Tried to ship 2 cattle blood samples for pregnancytests and the 2 workers there today refused to even touch the box even though it was clearly mark and packaged per guide lines. They freaked just because the address said Diagnostic.Here is a screen shot straight from the UPS website that clearly states exempt animal specimens are excepted for shipment.Train your employees better.

Don’t bother with the Claremore UPS when returning Amazon merchandise. They will tell you their email is down and They won’t print your label off blue tooth. They are no help at all. Go to Office Everything at 610 N JM Davis. Excellent customer service, in and out in 5 minutes.

I have used this store for years. Always and I do mean ALWAYS pleased and treated great. I have a mailbox there and you can trust them completely. Even took Amazon back and they went out of their way to make it work.

Very quick and easy experience; Kinda makes me wish it wouldve taken a bit longer, to justify the drive from Pryor. Lol. But its worth it, when you cant print the darn shipping label. The girl was really friendly and had me out to the door in less than a minute.

Worst ups store Ive ever been too. They also refuse amazon returns unless you purchase something from them. I frequent 7 other ups stores and Im there a few times a week. Ive never had these problems or dealt with a ruder employee than at this store. I do not recommend at all. Girl behind the counter was cursing and throwing things around.

(Free) drop off at UPS via Amazon Prime and Torrid. Was charged for both items. Yes, I had a box and bag that both things came in. The companies made it right after I contacted them. Im sure both companies have pretty pricey contracts with UPS, so its pretty sad when they (UPS) are charging costumers on top of that. Both drop offs were 10000% supposed to be free. Pretty sad when you charge a 15 min computer usage fee (I didnt even touch a computer in the 5-7 min I was there) when you cant scan an email code.Edit post store response: It would be really great if the store/employees could tell you when they are checking you out, (pre completion of transaction), the additional cost associated with a printing/computer fee/clicking.........clicking fee is a new one, good job UPS. However minuscule the amount is, its slightly more principle related. Charge me 10 cents for a copy, thats fine, you can do it at home for less, but thats understandable, Ill go grab a dime out of the car (cue run-on sentence). Whats not understandable is a customer bringing in free returns for a drop off, original packaging included and being told, Your total is. Tell me you are going to charge a clicking fee for a 1 min or less employee jaunt to the back of the store (15 minute minimum charge may I remind you), and Ill gladly drive myself home, print, and regrettably return until a better carrier service is offered in Claremore.

I have never seen worse customer service from a delivery service.Note: photo is of the empty stoop where the camera never was.We had a camera delivered to our house several weeks ago and werent available at the time of drop off. We went to pick it up and were told we would have to wait for the next drop off time as the name didnt match the package. After several reschedules by the company and promises by the UPS corporate office that it would be delivered promptly and at specific times, the package still hasnt been delivered and instead I get continued texts from Amazon stating that the package is ready for pickup.Amazon absorbed the cost of the camera after several complaints by us that the local ups office had put an indefinite hold on the camera and refused to release to the customer.On what planet, do you refuse a customer on grounds that they are not the customer they prove that they are? Proof of address, proof of identity, proof of account information, proof of delivery information and all are for not when the company itself doesnt know what to do with a customer complaint.Im disappointed.

I called to see if I could have some paperwork printed off on a Saturday morning. The guy working rudely informed me that he couldnt do that. As I proceeded to ask him where he would recommend I go to get the paperwork, he hung up on me. Didnt say goodbye or thank you or anything that would imply that the conversation was over.He should probably be made aware that hes in the business of providing customer service, and if he doesnt care to convey some simple manners and respect, that he should probably look for a new job.

*Edited to add, the other store simply placed the label over the old sticker. Look elsewhere for your packing needs, there is another provider across the street who is much friendly and understands that they are in the business of customer service.The absolute worst customer service at this store. Twice I went in to mail off a package and a young moody employee told me that the way I was trying to send it would not work. The employees were wearing ratty shirts and you couldn’t even tell that they actually worked there had one of them not been behind the counter. Went to another UPS store and zero problems mailing the packages the same way.

Two people on duty on a Saturday, but neither is a Notary- nor were they very nice. Barely looked up and told me to try a bank (at 1:30 on a Saturday). I won’t be going back there.

I, too, get kinda frustrated that there is only one person working.....but when its my turn in line....SPECTACULAR SERVICE! Still a MUCH shorter wait at the UPS store than all the damn TRAINS! Thank GOD Im retired! 😀

Came in store, only one person to work desk & everyone that came in had tedious requests, freight ins., laminating, etc., No quick & easy customers, plus a signature needed by fed ex for drop off, (very chaotic) & Tasha was the desk clerk, she remained calm, friendly & very efficient!!!! While doing as much as she could for a customer, if their was any wait time on machine, etc., she used that time to start helping next customer!! I know I would have been very stressed & Im 55+!!! She did all with great accuracy, calm, politeness & smile!!! Hope she is being valued for the GREAT Employee she is!!! S. Regenold

Well, I should have checked reviews before I went.Wanted to ship a 10 lb package, bought a box for $10, ( yikes) got quoted shipping price, and wanted 2nd opinion,Went next door to office everything, same box was only $4., and shipping was $30 cheaper withFedEx. .

Awful service. They dont know how to use a computer. I went in to get my resume copied to resume paper. The woman told me she didnt know how to use the computer and that I would be better at it so she made me go in the back and figure it out myself, needless to say I wasnt able to get my resume on resume paper. Like seriously? How can you get a job a UPS store and not know how to use a computer to print something off!Another time I was shipping an old modem back to AT&T who states that they have a partnership with UPS who will know what to do and how to package as long as you bring it to them and give them your account number. The first person went to get help to figure it out then the next person went to get another person....It took 3 people standing around the box for 30 minutes all trying to figure out how it went. One lady kept saying this is a modem! Meanwhile another lady comes in to ask if they did 3D copies and one of the workers said to her Well I dont know! Finally another worker said no...sigh just dont go to this UPS store.

Worst ever service here from CHASE! Tried to drop off AT& T Uverse modem, on last day to avoid $150 charge to my account.Chase said his AT& T system was down. Worst part….. he said I could NOT leave the modem for processing when system was up! Of course couldnt get a receipt for leaving it. I wont be back! Wish i knew how to contact the owner.
