Jacques and the team at Abra did a fantastic job with my 4Runner. I was rear ended, and insurance sent me here for the repairs. All of the work was done really well, and you couldn’t even tell I was rear ended. They always communicated what was going on and what stage my repairs were in. My truck was even done ahead of schedule, and they cleaned up my truck really well before I picked up. To say I’m impressed by the quality and customer service doesn’t even begin to cover it! I’m super excited to have it back and how great it looks! 15/10 would recommend.

Excellent experience. The staff was courteous and professional and Jacques personally kept me up to date via text or call with the progess or any issues in addition to the automated text updates. My baby came back to me on time and looking phenomenal!!! They even cleaned the interior and gave my Acadia a good washing. My rims havent shined so bright in ages! I will never use any other shop for my vehicle!

The experience I had with this place was not great by any means. I was sent here after Mister Car Wash (2640 Wilma Rudolph Blvd) damaged the front of my car. From the beginning, there was no sense of urgency by the body shop to get anything done. My adjuster, Lori, did not do a good job of keeping me updated throughout the process whatsoever. Her first failed promise was that she would reach out to me as soon as she received approval from the car wash’s corporate office to order parts and proceed with repair. A couple days passed and I called Lori and told her that I spoke with corporate and they confirmed they sent the approval and she says she didn’t get it but checked her email and there it was! Afterwards, I was told “I’m ordering it today. But it might not be available because of delays”. She never reached back out to me to let me know if the part was available and if she in fact ordered it. So I sat in limbo for a week and decided to call to inquire if the part had been ordered. The lady I spoke with said “oh yeah it’s been here!” I expressed that it would have been nice to know so that I could be scheduled for repair. She abruptly told me that Lori was on vacation. WHO CARES? Does this business just stop operation because one adjuster is out on vacation? That is so unprofessional. It is not hard to pass the information along to someone else so that clients don’t have to wait until you come back from vacation and decide to call them. Horrible experience!

I had recently gotten into a accident about 2 weeks ago, and I dropped off my car here at ABRA and they repaired my car in that same time frame! My car looks brand new and the staff is super friendly! I would recommend this repair shop to anyone who’s looking for a great experience 10/10

They do great body work and paint!Their customer service and communication is lacking.It was estimated to take about 8 working days. I had an appointment to drop off my vehicle Monday April 12, 2021. I picked it up Tuesday May 11, 2021. 22 working days later.This is the second time I used ABRA Auto Body in less than a year. The first time was August 2020.They do great body & paint. But their customer service is lacking or MIA.

Brought in my 2020 Volkswagen Tiguan to get the passenger mirror fixed. Everything was set up through Progressive, I was told to drop the car off before end of business. Upon dropping off my car, I was rudely told I missed my appointment. When I explained what Progressive told me, Joann, cut me off and told me three times that I was lying. She said she spoke to me personally, which is not accurate. She was huffy and rolled her eyes, I’ve never experienced such unprofessionalism. Afterwards, I sat in the waiting area for a little and witnessed her belittling the receptionist (who was great). Telling her she’s doing everything wrong, do it this way, Joann was very harsh and abrasive. I decided then I needed to to speak to the manager, because as a manager myself, you would think you’d want to know about such unprofessionalism. I spoke with Bill, he sighed and apologized. He said unfortunately she was “brought in with the old company when the new owner took over”. Bill said he would “speak to her” and is aware of the unprofessionalism. Sounds to me like they should fire her, but won’t. I certainly will not be back and will not be recommending Abra Auto Body Repair.The only positive experience was with Lori and the receptionist, she was apologetic for Joann and attentive.

I will NEVER bring my car back to Abra auto and body. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever experienced in my entire life. They treated me like I was a scammer originally and spoke to me in the most insensitive and rude way. Karina who was handling my issue did not call me for updates, I had to call every single time and then when I did call I was given the run around and none of my questions were ever answered. Liberty Mutual was handling the issue had not handled this well either and they were supposed to get the adjusted completed last week and it took them a week later. But Abra failed to call me to tell me this until 3 days later, they then refused to release my vehicle without the documents from liberty mutual (which I understand) but they also didn’t seem to be doing anything to get ahold of the documents. I had to do everything myself with both companies and I felt like the middle man in this. This was the worst experience ever and I want to personally name Karina as rude and disrespectful representative. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!

