I have been using Twisted Spoke for almost 10 years, Jim (owner/mechanic), and his people are fantastic mechanics that are willing to help with customization and routine maintenance. He is not just quality oriented but cost oriented. I have seen and experienced him talking customers out of expensive purchases that would have not been good moves. When he works on my bike he really does care about the end result. An iconic example of a local motorcycle shop that wants people to trust his work.
