Had a experience a couples weeks ago where everyone in the store was so kind and considerate of other peoples feeling and space. It was definitely a good day to shop in Walmart.

Walmart has good sales. Employers shows respect toward customers and good knowledge about their products.

The last two times I have been at Walmart, Laura has checked me out!She is always so sweet and happy!She always makes everybody’s day better with her great attitude❤️

Better than Greenville, MS store ... But.... Would be 5 stars if I were not instructed (at self-check out) to obtain a scannable item. It was easier to leave the item with the employee than try and figure out if it was okay to leave my scanned & bagged items unattended.

Ive gone to this Walmart the past two Sundays and the food side of the store is practically empty. I understand that Walmart is the main store in this town but we should be able to go any day of the week and have a selection.

Money center associate was very helpful.

Needs improvements. A lot of food items you can only buy once. Very limited choice.

Long Waiting time. Need more training to check out counter. More than 8 items never in stock. Like milk yogurt. Water. Pharmacy vitamins. Hair dye. Garden center not well stocke up

I bought a printer at the local store the app told me to be at the store at 11:44. it is now 12:10 and they act like they dont know anything about it. a lady came to the car and ask me to hold. they were coming. they have the wrong number posted on the curb pickup sign to pick up. so you have to call the main office. i would leave but i have already paid 180 plus dollars for it.

I ended up moving down a star because this Walmart seems to have a problem keeping stock consistent. I sometimes have to wait months for things to come back in stock and those space sit empty.

I have been to many walmarts in my life.. and im gonna be honest cuz reviewing is my career.. I went two different nights to cash a check and was shot down for two different reasons.. its most definitely a good check and I learned that empathy or compassion and that what I needed I got none . The ck was for $250 from state farm i actually broke down and desperately needed this money and was a test on how people who work for u kill ur sales.. I have called Clarksdale MS Wal-Mart store and know one answer, I call for an associate twice and the bakery once and no answer please help them do better

I came from west helena to pick red lava rock because it said that you was in stocks but when l got there. There was none so you need to fixes your onhands

Walmart is going down fast. Hire more workers and stop with the long lines.

It was great friendly customers and wonderful employees fast pace clean easy to find items when searching great customer assistance when needed.

Most of the workers are friendly, and try to help you find whatever you need, or direct you in the right direction. Would recommend if youre nearby and need to shop.

They seem to be running out of everything. Cant find half of what i needed in the food section, not to mention onlybtwo checkout stands operating.

First walmart I was in that an employee walked me to an isle when she learned it was my first visit to them. she was very nice and friendly. the store has small isles but great selection.

Vickie is the best at helping me with meds. The customer service is awesome in the pharmacy. If Walmart could lower prices more on chips and sodas I would give the entire store a 5 star rating.

I moved down south from NYC and i hate thats there is only one store but I drive from helena AR to Clarksdale to go shopping there is so much options on this Walmart that its worth the hour drive!!

Very rude employees manager was rushing me as I shop and I was infact in and out within mins..she was closing the store down at 10:40 and I was last customer.. now correct me if Im wrong but I thought Walmart close at 11pm this particular store always closes early

Went there to purchase a TV that stated was available in store only according to the websiteAfter traveling many miles to get there, the staff worker said they did not have any televisions in stock. Thanks for the time wasted in travel and gasoline.

Do NOT stop here guys, they do not welcome big trucks and will not allow you to park for any length of time. But by golly they want your money! NOPE NOT going to happen. ONLY Walmart that get my money is the ones that are trucker friendly

It will be great when they convert self check for cash and credit. All other wall marts Ive been to have did it except Batesville. Thats why the lines are so long. Whats the hold up on this?

Walmart has always been a great place to shop.

Absolutely one of the worst Walmarts in Mississippi. Items are just tossed on the shelves. Their DVD and Blu-ray section is always empty. About the only good thing I can say about this store is their cashiers are usually pretty nice. Management is obviously a joke though.

Good sales right now. Love to be able to drop Amazon returns and get a great discount in Kohls

This is my walmart and it never has what your looking for and when you find an item you get regularly they cant seem to keep it stocked up. There is never any one to assist you and the shelves are always half empty.

Walmart at this location lacks community friendliness. The team of employees lack professionalism, customer skills, and understanding. As to food selection, it is okay just not a wide selection of choices. However, since it is one of two supermarkets in town open for patronizing, they offer the best prices with most items.

It could be better. I have to one good thing the do keep it stuck good. Customer service needs to be better.

This is truly a one stop shop. I literally come to get a few items and I end up with a cart full. I always use the self checkout with Walmart pay. The assistant for that area is very friendly

Continuously out of basic product unless you want great value

Waited in sporting goods for 25 minutes before a manager finally showed up to get me some ammo...this, after 10 or so calls over the intercom. Not to happy about that...

I love my local Walmart not just saying this cause I work for Walmart am saying it might be hard for us and the Customers to get certain products but it not our fault we all going through what you all going through but one thing I know when we do get it we make sure our customers have those items it just not enough coming in at this time due to the COVID -19 but we apologize and will make sure that we take care of our Customers Thank You For Choosing Walmart.
