I got an appointment for an oil change quickly but it took over an hour and a half. They said one of their guys had gone home for lunch and had car trouble,so they were running behind. My appointmentWasnt 4pm, so I wish they had let me know before I made the trip there. I would have rescheduled.

My review would be higher IF I wouldn’t have been lied to about getting a call when my car would be ready. Took it in 8am Tuesday morning of July 20th to find out at 2:30pm that day it was a bearing that needed to be changed out and they would give me call by 5pm that day to let me know if it’s ready or not. Didn’t get the call. Had to wait till the following morning for them to call at 8:10am and say it was ready. Had to rely on someone last minute to take me to work the next day because I didn’t have all the info I needed to plan out what I needed to do. I’ll only go here again IF I have to. After all of that, yes they did repair my car correctly. But, for me, it’s the principle behind the lack of following through with your word. Communicate better and you would’ve easily gotten a 5 star.

I came in for oil change without an appointment. The service person gave me a look like I should have made an appointment and looked at another service person who seemed to indicate it was ok. So they let me in and said it would take about 45 minutes. I was relieved to get in as my other car is a Honda and the Honda dealership has an excess service for drive in (or walk in, no appointment needed) for oil changed and quick service. My thought it Jack Kissee should have this same express service. They changed my oil and rotated my tires as well as provided a multi-point inspection of my car. It was all done in an hour. They did everything right and my car was returned looking cleaner than when I brought it in. I was very satisfied. Thank you.

Had appointment for maintenance warranty oil change. Also got 1 tire plugged and tires rotated. I was told by service member I needed a replacement back window wiper. When checking out was charged full price and they didnt change/charge for the wiper blade. Then it took 25 minutes to reprint the paperwork and about 60 seconds to put wiper blade on. This took almost 3 hours to complete! Overall I had a horrible experience. I will NOT use Jack Kissee ever again. Thoroughly disappointed.

I bought my car at a different dealership that has since gone out of business. Jack Kissee replaced our media hub which was still under warranty. They were kind and quick with the job. They noticed I had low tire pressure and fixed a tired that had a screw in it. The service department was excellent!

I had a wonderful buying experience with Jack Kissee Ford. After shopping online, I found the make and model I wanted at Jack Kissee Ford. The online pictures looked great but I called ahead to verify condition before driving two hours to see the vehicle in person. They were very helpful in this - I asked for any type of dents, dings, scratches. They told me the vehicle was in excellent condition as pictured and they were correct. My used vehicle was in near showroom condition. I like the vehicle I bought but plenty of people sell vehicles. At Jack Kissee, I felt like a valued customer. They were very patient in letting my wife and I walk around the vehicle to inspect it and test drive it and no pressure once we returned. I got an excellent used vehicle at a below market price (I did a lot of shopping before going to the dealership) and was treated very well throughout the process. The vehicle was cleaned and filled with gas while I handled paperwork. While this was happening, it was discovered that our car was missing the second key. This wasnt an issue though because our salesperson, Luke Sontag, got another key ordered immediately. While waiting for the key to arrive (it took a couple of days) Luke let me know that the detail crew mentioned that my vehicle could use a coat of wax to keep it looking nice. Luke offered a loaner vehicle to run around town while the second key was programmed and my vehicle was being waxed. I cant believe the attention to detail and willingness to take care of a customer shown by Luke and Jack Kissee Ford, especially after the deal was already completed. Im 110% satisfied with my purchase and the staff at Jack Kissee Ford. I highly recommend them and would be happy to buy from them again when its time. I had been experiencing fuel tank related issues with my 2012 F-150. I contacted Darlene, service advisor and after explaining the details of the issue (s), she arranged an appointment for service. They gave me a 2021 F-150 loaner because of the warranty I had purchased. My issue was resolved less than an 8 hour day and through the entire process, Darlene was most patient and very interested in taking care of me!

I have to admit, I hate buying a new vehicle. Very rarely do I walk away with a smile on my face. But and this is a good “but”—Jerry McCoy made it really easy and fast. I knew what I wanted and so I ordered my new Ford F-350 dually in November and received it 8 weeks later. This is what the dealer had told me when I ordered it. Jerry kept me in the loop every step of the way. So far it has been one of the better automobile buying experiences of my life and Jack Kissee has really earned my repeat business the next time I’m ready to buy again.

I had transmission work done last November. Now Im having the same issues again and every time I call up there to get an appointment made for them to look at it, all I get is Im sorry, my advisor is very busy and will call you at some point. When? When me and my disabled child are stuck on the side of the road because my transmission failed again? Definitely DO NOT recommend. If I wouldnt have gotten my premium care warranty with them and could afford to pay full price for the work, I would just go somewhere else.

I paid my car off with a different company, and wanted to see what all needed repaired to keep my car running for as long as possible. I took it in for a multi-point inspection, but after I gave a list of what I knew to be problematic, they adjusted my ticket to do a used car inspection . Which was more cost efficient for me. They listed everything that was wrong and the costs for each item.They were very thorough and helpful. And they saved me a bundle on the inspection.

We are from Pryor and we use to go to the Ford place here. But Chelsea works for you guys now and she always did us good here is Pryor and now she is with you guys. So you guys hired a very sweet girl to work for you. Chelsea is the best.

Terrible worst service! Do not use their service department. Made a scheduled maintenance check a month in advance got there day of and they had lost the ticket. So they rescheduled me for a week, they also in that time got the airbag that was recalled for the car. The day of the appointment they got the airbag replaced but couldn’t get the check that it was scheduled for done. They had to keep it overnight, the next day at 4:15pm called and they still hadn’t done the scheduled check. They didn’t know if they could get it done before they no of day. When an appointment is scheduled then you would assume they have time to look at your car.

Took my F-450 in for oil change, the dealer found that I had a bad cell in one of the batteries, they advised me of the issue and I authorized replacement. These folks take pride in their service to the customer.

Buyer BEWARE ..Dont buy your vehicle here! After we bought a vehicle from here they kept it for 3 hours getting it ready for us... When they brought it back out it sounded different and looked different to me but I thought I was being paranoid. I mean it was a brand new vehicle how could it have issues right?!? I wish I had listened to my gut and walked away.. that vehicle its been nothing but issue after issue ... They had it back in their service shop for almost 2 months than called to let us know it was fixed... The issues were NOT fixed and it took us 1 min after arriving to see that... Only then it has new additional issues! We took it back for them to fix the issues again and guess what.. Same thing!Never going back there again!!I also need to mention they still dont have my extended warranty showing up in the FORD app. 👎

I made an appointment for my Explorer to go in and have a fuse replaced for the interior lights, they found that the drivers vanity mirror so they disconnected it and asked me if I would like to replace it. My backup camera and navigation would have intermittent errors but with a computer update solved the problem. It was a relief that I didn’t have any major problems and my cost was reasonable. It was nice to go in and not be pushed to buy anything that wasn’t necessary.

Made an appointment for3:30 to get oil change and 20,000 mile service. They called and got me in early and it took less time than I expected. They were thorough and said I needed tires soon. I did tell them that they weren’t the place to buy tires from and they said they usually only sell a tire in as needed basis. I can see that.
