It was painfully slow... I was actually shocked at their blatant neglect of the customers. There were 3 employees doing nothing but gossiping while the line just kept growing. I’d highly suggest anyone thinking of going here to not waste their time.

I have gone here for almost 6 years and am beyond pleased with their expert help. They have carefully packaged many delicate, personal treasuresI have sent for my sons in the AF. They go beyond what is asked, and are welcoming and kind. Highly recommend

Ive been a customer here for over 20 years. I love having a place to send my online purchases where they are safe. Also I love that they will pack and send boxes to my family who are in a different state. Better than the UPS store. And they always say Hi when I come in to get my mail.

Therere two service workers when I came in the store. The one didnt turn into me while talking with other customer. The other came to me without greeting. So, rude.And she showed me the option on the screen and didnt give me any seconds to check, quick turn in check out menu. She didnt explain detail different option, just say no, we dont have same day delivery.Im ok to pay 40$ for next morning delivery to LA downtown with my paper package. But, I want to feel taking care as a customer, I have the right to listen detail of service as a customer. I was annoyed from rude worker.Anyway, its quite fast to finish whole process about 10 minutes. Ill definitely to go other place.

The postal center has been great throughout the last few years that I have had a box here. The staff treats you well and remembers you.

I got my finger prints done here, both cards were rejected by the service because they could not be read. I called to see if I could have a refund, or have them done again free of charge, however this business refused stating it is not their fault and they did their job, and blamed me stating my hands are too dry. I wasted $50, I will never come back or recommend this business.

The 2 guys that work there are very rude. Like if there really mad because there working there. Ill take my business somewhere else where they make you feel welcomed.

Ive held a business box here for over three years now (and have had boxes at three other locations over the past 15 years, before moving to Claremont) and this place is one of the best. Highly recommended.

Dont ship any airsoft related products....they will give some bs story they dont have a license to ship airsoft gear.....which is not true. Airsoft guns are federally categorized as toys not firearms and are not restricted in any way when shipping in US. Real story is they probably are anti 2nd amendment and let their politics carry over to their business.

Service is okay but their software adds a service fee to your shipment. I shipped UPS with them yesterday 12-17-18. UPS center on Indian Hill in Claremont would have charged $6.00 they charged $21.39 for the same ground service. Go to the UPS Store instead.