I was very displeased with the punctuality of the service. I was much more proactive with my calls then they were and all I was told when I got ahold of my service representative was “I’m so sorry we have been swamped “. I find that very odd because each time I walked in everyone was having fun conversations and moving about as if all was good and calm. As a US Army service member I know for a fact that if my or fellow coworkers’ customer service to this country was as bad as what I experienced then we would be in pretty bad shape. Will not use this service again unless I am forced to do so.

Great auto service and a excellent service

Our experience is only as good as the ones giving them. Lets dive in, in chronological order by bullet points from when I dropped my vehicle off at the Abra Auto Body shop in Clarksville, TN.Preface: We were just clear of an accident that was on the HW: I40 East and traffic was starting to decongest, ie, there was still close proximity traffic. The person in truck tied to get over but couldnt due to me being there. Then what only I can assume was an I have a truck moment and decided to merge into the right lane anyways after I had already moved up alongside them, moving with the flow of traffic. I lay on the horn and slow down. I couldnt slam on my breaks, or I would have brake-checked the car behind me. I was hit on the entire right side of my vehicle as they tried to run us off the road with a 1500/2500 Ram compared to my Hyundai Santa Fe. The got so close they folded the right side mirror in! Next they cut us off. I motioned to meet on the shoulder to exchange information, only to be greeted with the middle finger. The end result hit and run. They weaved in and out of traffic causing more people to avoid being hit.1) After the field adjuster did a virtual walk around, they determined that the impact where I was hit was not apart of the accident and would not cover it. There were scratches, rubber marks from the truck on the right side. Had to argue to get it covered.2) Field adjuster lied about covering the wheel and balance if I could get the shop to verify the severe vibrations; which they did.3) Field adjusters boss, Al Valanzola, would only pay for the alignment if it was on the front right side. The alignment was off on the rear right side; where the initial impact started.4) Wouldnt cover an alignment or wheel and balance because I had no scratches on my rims.5) There is still a dent that has yet to be fixed on my front right bumper, right under the fog lamp they polished.6) Scratches and dents are still visible, and have not been addressed at all.Post-auto-body shop: Issues from the body shop, Abra Auto in Clarksville, TN.1) Wheel-well cover fell off after leaving the lot, not even 100 feet from the shop.2) Black adhesive everywhere, body panels, and windows.3) Windshield trim is now flapping in the wind.4) Had a whining noise from my rear windshield wiper, that wasnt there before.They did make it right by paying for a one-day rental while they fixed the front right wheel-well. They also knew of my issues with Allstate for the alignment and wheel & balance.This all happened over Fathers Day weekend. I am still dealing with Allstate to correct the damages.Over-all, this is the most disappointing/aggravating/worst experience ever.

Chose ABRA for body repair after a claim. Jacques (excuse the spelling if wrong) was very informative and attentive the entire process. Kept me updated and gave me any information I asked for. He went above and beyond what was required of him.

I enjoyed my experience in working with Abra. They are upfront about the cost and did an excellent job repairing the damage I did to my vehicle. They worked with my auto insurance and kept me updated via text message as to the status of my vehicle. Not only did they do a great job, but they also detailed my car for me. This was a pleasant surprise and if I ever need anything else in the future, I will come to Abra.

Car accident are an inconvenience. Abra made my car repairs easy! Lori and Mgr Bill made everything smooth as silk from check in to check out. Enterprise Car Rental even made having a vehicle to drive stress free! Best customer service ever! As far as my car repairs go, I couldn’t be happier! Best body shop I’ve ever dealt with!

I called them and asked about my claim. They explained that they didnt have it, and gave me a few options as to find out where I am suppose to take my car. They were very nice, and patient.

Was in an accident before the 2021 snow storm, my car was in the shop for about a week and a half because of the storm. Almost everyday Jacques would call and give an update on the vehicle and every possibility with the time frame of the service. Car looks like it did before the accident!

