It took a little time going back and forth getting my quote acceptable and getting the appointment scheduled. Had 3 different septic companies come out to diagnose and repair our aerobic system and they were all 3 very unprofessional and had no clue about how to fix it. Called JT Septic they had a guy come out the very next day and solved the problem in 5 minutes and he was incredibly professional and knowledgeable and treated my wife very respectfully! JT Septic is the ONLY company I will ever have out in the future! Highly recommended!!!

After a couple of months I noticed sewer odor. Removed new aerator cover to find aerator not fastened down, and resting against side of cover with rubber hose from pump to diffuser shaft collapsed with diffuser shaft going into tank at a weird angle. Technician did not have parts to repair alarm system. Could not find sprinkler nozzles in tall grass to do service. Tech said they would come back without charging again. Hope to affix aerator and alarm on next visit.

I hired these guys to clean out my septic system. It didn’t need it. They informed me that I needed a few things added to my septic system, and it didn’t need to be pumped out. Just charged me a service call / inspection. They could have charged me full price and pumped out my system. Honest people to do business with. I recommend them.

I just had two septic tanks pumped. When they arrived, they checked with me for any issues, or of they had to watch out for anything, aka, not to trample landscaping and the like. Quite polite and friendly actualy. Def give them cudos for that.They compleated the task quickly without muss or fuss, and there was no noticable smell from them pumping out the tanks. They where quick, and polite the whole time, willing to talk and explain what they where doing, not minding having someone watching over there shoulders.I will state there was a minor snaffu with scedualing, but it was smoothed over quick and easy. Getting pumped was needed, but not an emergany, I told the lady that called me about the issue that it was all good, an emergancy repair takes prescidance over getting a system that works fine pumped. We reschedualed and everything worked out fine.WIll call again when next we need spetic system service.I should add, the price was what was quoted over the phone, no extra or suprise charges or anything of the sort, all told I am quite happy with the service.

My fiancé and I just moved into a new home that has a aerobic septic system and we know nothing about them. Our aerobic systems sprinklers were not working. The technician determined that it was due to the pump shield and sprinkler heads being clogged. He cleaned the shield and flushed the heads, which resolved the issue. He also diagnosed that the warning bulb and buzzer were not working, and quickly replaced those. He also replaced the aerator filter. He gave some good instructions on keeping the system maintained. He was very friendly, professional, and efficient. They were very reasonably priced. Will definitely be using them for future aerobic maintenance.

I called when I noticed my septic tank was full and called to get someone out ASAP. I was contacted very timely and had it pumped before any issues arose. The tech who called was super friendly, almost too happy to be pumping septic at 8am, and both techs who came to pump were knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and willing to answer any questions I had about maintenance. Added bonus, one of the techs identified our critter problem without straying from his work, discussing the critter in my ducts while holding a pump in my tank. The other estimates my driveway needs and have advice. The type of work that makes you want to brag on them a bit. Definitely using them in the future. About to have them haul in gravel for my driveway!

We needed the septic pumped. I called on a Monday and they were there first thing Tuesday morning, in the rain! It took about 30 min total for them to pump and inspect the septic tank. Highly recommend!

Placed 27 loads of rock for my driveway and pumped out my septic tank. . They were careful, polite, performed the work in a quality manner, and at a fair price. Also very diligent in making sure the customer is satisfied with the work. I would highly recommend them.

New to the area and had purchased a home on canyon creek road the end of March 2019. I came home on the evening of April 02 2019 and notice a completed J & T Service Aerobic Septic Inspection (unannounced full service Inspection), with no problems and a 2 year coverage box checked slip in the door jamb. Figuring the previous owner had a service contract.May 7 2019, I started having alarm issues and the pump is not pumping, so I call J & T Service with the Issues considering they had just done an Inspection a month ago and the 2 year service Box was checked. So I explain that I had purchase the house, address and so on, and she pulls it up and tells me yes there is another full year and Warranty will cover the cost and repairs they would send someone to take a look, (I’m thinking great this a good company and I would like to continue a Service Contract).An hour later I receive a call back from J & T from the same lady with a completely different story about how that was a friend deal and there was no warranty or no service contract and it would be $100.00 Service call and Cost of the pump and repairs. I decline the service call and repairs.Explaining I wasn’t happy with the situation and considering they just completed an unannounced Full (OK Box Checked) inspection a month ago. Not Ordered By Me. She told me’ that’s just how they do business.J & T Service has a Good Review rating and I mention this was not going to be good for their reviews, she sarcastically ask if I wanted the their web link to apply the review, and then hung up on me!I have 2 issues with this; 1. The conflicting stories and 2. What type of service was actually completed on April 02 2019 on my septic system? Being a war time Military Vet. and serving our country is this the new normal standard of business.To the Owner; No Deal! And all the facts are becoming more present.As A Civil Engineer I have a total understanding how this system works and I will post pictures of my damaged pump, I highly doubt that this pump was working correctly or at all when you had completed said service.As you state in your response; (When we do our maintenance of the aerobics we do not schedule with customers unless it is noted to do so because there is no need to involve the customer. We are just there to make sure it is working properly and leave a note as such).You might want to involve the customer, because customers change and customers pay the bill. If your service contract is to make sure it is working properly and leave, what good is that! I have an alarm system that tells me that if it’s not working correctly, and there again as you stated; If components were to fail on the previous owner they are not under a warranty and would be at your cost.You may want to add cleaning the screen on the pump, like you would clean a filter to your service contracts. Sure would have made this pump last longer.

I ordered some gravel from JT for a retaining wall project. I admittedly didn’t know much about gravel (types, grade, class, etc) so there was a little miscommunication about what product I was ordering. They dumped a full load of what I ordered, which was not what I needed for my project. Luckily, Jason was awesome to work with. They understood (maybe felt sorry for me) and got me the right product delivered immediately. I was impressed and would absolutely recommend them to anyone else.

JT Septic Company is professionally exceptional in the services they delivered. I had to call them out in the freezing 24 degree temperatures and they were prompt in responding. The primary issue was not with the septic system but with the plumbing that lead to the tank from my house. After digging in the frozen ground they were able to unclog the pipes while taking detailed time to show me where the cause originated They showed me the evidence of faulty lines and compromised baffles and took the time to explain how the system worked in a manner that I could easily understand. They were not only very kind but respectful in telling me the cost of the equipments hourly rate they would need to use and then asked permission to use them to diagnose the problem. The integrity of JT Septic and their staff is outstanding! They deliver high quality service and I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for superior septic service that is both fair and affordable.

Everyone I have spoken to has been very friendly and helpful. I needed some large culverts installed(60 inch diameter), and they were very helpful in walking me through the process of exactly what I needed. Then when we thought we were ready to start, I had to put things on hold for a couple of months because of problems on my end and they were very understanding. Then I needed them to put new gravel on my driveway before Thanksgiving, so my guests low clearance vehicles wouldnt scrape bottom on my torn-up driveway.
