I have been shopping here for over 30 years. And yes, Barbra is as lively and vivacious as ever. She welcomes her costumers with a jolly HELLO.As you enter you feel like your in a magical place with such different items you cant find anywhere else. There are a lot of cute trinkets, stationary, table clothes and napkins, candles that are dripless, cookbooks, plates, mugs and cups. Much, much more. You wont leave the store without purchasing something. Did I mention jewelry? Some from France. Ooo la la:)

Barbara Cheatleys is a wonderful little antique store, that cant help, but make you smile as you walk in through the door. This bundle of joy is always decorated for the different seasons with the most cheerful antiques, and is run by kindhearted people. Barbara Cheatley is now my new best friend, and her store is my new pit stop Friday afternoons. I have nothing bad to say; I highly recommend, if youre in town, to check it out.

My mom and I found this precious store coming back from another favorite childrens clothing store on the same street. My mom loved the fancy whimsical jewelry and vintage greeting and valentine cards. I like the linens and Susan Branch tea cups and Christmas ornaments. This store is decorated different for each season. Its a delight and the owner and her staff are kind and helpful. This is the one store I like to take all my friends to for a much needed lil gift for a friend or a special gift they need to give themselves. A great place to find different and unique items. Very girly. They go above and beyond when it comes to wrapping up gifts. They decorate for the holidays which is lots of fun to see.