This company charged me 3,000 for my bumper and repairs... I noticed When I picked it up all they did was glue my old one together! Never took the old one off... When I took it back they charged me again for services when they didn’t even fix the first time, they kept telling me different stories on what was going on with my bumper, they said they weren’t aware of the fact they had to replace the bumper so all they did was paint...for them to replace like they were supposed to do in the first place that was an extra $500! After I paid and left I got a phone call that I was charged incorrectly!! And needed to pay MORE. This place is very unprofessional and I do not recommend.

Been almost 2 weeks now and they still have my vehicle. Ive had to call them for updates because no one has called me. I keep getting told that its in progress, or theyre waiting for a part. I will never go back to Abra and will never recommend Abra.Update: apparently they got the part they needed (the passenger front door), painted it, and when they went to put it on it was the wrong size. Now itll be another couple of days. I am very upset about this. As of right now it has been 2 weeks without my vehicle. No one should ever use them

They had horrible customer service. I took my 2017 mustang there after an accident I didnt sign to release my parts( I wanted to inspect what they took off/put on) I was never called to inspect anything. Not only did they miss one deadline without letting me know they missed 2 and nobody ever reached out to me. I had my car 3 days and it started to make noise on the passenger side (the side they did body work on) on top of them installing my stripes crooked. When I called the manager to ask when I could bring my car back he basically told me it was at the bottom of his list. I would definitely never recommend them to anyone.

Lori definitely keeps you in the loop on the status of your vehicle and ensures the service requested is up to par! However, back office staff (Joann is mainly who I dealt with) is very unprofessional and disrespectful. Will not be returning!

I took my car here about 4 almost 5 months ago after a deer hit because my insurance works with them. It was a horrible experience! Going in I needed the bumper and headlight replaced as well as the drivers side door painted.My first problem was that I was told the bumper couldnt be repaired until I fixed a previous crack in it which would cost me 160. I paid it only to find out the bumper was being replaced because the damage from the hit was too severe to fix. So, I paid 160 for a crack to be fixed when they were just replacing the bumper completely anyway.Second, my headlight that had no damage came out with the seal broken and the new headlight put in had a light cover on the inside of the headlight fall off a week after getting my car back.Also, my car had no issues when it came to driving even after the deer hit, it always drove smooth. I got it back from them and now it shakes while driving no matter what speed Im going. Thinking it could be the tires I had them replaced but it still shakes. So, I will be taking my car to a mechanic I trust to see whats causing the problem.After noticing these problems within a week of getting my car back, I tried calling Abra and the ladys personal number I was given to see what could be done about the damages, even leaving a voicemail. No one has ever called me back.I will never go to Abra again! It was my first and last time doing business with them!

Went to Abra because I was highly recommended it was a great auto shop for repairs. Needed only a ding taken out (pick-up truck) but was charged for a new side tail gate cover for side panel ($110.00 piece of plastic) which wasnt needed for replacement when i came in for only the ding! Was over charged and they made sure they got every penny I was given from USAA for my claim. Didnt know they liked to screw Soldiers over, Great service and did a amazing job just took too long and cost way more! If I were you i would be careful when dealing with these people, all they see when you walk in there door is dollar signs $$$ ESPECIALLY MILITARY $$$! Reason for 2 stars and not 1 is because they were polite.

Took something in for some auto work. Needed some adjusting afterword but they were willing to take care of it at no cost and they kept me informed the whole time. Hard to find a decent auto body shop in Clarksville let alone anywhere. Will be sure to use them in the future as opposed to the other companies.

The people of this Abra took excellent care of my 2016 Subaru after an accident. Your cant tell the car has ever been in an accident. They made sure my car was repaired to Subaru specs. The newly painted area matches perfectly. I had a bent rail, and the car runs straight. Repairs took a little longer to complete than quoted but well worth the wait. I highly recommend this business to repair your car after an accident.

Everyone was very friendly, but when I picked up my vehicle there was still damage on the door handle that they missed. When I went to pick it up the second time, I was missing a floor mat. Outside of that, clean facility, friendly staff and they detailed my car for me, as well as fixed some damage on the other side of my bumper for free since I had to lose my bumper stickers.

My husband and I chose Abra after we were in a car accident. We also chose to have hail damage fixed at this time. They’ve had the vehicle for a month now. We keep calling, trying to figure out when we’ll get our truck back. Each time we call we get a different response. We still don’t know when we’ll get it back. I don’t think we’ll ever choose this place for repairs again!We are still waiting!!! We were told Friday that it was going to quality control and we’d have it today. We called this morning and were told it was having clear coat put on the door handles. We were told we’d get it this afternoon. We just called and it still isn’t done!! We just got more excuses!! We were told that they’d call tomorrow morning. BS!! It’s been almost five weeks! WTH is wrong with this place?!?

