Love Starbucks. My daughter in law got me a gift card for Christmas and my husband and I enjoy a good cold drink in the summer and hot drink in the winter. Stop by an enjoy.

From Fairmont to Clarksburg to Morgantown. This is hands down the best Starbucks we have in the tri County area.

Very speedy service! Was able to make exactly what I asked for which was a vanilla bean Frappuccino with pureed strawberries blended in...yum

Staff is always super friendly and the drive thru is relatively quick compared to other Starbucks.

Girl said they dont put drizzle on mocha frappuccino. Been getting it for years...lol

First time drinking Starbucks coffee and it was delicious. Caffe mocha are amazing.

Took a long time to get my coffee and the other 2 people I was with as well. Considering there were 5 people behind the counter, felt it could have been faster.

Service was impeccable. Employees were very cordial.

Really! they want you to wear a mask but the counters had so much dust on them. Not clean by any means, I could write my name on the tables. The staff was great!

Always clean and staff is friendly. Enjoy getting a bag of coffee and having it ground for the French Press. Remember to use your Starbucks app to earn points toward a free drink. Traffic is bad in this area making it difficult to pull in and out of this place.

Ive never been to a Starbucks that was anything special. Theres a comfort in consistency even if its mediocre. Search your heart and if thats what you been seeking just invest in a Keurig.

Always good service and products

Each time I have visited this location, it is always filled with trash. My last visit was during non-peak hours and this could have easily been cleaned up but the employees seemed a bit more concerned with what they were going to do outside of work.

I was served quickly and she was very helpful. I tried to explain what I wanted and she told me the names of drinks until she said the right name. The blueberry scone was perfection. Fresh and hot. My drink was excellent too. Thanks Starbucks, you delivered!

Great service as usual. I ordered ahead to skip the line and my drinks were ready on time. I know it can get backed up during peak hours so I always recommend ordering ahead if you have the time. That will save you from having to wait and endure the drive thru.

Always slow during the weekends in drive through. Got in line at 3:35pm and It’s 3:55pm and I’m still one car away from paying, it’s ridiculous. Now being 3:58, the coffee tasted good that’s why it’s not a 2 star review.

Love this starbucks

Not a regular customer. Had their hot mocha. Tastes pretty good until I found the shells of the coffee grounds in my drink. Cashier was quick to make remake my order and was extremely apologetic. Nice atmosphere. Steady flow of customers but not too crazy at 3pm. Overall, good experience.

I had never had Starbucks before and so my boyfriend had taken me to try it for the first time! I had gotten a caramel frappe and it was so delicious melt in your mouth like out of this world incredibly delicious!!! I have a new addiction!!! And I will definetly will be back I should say WE will be back 😂😂 maybe more than we should 😂 thank you to the manager and crew for the great first time experience!

Second best coffee franchise on earth. This is where I go if Im with someone who needs to feel like theyre making an impact in every aspect of their lives. I do really love the fact that the caffeine content is absolutely second to none. Keep making great coffee, and Ill keep bringing my disposable income!

For my second experience at Starbucks, the manager and crew made me something beautiful!!! A hazelnut and vanilla espresso! 😛😛😛 it is like heaven!!! The manager and crew are very friendly!!! I get coffee here frequently and always experience great service. Yesterday the barista was a sweetheart. He offered my daughter and I free recently expired cookies and pumpkin bread. His attitude, kindness and friendliness was lovely and he made our mother daughter date that much brighter!

Service is quick and best baristas who always make my drink perfect!! I love coming here to study and get some work done! Cozy atmosphere and clean environment!! Great location and always make my drink right! The inside is always very clean and feels more comfortable to me than most other Starbucks locations!!

Drinks taste great. Service is hit or miss. After probably 5 App Orders, they were aware of 2, the others they asked me what I ordered and made it after I arrived. For $5+ I would like a full cup. I also feel like the company is bold charging $5+ for a coffee and asking customers to subsidize labor.

Not only is the coffee burned and far too expensive, but I have found the staff to either be incredibly ignorant or inattentive. The management might as well be in daycare. They never have the food menu items and when you mention something wrong or anything really, the management gets argumentative and rather than trying to fix the problem explains how stupid you are for having it.

This is THE BEST Starbucks around. I have been to over 20 and this one is always the best. The great thing is if they get it wrong, they without attitude remake it for you. Great people and amazing service. Thanks for everything!

I personally do not ever order anything, but Im here everyday to order a large hot mocha no foam no whip and a large hot vanilla coffee and sometimes a pup cup. My total is always eight dollars and forty five cents. I dont know the words or language for sizes, so I just say small or medium or large. What language is it anyway? And why I always think since this restaurant is always mixing up shakes and frozen drinks of different assortments, maybe you could add an oreo shake to the menu. I always have to go to burger king or dairy queen, but adding this to the menu, I could make only one stop. As far as customer service, I always use the drive thru. I have never been inside here, but the employees are always so friendly. I rarely have a wait, unless its black friday and the line is understandably long, but not unreasonable. One time the driver in front of me ordered at the speaker then drove off, so when I got to the window, I was offered his order of some kind of frozen caramel coffee flavored drink. I accepted it, and my son and I shared it. It was good whatever it was.

Ive stopped myself from writing a review many times over the last year or so since I once too worked in the hospitality industry.Tonight on May 27 a few minutes before 930pm, no answered the drive in, so I pulled up to the window to find no one. I parked my car and walked to the door to find it locked and chairs up on the tables. The employees already had their things ready to go. This store doesnt close until 10pm on Sundays. I wish this was my first time experiencing this but sadly its not, this has happened to me and my husband 4-5 times now. Im a regular, coming at least 6 times a week, I can get past not making my order correctly sometimes, and even the long lines, but not closing more than 30 minutes before the closing time. I make a 15 min drive for coffee so Im able to work late into the night. You have a closing time for a reason, for consistency! Due to the lack of consistency from this store, youve lost a regular!

My husband and I travel frequently and always visit this Starbucks. Our experience has always been good. However, tonight our experience can only be described as poor. As we walked in we were greeted by four girls with scowls on their faces. We were told the only coffee available was Gold Coast pour over. As the girl was attempting to do our pour overs the filter broke and a large amount of grounds went into the cup. Instead of pouring the cup out and starting over, she took the cup and poured it back through. My husband who never says anything, asked for a refund and our cups back. The girl stated, the filter just broke and I poured it back through. It will be fine. My husband said no it is not fine we would like a refund. The staff was even more bothered by this and was extremely rude.When I walk into an establishment it becomes all about the experience. I am sad these four girls appear as if their job is a nuisance and could care less about the customer experience. Hopefully all four of them were having a bad day and will realize it takes much less energy and muscle strength to smile😆

Had a quick stop here on the way home and no complaints here. A quick and easy drive thru visit didn’t disappoint.

The atmosphere is calm even at lunch time. Internet service on all major carriers is a plus and you can even get free WiFi there if you have a laptop that you want to do work on. Coffee is expensive but both it and tea are crazy great and the service was exceptional.

Not a particularly easy Bucks to drive to and fro, but Ive experienced worse. Smallish store with limited parking.

Staff is great. Out of the two locations close, I will go to this one before the other! The Drinks are the same everytime
