The guy that fixed my daughters flute was so friendly and knowledgeable and my daughter thinks it plays better than when it was new. He also fixed it in a very timely manner. Definitely will be back soon if theres any other problems with my kids instruments

Ridiculously overpriced used instruments. They take advantage of school band parents that dont know any better.

Bandland is awesome. My son needed his sax repaired. Repairman made arrangements with a friend to have the instrument delivered back to us instead of us having to make a trip down during the week.

The people here are exceptionally friendly and caring, instruments are naturally pricey but that isnt all they sell. They have music books, care kits for instruments, and merchandize like metronomes or socks with musical puns on them. Theres a repair shop for anything from a stuck slide to a dent to a trumpet with no bell (as the sign says, dont ask.) They also offer lessons from very talented music instructors. I have a flute myself that I rented to own, bought a few books, bought a metronome, take lessons for weekly, and have had repaired multiple times by Dan the Repair Man. The staff and instructors are wonderfully friendly, and have all made friends with me in the four years Ive been playing the flute. They not only sell beginner instruments though. They also have very good, top of the line type instruments. And just about everything in between. They sell everything from flutes and saxophones to drum kits and guitars, and they offer lessons for everything. Mr. Hall, who teaches clarinet, flute, and trumpet is 82 but still going strong, and hes the most skilled professional Ive ever seen in my life. He knows pretty much everyone, from people at NASA to Ron Macrobie (Mcrobie?). Hes a wonderful teacher, and such a kind person, as are all the people at bandland. Ive never had someone be rude to me there.
