This store have an old warehouse smell thats not too pleasant. They do have a variety of items to choose from and the ladies working there were helpful. FYI COSMETOLOGIST YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR 10% ON ANY ITEMS THATS ON SALE!!!! Never in my 14 years hear of this, oh well probably wont be back.

Ive purchased hair a few times here and I feel some of the hair is old and dry but they have a variety of beauty products.

Horrible! Waited forever in line, thanovercharge me 20$ because their Card machine was messed . No compassion for such a big inconvenience! Just told me to get in touch with my bank. Never will go back ! go to the hair store on tiny town ! Great lady and great store !

Came in yesterday to grab a couple items and I shop here quite often. The man that was checking me out at the front register after he rung up my items I had a $250.00 visa gift card he took it and swiped it and I explain to him it has to be rung up as credit! He handed me my card back and told me no he could not accept my card! So he basically told me to move out of the way for the next customer. Didnt ask if I had no other form of payment or anything! Just pushed me to the side! I took my card to the other beauty supply store and they did take my money and I got what I needed!I will not be back here for anything. There are certain ways to handle situations and that wasnt it.

Wonderful, helpful people. Needs more space but it has what youre looking for. If not talk to the people they can refer you. I like JC beauty Mart. Its much better than when it first opened.

Chemo treatments have thinned my hair badly so I wanted to get a wig to feel more confident. I know nothing about wigs when I found one I liked I ask for advice on putting one on. The male attendant was so rude! He yelled “you can’t try it on!” That’s how you treat a customer just looking for advice?! Like I wasn’t already embarrassed enough.

They have a good amount of stuff here. A pitty most of them aint cheap but hey, you do get your moneys worth, right?

The taxes is crazy. But the store experience was good.

A very large selection and very helpful and friendly staff. The only thing I didnt like was their human hair bundles were stashed behind a counter and inaccessible. They werent displayed well enough to be able to see what was back there so I just didnt bother with them. I may have bought one if they would have been easier to see

Good store however its way over crowded with hair and products. I felt like I was about to pass out because of all the clutter. In the back you cant even walk through the isles.. Im not even sure they are up to fire code in there...

A little bit of every thing for your hair but the building is falling apart

When we walked into this store, we were immediately racially profiled by the Asian, female business owner. She immediately followed us around the store. Considering that her clientele is likely 90% black, this unacceptable. Its unacceptable period. Dont spend your money and your black dollars on businesses that practice discrimination. Black people we must demand to be treated fairly by those who want our dollars.

Dark, dimly lit, and plently of water leaking holes in the ceiling inside and outside of this building. I never realized how huge this bldg is. I will say they have everything (almost) and are repairing the building but it was cluttered. They just need to reorganize and clean up

My daughter had bought a wig online but it was going to come after her event she needed it for, and the ladies here were so nice and went the extra mile to help her find a wig that fit within various specifications. Highly recommend and cant say enough!

The previous reviews obviously have not been to many beauty supply stores in the area. This store is the most affordable and well stocked in the area. They have a HUGE variety of hair extensions, wigs, make up, jewelry, etc.

Has a wide selection of ebony hair products, wigs, and hair. So much so that you can barely move in the store. But I found everything I needed.

I was treated with respect. Even got a tutorial on how to properly fit a lace front wig. I would recommend this hair supply store to family & friends.

Weave heaven is what I call this place. The young lady that works here. She is very knowledgeable about the items.

Some prices are pretty reasonable on hair. I go in there every now and then.

The great thing about JC’s is their approach. The workers are relatable and are able to answer questions about beauty and the products that are sold. That makes a world of difference when at OTHER stores, they only recommend the highest priced items. Also, the staff is PATIENT. It seems like they are actually invested in whether or not you are pleased with your purchase. The owner is a good man who has been in business for 20 years and knows a little more about what you may be in need of. Also, he is able to special order some items that are not in-store, so be sure to mention it to him if you don’t find what you’re looking for. (He’s the only man, so you’ll know it when you see him lol). P.S. they’re hiring!

This is my 3rd time seeing jcs move I like this location for them. I just wish they would finish the other half. Its still looks messy and ghetto. Over the years jcs has gotten a but nicer. It used to be so irritating when they follow you around the store I guess because new beauty supplies have opened in town where thats not adilemma. Other than that, they are willing to help but most of the time they dont have the variety Im looking for. Or they dont know what theyre talking about.
