Went on two separate occasions while signing up for service to the AT&T storefront. The first time, went in, (COVID-19 precautions in place for the Agents) and was able to sign in using the QR code located at the entrance (however, it was clear most people don’t read that sign or don’t know how to read a QR code on their device). Regardless, was seen within 10 minutes, sat down, told the Agent what I wanted/didn’t want in my service and he obliged. Was out in about an hour (which I thought reasonable considering I was porting numbers, etc.). Second time I went to the storefront was a few days later to turn in my phones — phone trades do not have to be the same day, just to make sure you have everything off your old phone. So, traded in two iPhones two days after I signed up for service. The Agent took the phones, asked a few simple questions and, voila! The phones were traded in, credits applied and I was out in about fifteen minutes from QR sign-in to trade to complete transaction. So far, so great, AT&T Mobility! Keep up the good work.

I spoke with Jay during a visit to check into adding some of my family to my account, about a week ago. I. brought my family in yesterday to add their lines, and during our visit yesterday Jay worked diligently for 2 hours to help resolve an issue with an old account that I thought had already been resolved. Since the issue was unable to be resolved during our time yesterday, he has committed to seeing this issue through to resolution. I was able to add the lines that I came in to add because of Jay’s commitment to excellent customer service. He went above and beyond!I have always been pleased with my experience at this store, and highly recommend Jay when you need anything!

He was very persistent about the up-sale of insurance even though i declined on multiple occasions i didnt mind because he was just doing his job! Very busy store. very helpful as well though. even though they were so busy i was still addressed as soon as i walked in the door. i couldnt sign the normal way because my phone Camara is broken. so i couldnt use the qr code. but the manager logan came right up to me and signed me in. very Observant of his store and his customers. really makes you feel good. also i dont mind the wait because i feel like im going to be helped properly and professionally. i also set off one of the security sensors on a phone but yet again logan didnt miss a beat and come and helped me again. would rate 10 stars if i could. ill leave a review of the service afterwards. this is how i felt just from waiting.

ATT store rep complained that he had to transfer my data from my old phone to my new phone, since a door to door ATT rep actually sold me the phone. I showed him a screen protecter on Amazon my son told me to order online and asked for something comparable. He scammed me with one for $55 instead of $9. He opened the box before I realized the outrageous price difference so I felt obligated to pay for it. My family and I are telling EVERYONE about the scam service and to always order from Amazon or Best Buy instead. WORST shopping experience of my life. Had to pay $25 FOR A PLUG BRICK TO CHARGE MY NEW S21 PHONE because it doesnt come with one. Paid $87 at the ATT store for ONE screen protecter and a plug brick. Literally nauseated leaving the store. ATT should be ashamed! But you apparently prey on ppl who trust your reps to be honest. Sick business model.

What was ironic from the the beginning we called to inquire about of our devices of interest to ensure they were available in stock prior to visiting the store... other customers enter & we were greeted by Tony W himself & he gather our items promptly!!The highlights was his peoples skills ... Not so impressive. We are new to TN, moved our service over from Sprint, spent an extended amount of time in the store to ensure we understood our plan and our bill. Our 1st bill was huge (we were told it wouldnt be)! Contacted AT&T and they directed me back to the store. When I talked to our sales rep (Sarah), she talked over the top of me, wouldnt listen and certainly was not interested in trying to resolve any issues or even look at options. Very disappointing. So... they are nice as long as they trying to get your service, but once you are signed on... you are on your own. And good luck with that. :( Hopefully other stores are at the least more professional.

We were having serious problems establishing fiber optic internet service at our residence (in fact, we still are) due to the conduit line being blocked. Internet is highly necessary for us regarding work and school. Trinity at this store was extremely helpful in providing us with a temporary solution to internet service; she provided us with her contact information and was always available for questions. Trinity is knowledgeable on both service and technology. Always kind and welcoming, she is truly a valuable asset to AT&T, and she is one of the only reasons we have chosen to stay with this company.

