Its a clean environment and the staff knowledgeable about where everything is located in the store. The staff is nice and they do a great job to make it kid friendly. At the same time it is a professional based location. The only place I go to get parts for any vehicle I work on, and I will continue to go to this location over any other place. The staff is not afraid of getting outside to help customers and dont mind getting their hands dirty

I like dealing with AutoZone for my truck parts. They normally have everything in stock. And if not when ordered its usually a or two max to get the part(s) into the store for pickup

Always helpful and the guys here have alot of knowledge on basic mechanics. The only bad thing is they wont have certain things in stock and always have to order them.

Update: The service used to be good here unfortunately I’ve taken it from a five star down to one these guys in here talk to you like you’re stupid disrespectful. Tonight I walked in one guy was working he was on the phone which was fine but there was two other employees not one of them came over to talk to me I stood there in line waiting to get prices to redo the calibers the brakes and the steering arm along with the rack and Pinion but was ignored. So I will take my business to advanced. They seem to be doing better these days.Amazing Service. They promise to match any other companies prices. I’m a faithful Auto Zone customer. I’m a female and they don’t treat me like a “dumb girl” I try to do some research before ordering to understand and the finish bringing me to understand and gain any knowledge they have to share. I went in the other day and the kind man came out and put all my whispers on. I can do it and he knew that but he was kind and offered me excellent customer service. Positive experience this time, my daughter needed a new car battery. The employee who helped me this morning was polite and made quick work of changing the battery. Depending on who ends up helping you will determine your experience. Ive had one employee, think it was a manager because he was dressed different than the others, that seemed to be bothered at having to help me. Id walk out & go somewhere else rather than dealing with that again.

Ive gone to Auto Zone since I was old enough to drive in Houston. Im changing this review because the new staff is incredible. They went above and beyond installing a new battery and terminals. Rick changed my battery and he was fun and friendly and too excellent care of me. The whole staff was great though. I interacted with 4 of them while I was there and they have won back my business!!

Always great fast service. The only thing is if your ask for a part they try to get you to buy the most expensive. So make sure to ask if they have anything cheaper,if thats what you want.

Better prices than most...

Good parts for the value. Just depends on the part and price, Ill buy at AutoZone, Advance Auto Parts, Napa or at the dealer, the dealer I usually buy parts at, is Country Club Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealer, but for some parts that dont wear much, Ill buy at AutoZone. Though Ive heard very recently that Harrison County may see a new parts store soon, OReilly Auto Parts and I hope this rumor about OReilly Auto Parts coming to Clarksburg and Bridgeport area is true cause Im exited to give them a try when they do come in the area, but Ill still be buying parts at any of these part stores, including AutoZone.
