Went there when they were really busy, but was greeted right when I walked in. All the questions that I had were answered, and both the store manager and the assistant manager were really nice. It was nice to finally go into a store that didnt treat me like an idiot because Im not a gamer.

The best place to get gaming needs and wants

I have been to several of these stores but this location has been the best one I have visited hands down. Customer service has always been top notch. Staff is always knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Store is always clean and organized. A very convenient location with ample parking. Highly recommend

Absolutely the best place to go for casual social interaction. Employees are friendly and helpful, knowledgeable on the games coming up and out or released. Always enjoy stopping by and seeing the regular friendly faces!

Didnt receive bonus code was supposed to be printed on the receipt (also didnt receive). Manager was extremely rude and condescending even after being shown the website clearly saying code will be on receipt

I always like going into GameStop, but every single one of them suffers from over-servicing. No thanks, I dont need any help. No I dont want to reserve anything today. No I dont care about this or that promotion. This GameStop is no exception. Good selection though. This one is bigger than my local store, with a nice selection of switch games (some hard to find). Next time Im in the area, Ill probably stop by again.

Great customer service

Always such a good experience visiting this store. The appearance of the store is always neat and in order. There is always some kind of good sale going on. My kids (and occasionally husband) love to come here to purchase all of their games, consoles, accessories, gift cards, live cards, funko pop figures, and other trinkets. If they dont have something in stock, they usually can get it, or will guide you to a location that does. Well be over shopping in walmart and my son will say Im going to walk to gamestop and talk to Brad...I gotta ask him this and that...Brad and the rest of the staff are always so welcoming and friendly. This store deserves its Prestige status!

With better options in buying systems and games I am confused on how and why Game Stop is still in operation. With most new systems require the most or all of the content to be downloaded to the system I see no need in buying a disk. Buying straight from the source or buying the disk from say Amazon or eBay is still cheaper. Walked in. Walked out. Lucky to get 10% of a games value and then they charge you too much for a used game.

Nice people. Clean store. Decent prices. Can buy large assortment of accessories and games that are new and used. Ample parking.

Big change and the management is amazing. 2 star to 5 star for me!People not only went out of their way to help, but went of their way to both hear what I had to say. 07/22/2016 6:00 pmUpdate 2017. Bought a controller used and although the manager says its not defective, on screen it shows bad pull on the left stick.I just wanted an even swap to a used controller with no pull. If you have go to GameStop around this area, go to the mall where they actually know how to take care of people.Im done with this place and will never go back. I paid 50 dollars for the controller used to have an extra, and when I finally got to use it, it doesnt work properly. This GameStop is the old GameStop mentality of money first and Customer service doesnt exist. Meadowbrook mall has a customers first mentality, and will help everyone they can.

Was ok, they had a big sale the day before I went so low on a lot of the good stuff but nice store and workers were very nice and informative

I love Gamestop. Not just this particular one, but all of them. :) I oftentimes drop in just to see the used games on sale that my children may be interested in. Its a great place to look for gifts for the gamers in your family for sure. I also love that they have used and very affordable games and gaming equipment. The staff at this particular store is helpful and polite. They are also conveniently located in the plaza with Walmart Supercenter and theres always somewhere to park even during the holiday shopping season.