I had trin help us. I got waited on less then 5 mins of being in the store. She helped me get my service set up in my name and explained everything to me since this is my very first phone in my name. She is amazing and has really good customer service. She was really helpful. If I ever have to go back to the store I’ll be asking for trin nobody else.

Wow literally the WORSTTTT service I have ever had. My husband and I have been with them for over a year and our promotion expired. I called only to ask were there any available due to our cable and internet service jumping from $170.00 a month to $258.00 mind you that’s almost $100.00 difference. So a very sweet representative says I have a better bundle if you add phone lines. Together new iPhones cable and internet will only be 231.00. Why would I pass up such a great deal and my family was in need of new devices. Well the next day I learn they canceled my new bundle package due to me applying and not my husband. This happened two days in a row. So day three my husband and I just visit a store location in Clarksville Tn and this lady Trinity sales us phones but mind you she swears she can’t bundle the phones with the service we already have. Weird. However she insist when I leave the store. To call the AT&T store and they will help me and offer me the promotions I was already offered on day one of calling. Well I have literally called AT&T every day this week and all they can tell me is. I will have to wait 1 to 2 billing cycles before my phones are bundled therefore I will have to pay the bills separately. Furthermore This Trinity lady says your first bill will be a little on the high side so make sure they take off the activation fees. I felt like telling her off when she’s the one working for AT&T so why would I have to leave the store just to call the same darn company. She was just looking to make a quick sale and played friendly to make me believe she wanted to help me. I can’t wait until our last year is over with this company we will never come back again. Also I believe they gave my family used refurbished phones mines echoes every time I talk and my husband’s speaker doesn’t even work. They bamboozeled me and I pray this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

I visited this store to get a replacement SIM card for my phone and had to wait in the lobby while five employees were hovering around one of the TVs there watching a Football game. Lousy customer service and indeed not what I was expecting from corporate AT&T store in Clarksville. When I asked one of the attendants about the wait, I was rudely told to check on the board for my name. AP Score: Fail

I received “above and beyond” customer service by Chase (Robert H.) at the Clarksville WRB store during 3 recent visits. My wife and I traded in our 8 plus iPhones for the new 12 Pro Max versions and updated our mobile plan to the newer (and better) “Unlimited Extra” from the older “Unlimited & More.” Chase answered every question and every concern, swapped our older iPhones with the new, put on screen protectors and new cases for each new iPhone 12 Pro Max. Upon conclusion, I felt very confident with Chase’s knowledge and attention to detail in ensuring our account was current and correct. Moved our service over thinking wed get better internet we did for a while but for some reason the wifi has become slower than dial up we were told that AT&T will watch what you use then slow your service toward the end of your contract which appears to be true, we have no problem terminating our contract early and paying the penalty and switching to Cumberland Connect and AT&T can keep their dirty business practices

So I finally decided to be a part of the phone world and switch to an iPhone. I’ve had nothing but androids my whole life and heck I was nervous to even make that switch. So I went to the ATT store on Wilma Rudolph Blvd and within 5 minutes there Jason was to make this process super easy and fun. Jason answered all of my questions and more and didn’t feed me lines of bull about products or services. He shot straight from the hip and I appreciated that! The transition was quick and painless. Not to mention throughout all of my questions Jason never once looked or acted irritated, and believe me I had a lot. I left out of there with a new phone and accessories. He definitely went above and beyond to assist me in my upgrade. On top of the whole switch Jason’s personality was pretty stinking awesome and I had a blast in there while doing it! Him and the other employees all were super friendly and kind :)

This store’s employees and it’s manager Trinity, helped me through what started out as a nightmare experience, but with the calmness and knowledge of Trinity ended up having my issues resolved, and me staying with ATT. FedEx lost my phone, and ATT customer service, over the line were good, but they kept telling me wrong information, which Trinity at the store had to clean up. If it had not been for her professionalism, knowledge, an excellent customer service and that of her employees, over a course of a weeks time, while I was very upset, I would of left ATT and gone with another phone service. I even ended up buying an Apple Watch too. I appreciate the several days of her time she spent keeping me calm, until I was finally able to enjoy my new phone.
