I had a car accident last saturday could not come sunday because they were closed and my job makes me work 6 days a week for 12 hours straight. Service Body called me Wednesday Afternoon at the last minute instead of Monday Morning to call and tell me that I need authorization to work on my car. It has been sitting in the parking lot for 4 days. Somebody can easily grab my belongings. They lied and told me they can fix my tire by taking to discount tire for free. I get a text from my adjuster saying they cannot do it and it would charge $163 for ONE TIRE. I will never come to this place again.

I took my car there for body work they told me they couldn’t do which was fine but when I got my car back on the tow truck with no bumper I noticed somebody cut me lights so I called the establishment and they told me all I got to do is wire it up (mind you it wasn’t cut when I took it there) so I went down there and the woman in charge made a statement of how do I know the new shop didn’t do it knowing they sent my car back on the tow truck without the bumper on. Not professional or a shop with integrity just filed a police report should have had to go this far if you know your employees did it just send me a check so I can replace them simple and they also pulled on my driver side door too hard and now my door will not close my car rode on the tow truck with an open door and my bumper being off and I do have a video of my doors closing the towing company is going to send me that he recorded when I closed my door because I have vertical doors and he just wanted to see them

I’ve used their services twice now and am 100% satisfied on both occasions. They work very quickly, are friendly and keep you informed.

After being hit and ran off the road by a semi truck my insurance company suggested getting the repairs done here. The work and quality of service they provided was amazing. Excellent communication throughout the entire process. My car was ready ahead of the actual date they gave me! I am grateful to have my car back looking good as new!

Wifes car was tapped ever so lightly and ended up being repaired here. They were able to repair her car in a day and they did more work than was required to be done by insurance. They went above and beyond! Also, everybody was extra helpful, friendly, and professional.

They put my windshield wipers on backwards causing them to brake and didn’t put a part on something pertaining to my wheel. I had to take my car to Honda immediately after picking it up for them to fix the repairs that they screwed up. They also gave me a couple different dates that my car was supposed to be finished and that was inaccurate.

Hands down the best body shop in Clarksville! Service King made sure I was well taken care of and well informed through the whole process... they even payed out of pocket for parts that my insurance failed to take care of. Shout out to Clint and the rest of the staff for making me a happy customer. They have my business for life and I will be recommending to all friends and family.

Service king took care of my Honda Odyssey with professionalism. They finish the labor even before time. They work the extra mile on my Odyssey when they vacuumed my van. They only had to work on the scratches and dents on the door. That was a plus care for me. Thank you guys, you are the best!!!

Kept my husbands truck for a month! Service king in Nashville took like 2 weeks to do about the same amount of work. But with all the wrecks in Clarksville I imagine they stay busy.

Wow is all I can say. The very best customer experience I’ve had in a really long time. Everything was simple from the very beginning. They kept me updated through text on the progress of the repair. I received my car back a couple of days before expected and they even took the time to vacuum the interior for me. Thanks guys for a job well done! I really had no problem with them. Unfortunately the cost of fixing my truck and the value totalled it. However they did give me the name of a shop that could fix it.

They got my vehicle and in 5 days they put de it brand new again. The detail of the work they did is outstanding and the color match like new! The staff is very friendly and courteous. Definitely one of the best collision centers around town!

They do excellent work and keep you informed of every step in the process of getting your vehicle back. Staff is very friendly and accomdating. My insurance company recommended them and Enterprise was there with my rental.

We had a wonderful experience at this service king from beginning to end. I was scared to go initially because of other bad reviews, but they did an excellent job. They kept us informed, were very professional and did a great job fixing our van. I would recommend this shop to others.

Fixed up my car, a car I loved dearly. Paint, parts, everything looks exactly the same. Along with a warranty if something goes wrong later on.

They are not very good with communication. Fixing my husbands car took 3 months. We called multiple times and was even told they lost our vehicle. They said the car was moved to Nashville because they didnt have time to work on it, but it was just down the street from them on a different lot. I had to call two different Service Kings to find our car. My husband went by to see the car, to make sure they actually had it, the man at the counter refused to let him see it. When the work was completed the company said theyd been calling us for two weeks to pick it up, but no one called us. We tried to speak to Donnie (the one in charge of our repairs) multiple times and was told he was on a 2 hour lunch, or he was in the back eating a sandwich, or he was on vacation until the new year. We wont be using this business again.

