They had my boat for 10 months, 10 months! Promise after promise to get the engine repaired. Give me another 3 weeks.. Give me another 2 weeks... They have repaired who knows how many other boats that were brought in after mine. I picked up my boat today still untouched after 10 months of sitting on their lot. I have given them every opportunity to make good on those promises. Do not use this establishment! Lies, excuses and broken promises are what they are best at.

Outstanding service and work done on my boat. Very helpful & friendly. Cost for labor is the best l have found anywhere. D, Tim & Carl are great people that you can trust and go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. Wish their were more buisnesses ran by people like them.

Shooty work and rude employees. Riped the hole wiring harness out and never fixed it right. Had to redo all of it after picking the boat up. They where told that things where messed up. There reply was we do good work here. Ya no you dont. If you can avoid this place you should.

Carl Harris is a bonafide boat magician, and master mechanic... Just found out for the first time, since he opened his shop at Hilltop, that Dee is also an accomplished mechanic as well... He installed 2 high end Lowrance downscan fish finders with chartploting, and an onboard multitple bank battery charging system for half of what I was quoted at another shop... That means Carl only hires capable experts to work with him... You cant do better for your boat, both in price and technical ability in the Clarksville area... This is a No Brainer... Why pay twice as much, for probably an inferior job at another shop???? Thanks Carl, and Great Job!!! See you next time I need help... Shawn Robinson

Wasted time and money. Did not listen to customer issue when dropping off ski. Did not, nor do they diagnose issues for jet skis so I was told by mechanic after my jet ski exhibited same condition. They only performed tune up and charged a two hour job. Highly disappointed. Will not return. Unsatisfied customer.
