The lady that was working tuesday morning was so so sweet. I called about baby fomlua to see if they had any .well she said yes so i told her ill be there soon .when i got there it was waiting for me.. Thank u a lot .

Cashiers always seem to be nice. The store on the other other hand needs to have merchandise in isles together or appropriately near each other. Im always searching for whatever I need, therefore Im there longer than I should be.

Terrible service, one of the two workers was high as a kite most likely on methamphetamine, all the clearance stuff in the wrong place, over charged for multiple items, people stealing things in plain sight, very unorganized and dirty. I will never go back to this location ever again. If I could give them zero stars I would. I even told the manager I saw someone stealing and she didnt care. What a sad inviorment.

They wouldnt let customers in based on their appearance. They locked the door 15 minutes before close and if you looked like a general working man and they believed you were going to be a minute they would not allow you to enter. I understand in Clarksburg there is the so-called Backpacker community but they turned down a gentleman that all he needed to do was buy wipes for his child because he had paint on his clothes from work. I had already shopped but this greatly Disturbed me.

Dollar General prices are pretty much the.same as Walmart.

Had no issue finding what I needed, I had cell service throughout the whole store which is a big deal to me & I was checked out quickly by a nice young lady.

Im there so much to buy essentials that they know me when I walk through the door.

Poor manager and employee were dealing with a broken a.c. and having a hard time with timley repairs. Still have excellent service.

I love most dollar stores but this one is always full of tweakers and never cleaned

The outside of this place is disgusting. I was afraid to even get out of my vehicle with my children. Afraid of the nastiness they might touch. N the isles are so crowded with items n boxes. Not clean at all.

The employees are always pleasant and helpful, just over-worked. Its very hard to get the stocking done when you have to run the register too. The aisle are too narrow and always crowded with boxes. It would be nice if theyd hire more people...just sayin

Wouldve gave all 5 🌟 stars but they are always behind in getting some things unpacked & out of the way in different parts of the store...otherwise Im very happy with most of all our dollar stores..

My kids refer this place as the Meth dollar general. Not the stores fault the people who work there are great but the customers tend to be of less character

The red short hair lady that works night shift at the Milford store will literally count down every minute until everyone is out of the store this is the second time this has happened the first time she told some gentleman that she knew and I will say its cool to joke but quietly cause her words was everyone has 10 minutes to get out the store cause she has some beer to drink when she gets home no Im sure some will disagree hey its ur opinion but I dont want to be rushed out of a store announce everyone has 10 minutes thats cool but a count down every minute cause she wants to go home and drink is straight bullcrap and disrespectful its not cute

They need to uncluttered their store. And have it where people can find what they need or want.

Very convienent location for quick have to have items. The staff is very polite also. Would recommend it to anyone!!

In general the staff is very rude and lazy, they dont do their job, and if you ask them to do their job, they either flat out tell you no, or they do it with such rudeness, you make sure to never ask again. They dont honor pricing on the shelves if the item rings up differently, the nighttime manager hides in the office if the store gets to busy. They dont clean, and the claim if you get over charged for items that they cant void the receipt, so they get to pocket the extra money. These are facts. Also, if something you purchase mysteriously does not end up in your bags, they will either claim it isnt there or it got thrown away, and no, they will not replace it. They make long time customers leave their bags and purses at the counter like common criminals, but they only criminals are the two older ladies, cashier and manager, that work the evenings.

Not crowded or messy.

Its a convenient close by store with a little bit of everything.

Store was dirty

Could have employees with more manners and more friendlier. Plus I been a customer for years and they have no ashtray for customers so it causes the parking lot to be trashed with nasty cigarette butts even the employees litter the parking lot with butts. People also park in a spot right at the entrance of the driveway ( mind you its NOT a parking spot) causing people to park all the way behind the store cause we cant fit behind them to get in!!! So rude especially for handicapped and older senior citizens.

My experience was poor! If it would let me I wouldnt give any stars! 5 mins until close they wouldnt let my husband that just works 17 hours straight and our son in for a binky for him and our 7 month old baby! When an elderly lady said I will buy one for you the girl said no you get out of line then put your stuff down and leave! We are closed. They were so rude and demanding! NONE of the other stores have ever did that before other than Milford streets! Will never go back there calling corporate and owner!

There are a lot of drug users around the building. It also always has a lot of trash right outside the door and on the steps. I like the staff that work there though.