They wanted to give me excuses why they wouldnt give me an estimate instead of the estimate I went in for. Went to Jacksons they were awesome came right out gave me an estimate and now they are fixing my car

I went there bc my insurance company sent me to them specifically. I had to have a headlight, fender and radiator supports put on. They call 2 weeks later and CLAIM my vehicle is ready. I go to pick up my vehicle and my signal lights have turned into hazard lights. I smell antifreeze and they tell me its burnoff. I take the vehicle home for about 2 or 3 days and keep smelling antifreeze. I take the vehicle back up there and they say they will take it to THEIR mechanic who says that my vehicle overheating was not caused by the wreck. Mind you I never had an issue before the wreck. Also waaay overpriced. They received over 3000 for doing nothing. Service King is a rip-off. If your insurance tries to send you hear fight them tooth and nail. Never take your vehicle to scam artists such as these. Beware of the service King.

I had went to their facility on Wilma Rudolph.I went in to talk to the lady behind the counter about my car needing fixed.I had told her that Nationwide Insurance had sent me here and she proceed to tell me in a snootie way that without an assignment from the insurance company she just couldnt give me an appointment to come in.Really??? They are suppose to be professionals but dont act like it.i will not go back to them and would not recommend their service to anyone.

I had a car fixed here about 2 yrs ago and was very happy with the work, so when my truck door was dented I went back. I walked into the office to ask if I could get an estimate. The customer service lady at the counter handed me a card with a phone number and said...we have plenty of staff to do that, but you have to have and appointment...What??...I looked at the card, pitched it back to her and walked out. I drove 2 more miles to Prices Collision and got the estimate in 2 mins. Not sure who the genius was that came up with this business model, but if you cant help a walk in customer with staff just standing around, then most likely you will fail. I will never go back.

Had my car their for over a month.They also kept changing the dates constantly of when my car would be done. They estimated 2 weeks for my car to be done. I understand things happen but my biggest complaint is the manager and the front desk and their attitude! The costumer service stunk, the front desk person was rude and so was the manager, the front desk said they would call me back the same day and after 30 minutes i had to call her back again to check on my status of my car. The front desk person caught an attitude because i was frustrated with how long my car was their, and the manager was just as bad and caught an attitude with me. Made me feel like he wasnt concerned on how long my car was their!

Overall my car is fixed so job done. The employees were friendly and helpful, the location was good for me, the intergration with Enterprise Car Rental was effeicient... The only real improve I have for them is there super awkward and inaccurate automated text notification system.. had to call in the clarify the super vague details that it would send me.

Communications were average. Nothing worthy of mention. Wouldnt use this company for future needs.

We had a good experience here after a car rear-ended our truck, destroying the bumper, tailgate, and a unique decal on the side panel. Geico sent us here where they have an adjuster right there, on the spot, as well as a selection of Enterprise rental cars.I had an early morning appointment at 7:30am. Usually people are late and not ready with early morning appointments, but Service King was on the ball. I was able to go over the truck with them and get into my rental car within twenty minutes.Service King took care of us, reassured us with text message updates and personal phone calls on the state of our truck, and they made an unpleasant situation smooth and quick. Our truck looks beautiful and is better than before the wreck! Though I never want to go to Service King because of another wreck, I would recommend them to anyone in that situation.

I went into this situation sure that I was going to get jerked around and Id leave the experience disappointed. It was the exact opposite. They took a little longer than I thought they would, but they took the time to explain the delay. In addition, the woman I dealt with was polite and accommodating as were the mechanics I spoke to. Their integration with the insurance adjustor and the rental car company was seamless. Lastly, I had a headlight out and they even fixed that though I never really asked them to. If you do get into the unfortunate situation of an accident, use this place to get your car back up to specs! I was very, very impressed.

Worst decision I have made do not go there for body work.1. Was called three times to come pick up my vechile saying it was ready. Every time my vechile was not ready and had paint issues.2. After they fixed that the inside of the car had dust everywhere and the store manager did not want to clean up there mess Intel the area manager got involved and set up a third party to detail/clean the inside of the car.3. After that the wheel that had to be replaced did not have proper sensor put in so had to take to local Firestone to get replaced.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. So unprofessional. Did not keep me updated on the vehicle at all, even online. A 1 day job turned into a 1 week job and I would have never known unless I continuously called.
