rittenhouse) shirt on, not something I expected from a “pro 2A, military and police coffee company” i’ll go spend $30 on a cup of coffee somewhere else.

Excited to try a new place! -sadly we weren’t impressed. We could barely choke down the coffee. If you like tons of sugar/syrup in your coffee it will mask the bad taste that the burnt beans have. Will perhaps try again soon when they’ve had more time to get some ground beneath their feet? Not sure. We are huge coffee fanatics and will drink good coffee, great coffee, average coffee, but this just wasn’t drinkable. Too sad.

I was dieing to try and was so disappointed that I did. Worst iced Americano ever had. And when we paid we wasnt ask would you like to leave a tip it was so how much of a tip do you want to leave for the girls tonight? Who does that and after we got the sloppy beverages I regretted the 2 bucks extra. Cause I had to park and go into the store to get a large cup of ice. I myself am a coffee artist and it was a shame to the the rifle coffee shop. I wont be back. Besides that the store was nice.

We traveled from northern Kentucky to finally drink BRCC in person! The trip was definitely made worth it by the shop being open on the Fourth of July, and the very friendly staff. Tons of merch, best prices I’ve seen, and the greatest, most authentic coffee around. We loved the hum vee tailgate used as a sugar/cream bar and the wallpaper collage of WWII era Fort Campbell. The staff took time to show us things we hadn’t noticed yet and made our experience so much greater. We love it here!!
