I was told I need to leave my purse up at the front with them. They kept referring to it as a book bag or a backpack, it is neither of those thingsIts a small purse, just large enough for my wallet. Ive carried this purse in this particular store on many occasions and Ive never in my life been asked to leave it somewhere. I even take my purse into places like concert venues that say no backpacks, because its not a backpack. I cant believe they would tell me its their policy. I was going to buy catfood a heat lamp and some bales of straw. I would have spent at least $200 dollars. I will never shop there again.

They are always friendly and helpful. I bought a 40lb bag of bird seed when the young man went to put it in my car the bag broke up in my car he got me a new one and even picked up the bird seed. Thats great customer service.

The store had the products that I was looking for and I was able to purchase them at a relatively good price. However the customer service was awful the 2 young girls that were the cashiers did not say hello they wont look at you while youre making your purchases they dont say thank you they dont say have a nice day. I said hello to the cashier and she just looked at me and the one standing behind her goes will we say hello to customers all the time and they dont answer so we just dont say anything anymore. Wont go back I will go to tractor supply

My mother went to get feed. She asked the cashier if someone could bring the feed up and load for her. The cashier told her we only do that if you order online. My mother explained she is unable to lift the bags herself. The lady refuses to help her. Told her to go look around for someone else to help her. My mother found a new employee and he kindly loaded the feed and helped my mother to the registers where another cashier was and checked out. He then loaded the feed in her vehicle. Pretty sad that the older female cashier refused to help a disabled person.

I worked there over 20 years ago and they have not changed a bit.When are you going to wake up Brian Atwood and let your department heads order.I have bought Parrot seed for 20 years and 2 out of 5 times they are out in Claremore and I have to drive to Owasso.I found out that claremore Tractor supply carries it so You will not be getting anymore of my business.Wake up and take care of your customers

Went to the one in Claremore to exchange a pair of shoes that I got for my birthday the day before. I went in to the service desk and told the women that I needed to exchange for a bigger size. She asked if I had a receipt and I said no I just got them as a gift and they don’t fit and I just needed an exchange. She told me I couldn’t without a receipt! Then she wanted to know what store I purchased them from. I advised that most gifts don’t come with a receipt not do you ask the giver and she still refused an exchange! I asked for a manager and said I’ve never had trouble exchanging anything before. She didn’t call for a manager and fumbled around then said just go exchange them and come back!I told my son never buy me anything from Atwood’s again! I refuse to deal with that kind of people. If they don’t take exchanges then I don’t need their stuff!

They have a good variety of goods. Clothing and food for your animals and farming supplies.

Its a big Atwoods. I think I came in before the usual truck though. It seemed to have some stock missing. But it had what I needed.

Everything was good with the exception of the shopping carts. Most of them are absolutely terrible. They look like theyve been dragged down 10,000 miles of gravel road and the wheels are nearly gone on most of them. Spend some money for some new shopping carts Atwoods and I bet you get shoppers that spend more...

Love atwoods and their prices but stood in line forever after 6 customers came to stand in line I asked if someone else could cashier seeing that employees were just standing around. Then after another 5 min finally another cashier arrived

They have a good selection but a little thin on staff and knowledgeable staff. They are building a new store...when they should be more concerned with getting more and better informed staff and adequate check out. Always a line when I go there. So looks like we will get a bigger new store to be disappointed in the service in.

I always thought when you exchanged for a different size of the same thing. There was no added cost if the item went off sale? But I guess not. I was charged a extra $20. The young lady when I asked isnt that just a straight acrossed exchange? She said yes I think so but I dont know the rules about that I just said ok for now but you might want to figure that out. She was at the the exchange counter.

Always helpful, great prices. They have an assortment of items from clothing to farm animals to power tools. My favorite place to go to.

Store had to over ride prices they had marked down but didnt work at register. Several items out off stock. Damaged goods but didnt offer discount on them. Showed other items in stock on their system but couldnt get any help to look for it. No adults working in the store. Only kids, probably nobody over 20 working in the store. They tried to help, a little. But just didnt know what to do. They needed more training. And need to fix the stores inventory.

Great staff at this location. They are attentive, friendly, helpful, and have the service mentality that so many other places lack. They stock rugged, true American products and sell them at surprisingly low prices. Atwoods sets a standard that other retail stores should be held to, but fall well short of. If they stock it here, I wont buy it anywhere else.

Well Im not from here but went in here and spent over $100 when I walked out I was greeted by 2 detectives who said it looked like I was going to rob the place with my wife. This is crazy to me I was shopping and I guess that is frowned upon by this establishment. I wouldnt want that to happen to anyone I even used my credit card they had all my info and just because I was browsing for a while and Im large and tattooed I fit the description apparently. Well enjoy that money will be the last time in there and will spread the word and put it on all media as well. One day we will be judged by our character not our appearance.

They had the item I wanted and even though the lines were long, I still got out fairly quick. They should have had another person checking though. The young man who loaded the wheel barrow was very courteous.

We called on sunday the 10th, to see if you had a pistol. We told the guy on the phone we had to drive 80 miles and wanted to make sure you had it before we made the trip. He checked and told us he had the pistol and told us what time you closed. We drove to your store, went in to make the purchase and the guy said sorry I cant sell it to you, the only guy that can do that called in sick! What. We just called and you didnt tell us that, we drove 160 mile round trip and ended up at home without the pistol. We will not be back, that was unacceptable.

Used to be my most favorite store, spent many a paycheck there. But theres this older male employee (I assume hes over the tool dept.) there that stalks me and my brother while we shop there. Ive learned to ignore the guy but it makes my brother extremely uncomfortable. It got to the point where we are afraid to reach in our pockets to answer a phone call in fear of being accused of stealing. Wont be back as long as hes there. Oh well. We vote with our dollars and I vote Tractor Supply.

Staff is always happy to help, but also just as happy to let you be and not pushy. Have a great vairity of products. Wish they carried more unprocessed dog treats, but you cant have everything.

The building is very run down. The nice people that work there make up for the condemned building appearance .

This place has a country store feel to it. You can get what you want and get out, or you can browse for hours.

I enjoy going there they have so many odds and ends you cant find at other places a little bit country.

Atwoods is a good farm and home store. A good selection of merchandise. Sometimes the staff there seems like they could be a little more knowledgeable about their stock.

Wish they had these in Louisiana when I lived there.

Typical Atwoods experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. They took the time to help us find items and helped us load heavy items into the car. They have all kinds of items for the farm and ranch, clothing, lawn and garden items, and just about anything else you might need or want.

I would have given it 4 stars, but the dang covid made them take away the free popcorn. Bring it back and I will reconsider

Usually good service. But I wish they would take care of their live poultry better. Makes me sad to see chicks huddled and crying because they dont have enough heat with dirty contaminated food and water feeders. Ive raised many young chicks so I know how sometimes its difficult to keep food and water clean but certainly not impossible. I wont buy live poultry here.