I had some work done at Abra and they did a phenomenal job. After about a month, I received an email asking if everything was still fine. I noticed a small clanging sound and it just happened to be a bolt that broke. The bolt was damaged from the prior accident, but appeared to be fine at the time. I called Abra and they asked me to bring it in. This was on a Friday; they had to order the bolt, which could have left me without transportation through the weekend. Mind you, the place is not open on Saturday. However, the general manager, Bill, ensured that he repaired my car that next morning and personally check my vehicle. Now that is true customer service, and again fantastic work, no charge, no hassle. You bet that I will tell everyone I know about your wonderful service and you have my business from here on out!!!

Im not one to usually complain but we paid for a car to be fixed there with a slight dent and paint transfer on 2 panels near the back drivers side tire. I simply cannot fathom how the bill is coming out to nearly 2000 dollars. That is a sixth of what the car costs. How is this possible? Ive seen the receipt and see how its broken down but it just seems awfully high for such a small dent.

I was going to take my Subaru Forester here since theyre collaborating with the local Subaru dealership whos was excellent.Unfortunately the acorn falls far from the tree.I called them and they said bring it in. I swing by and the lady working the front desk (who was the person I spoke to on the phone) says I need an appointment. I respond with I thought I would but you said to go ahead and come in. She then proceeded to speak so rudely to me that the entire time all I can think is why would I patron you after being so rude?Needless to say I did not patron them nor would I ever.

The customer service is terrible! All they care about is money! What a waste of time. When I dropped off my vehicle to be serviced there werent any maintence lights on, and my gas tank was almost full but when I picked it up all the lights were on and my tank wasnt full. I wouldnt recommend going here! Save your time and money.

Totally negative experience. I wish USAA had never recommended I visit this place. Repeated delays were just the beginning: poor quality control, manager promises to call me back next day and doesnt, A/C worked fine before their repairs then doesnt, part falls off of bumper after first visit to car wash...the list goes on and on.

Havent even received my vehicle back and i was told it would be ready march 1st then march 2nd then march 3rd (today) well its now been pushed to Monday march 6th. On the 1st they claimed it didnt align correctly and that more worked needed to be done then conveniently enough the machine to align the vehicle is down. Ive been extremely patient. For such a big company they should have more machines available if thats really the case. At this point i feel like theyre giving me the run around. Please choose elsewhere if you need major work done.

I will never bring my truck back to abra. Everytime i get it back some else wrong with it and dont take ownership of there mistakes.

I never got the survey through email so I thought Id just leave a comment here. I took my new black Subaru Crosstek 2017 that had just been involved in a dreadful accident and the beautiful mechanic Lori (petite Barbi looking mechanic with gorgeous dark long hair!) fixed her up in less than a week. It seriously looks good as new and I appreciate the fact that she did her best to have my car ready fast because I shelled out several hundred dollars on a rental from Enterprise because for some reason it was not included in my USAA insurance even though I had requested it. In fact USAA had issues processing the claim through ABRA despite ABRA being one of the approved shops and I appreciate the fact that the Manager for ABRA communicated the problem to his Regional Managing Director and took my case even though my insurance company was wishy-washy and accepted me before USAA came through. I will definitely be coming back for any future car issues and Lori even took the time to clean the car inside and out before returning it to me. Seriously, a gorgeous babe! Not even when I purchased the car was it so clean on the inside-it was new but they didnt leave it spotless and I never had the time to go back for them to clean it after I bought it. She even explained how washing my car in a car wash can cause faint scratches in my car and how to avoid it. I offered to pay her to fix that and she told me it would be cheaper if I purchased a black paint from Subaru and did it myself. Simple as applying nail polish on your nails. In total: Excellent service, fair price, will go back again! ^_^

Told three different dates for vehicle to be completed, told they would stay late to get things done, vehicle wasnt detailed as it should have, having to wait two weeks more to get vehicle to service to fix the power window that does not work since the accident.
