Do not recommend this store to anyone. The customer service is terrible and management has no idea what they are doing.

Person I dealt with was good but others not helping when there was a line

This is one of the few places that anytime I need to make a shopping trip, all three of my teenagers are more than happy to tag along! They love this place! Although, I personally could do without one of them, (if not all three) constantly trying to con me into letting them bring home a baby chic, (or three)! Lmao...Thanks to all the Tractor Supply Company Employees for making this such a welcoming, family friendly environment!

I really wish they would stop selling chicks and ducks. Too many people who dont really know what they are getting into buy them because they are cute. Not realizing that they are going to grow up into a full size chicken and duck!! Then they dont want them any more. Then they just let them go and say fend for yourself. I see it every year at Easter. It also happens with rabbits. When they arent cute and little any more they dont want them. Or the kid is done playing with it. Then they try and bring it back to the store for a refund!!!! Its not a toy!! Please just sell supplies!!

This is where i get my blue buffalo dog food and bird my bird food. They have mixed wild bird food cheep. I think its 35 pounds for 7.99-8.99 depending on the week. They have suet blocks 10/10. They also have nice seasonal displays that rotate and have neat items. Several are retro style items from porch chairs to childrens toys. I like checking for the new limited items. They also sell baby chicks in the spring and into summer.

Was greeted when I entered and asked if I was needing any help. Always great service from this store.

Some selection, but could be better. Especially fencing supplies. A little pricey, but overall they have what is needed.

Even though we dont farm and theres a large portion of the store I dont browse, I love this store! The men in our family like the clothing selection. Its great for jeans, jackets, Carhartt merchandise, cold weather gear, etc. Its also great for bird feeders and seed, and dog products, pocket knives, etc. Even if you think you this store isnt for you, you should stop in and have a look around.

Absolutely love Tractor Supply. They have a great staff. Always a friendly and very helpful staff. Plus always stocked with all the supplies you need.

If I could rate TS loweri would...checked online for items I needed, drove 50 miles out of my way to make purchases. Not in stock yet online TS online store site it was stated in stock. One item that was in stock was more then price online by $4...Never shopping there again, and in the spring was to purchase high dollar 2 tractor implements. But it wont be at Tractor Supply!

They most generally have what I need for my animals and always have some cute seasonal decorations.

I had to return a snowblower. The manager was cordial and accommodating. He ordered me a new replacement snow blower and a store employee unloaded the snowblower from my truck. I am more than satisfied. Great customer service!

I am a small woman who often needs help carrying feed out to my vehicle. Those lazy men in that store hide from customers. The only staff who has helped me are the women that work there. Thankfully, the women are hard working and helpful.One male employee told me to go on out to my vehicle with my cart and he would be right out. I waited fitr 10 minutes. He never showed up. Another customer helped me load the feed.

Worst customer service. We waited 23 minutes for someone to help in the clothing area and not a single person showed up. They had staff paged twice. Apparently they didnt have a store manager neither.

I went to get propane filled, I went in to tell cashier what I needed. He announced it over intercom. He was friendly. Went out to side gate and waited. After 15 to 20 minutes I went back in. Cashier announced it again over intercom. Went back out and waited about 5 minutes and I employee come out. I apologize because he had to come out in rain. He gets rude and tells me that he cant read minds that they just announced it. I was in store twice and both times I heard it over intercom. Very Rude

Excellent customer service during my visit today when I stopped by to get my honey dos done. Looked at a truck bed too box and the gentlemen who approached me was very knowledgable and friendly at helping me. The cashier at checkout was super friendly aswell. Had a great experience overall. Cant wait to go back and get me a tool box.

Tractor Supply Co in Clarksburg WV sometimes sucks. I think that Tractor Supply in Clarksburg could do better. The restrooms could be cleaner, infact the restrooms at Tractor Supply Co in Clarksburg WV needs remodeled. 2nd thing is, the cashiers are sometimes too slow. 3rd, the store could be organized a little neater and the parking lot at Clarksburg Tractor Supply Co needs some work done to their parking lot, full of potholes and hardly no stripes or markings on the parking lot, the stores parking lot needs repaved with new asphalt, with new markings. With alot of farmers, ranchers or country residents in Harrison and surrounding Counties of in North Central West Virginia much rather drive to Parkersburg WV or Uniontown PA to shop at Rural King than shop at this Tractor Supply Co in Clarksburg WV, go figure, Rural King is probaly more organized and have more variety than Tractor Supply in Clarksburg. Though I have never been to Rural King but I hear a lot about Rural King from other folks in the area and everyone in Harrison County wants a Rural King here in Clarksburg. The bad part about Tractor Supply Co, Tractor Supply Co also has a store in Lewis County West Virginia in Weston, which is not far from Clarksburg, WV and the Tractor Supply Co in Weston is a lot neater and more organized and with a well kept parking lot than the Clarksburg Tractor Supply Co, cause Ive been to Tractor Supply Co in Weston, better than the Clarksburg Tractor Supply.
