DISAPPOINTMENT!! I have used this pharmacy for years & it definitely isn’t what it used to be! No one answers the phone lines! The drive thru is often closed! Hours of operation vary & aren’t dependable! I tried calling 3 times today & listened to an automated answering service over 40 minutes!! Went inside pharmacy today & observed 4 people in it ignoring speaker notifications about incoming calls. Currently seeking A NEW PHARMACY!!!

No stars!! They are so Rude, So dang Slow, and They never answer the phone EVERRRRR. How do they never have time to answer a 20 second phone call from a customer? Yet they always have the time to be on their cell phones. Im switching to Walgreens or anywhere else but here. Ive been waiting over 2 hours for them to pick up the phone so I can ask if my medication is ready or if it is even filled. I have mad way too many trips to pick up medication and it not even be ready smh.It would be nice to verify!!!!! They need to just shut down too many people say how bad this location is. The staff needs to step up or something because they are loosing business because of the way customers are treated and the hassle of getting your meds.

The pharmacy drive thru is closed. What a huge inconvenience!The waiting line to pick-up is RIDICULOUS!

The best customer service I have experienced in 3 days. One employee spoke to me when I entered the store. I believe it was the pharmacist who stopped what he was doing to help me yesterday when I was dropping off a RX and who also checked me out when I returned through the drive through. He was very friendly.

Go elsewhere cuz they are rude and dont care about u or how long they make u wait. 7 ppl working and they say its going to be a hour. So I set to wait and all they are doing is talking about things outside of work when theyre is a line in the store and at the drive thru.

I stopped in yesterday for some supplies. I was on the clock at work and i had my clients with me. I though well ill get some things for myself too. The cashier Dawn was rude to us. I dont think she liked the fact i was paying with ebt for my client. I paid for my items with my debit card. I spent 83.00 on my stuff all I bought was 4 items. My member bought 1 item om ebt. I demand to be treated with respect in cvs by your employees it doesnt mater what my method of payment is.

Have used these guys for years are great, if you are prescribed something they dont have on hand will work with you to find it for you. If it means having to send you to another pharmacy to get it.

Worst service that I have ever experienced. Not only was Rx not ready when promised, now they can not even get it, and did not bother to tell me.Terrible customer service - ruining my health because they dont know what they are doing

The pharmacist was pretty helpful and answered all my questions about a welding burn on my hand.he showed me the best thing to use and needless to say my hand isnt burning now and has eased down alot.

This has been my pharmacy for years. Here lately I was starting to doubt their service and friendliness but tonight one of the techs reminded me why I chose this as my preferred pharmacy to begin with. Her name was Rose. She went above and beyond to help me, I was shocked. Its been a while since anyone at any store has took that much time to help with a question I had. My little girl refuses to take any cough syrup. She will spit it out or vomit it up. So I was looking for some chewables or triaminic strips which I discovered have been removed from shelves. She took the time to help me look for something, asked the pharmacist for me and then started to call other pharmacies (ie: rite aid, Walgreens) in search of something she could take. She was awesome! Deserves an employee of the month award!
