Busy father of 5, dont really have the space or time to dedicate to my gaming PC rebuild. I brought my problem to EssCor Electronics and they had my PC swapped to a new case and configured with a few upgrades within the same day. Very impressed at their service, I will definitely be doing business with them again. Highly recommended.

Very friendly staff, excellent and speedy service. I had a busted cooling fan in my laptop that was making a ton of noise; they got a replacement installed in less time than it took me to drive to the store and back.

The people that work here are so nice and are all about making the consumer happy. I go here for all my computer and Xbox needs. I bought an external hard drive for my Xbox and headphones from this place.

My wife and I have done business here for years, and have never been disappointed. Most recently I brought my old MacBook Pro in to get the battery replaced, and Steve agreed to do the work even though they specialize in PCs. They had to order the new battery AND a special tool to take the old one out (thanks, Apple!) and charged me about half the price quoted on Apples website. These folks are great!

They are professional. They fixed my none working lap top and they fixed my cd/DVD player on the same computer. I highly recommend esscor electronics to anyone who has a computer issue, either malware or software related. These people know how to get your computer running like new. Five stars from me.

My review was not based off of the lack of data you could retrieve. My review is based off the fact I was charged $40 for you to tell me my harddrive was completely dead. Which I already told your tech. On top of the fact I just replaced my own harddrive because your business is under the assumption the product key on my laptop couldnt be used without me having a windows back up disk for the OS. We went through this once before with your business. You worked on a laptop about 3 years ago. You kept asking for a backup disk and we explained we didnt have one. However the product key was on the laptop. You argued with us so much we purchased a thumb drive and downloaded the OS to bring in to you. Also keep in mind this was done around Christmas 3 years ago. We didnt have time to be running around helping you do your job. Im not sure why you push this information. I also dont know if you are just this way with us, or with me, but the condescension in your tone leaves something to be desired. We dont work on our computers because we dont have time. It is easier to pay someone else. However we are not lacking in the ability to do so.
