I had a unrepairable flat tire. They got me in fast and had me out in less than an hour. Roy was extremely helpful in choosing the tires I needed. I’ve been going to them for years and will continue to do so. Really great customer service. I also appreciate that they bring you outback to show you what is wrong.

This place saved my day when I had a flat tire. The had the right sized tires in stock and kept the shop open until I could get there! Because of them I didn’t have to miss an important wedding, and they even threw in an oil change for free. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable and I’m so happy I chose VIP tires. 10/10 service!!!

Staff try to squeeze people in between appointments when they dont have one available. I can never seem to get one made so I tend to leave my vehicle for a few hours and it gets done. Friendly and courteous

I went in for a state inspection and was told my steering rack needed to be replaced. I decided to get a second opinion from another certified state inspector and was told the steering rack was fine it was a ball joint. I was quoted 1100.00 for the steering rack. I got the inspection and the ball joint replaced for 350.00. They try to milk you out of your money will never set foot in there again!

My vehicle has 2 different sizes of tires it can use, very common sizes. If they dont have the tires in stock they can see what other stores have them or from the warehouses to order them. I drop my car off for the day and they let you know when its done.

They were able to get me in before my trip and do all the work needed to make me confident about going on a long drive. Theyre always friendly and helpful.

VIP Claremont has been awesome! They’ve helped me with everything from oil changes to brakes to new tires to general service and I have always been happy not only with the service I received but their customer service at the front desk. Roy and Tim are the two men I usually deal with the front desk is always helpful, professional and incredibly nice to work with.

I came limping in with a flat tire at 4;00 pm and they got me in within 10 minutes. They found a bad bearing and no brake fluid. Dave and Roy stayed until 6;15 until it was fixed. I had never been there before, but I will certainly be back! Exceptional and gracious service! A++++

Quoted me 200 fpr an alignment and 4 wheel mount and balance. And yet I was charged 233.60 I guess they really felt the need to replace my valve stems I didnt ask them to. And then charge me for it. Good luck with these guys. Wont get ripped off here again.Edit- after a vip manager reached out efforts were made to correct the issue. Solid work and a willingness to make sure the customer is happy.

I just moved here back in april and i think we all know the fear of having to find a new, trusted mechanic. We started off with VIP and they have proven themselves to be honest and fair time and time again. We have been extremely lucky to find them first try and we wont be going anywhere else. The honesty, price, workmanship, service, and personalities are simply the best ive seen in decades!

Went in for an oil change and diagnostics, they were able to walk me through all the issues and fix them as needed in an expeditious manner. They were polite and courteous.10/10 will do business with them again

My husband and i have gone to VIP claremont a few times. The customer service is great. I appreciate how they bring you back to see exactly what is going on with your car. This definitely strengthens the trust between mechanics and customers. They also are flexible with appointments. I can always get an appointment within a reasonable time.

I came to the Claremont NH location for and oil change, rotate and balance tires and diagnostic. That day the service was great. When I returned home and read the receipt I learn they put the wrong oil in my truck. After I drove at a higher speed I notice a front end shake and vibration in the wheel like I had an unbalanced wheel.I returns to this location 4 days later because I had made several attempts to call and could not reach anyone. I spoke with the store manager, Jeremy. I asked if he could resolve the problems. He told me “I had to come back at 10am”(I work and couldn’t do that). He said I had to come back another day then. I asked for a refund and was promptly told “I was being unreasonable and he could NOT refund my money”. He then told me to “read my owners manual and learn that the oil weighs will work”.The then took my keys to fix the oil issue but he didn’t mention anything about balancing the wheels.Very disappointed and will not return to VIP again.

Other than the gimmicky salesmen offering to clear my headlights from the old look for 60 bucks i got exactly what I came for. Alignment was done correctly by the knowledgeable mechanics in the back.

I have been having my Sienna van serviced at vip in Claremont NH for the Pat year or so. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable and their hours of operation work for my busy schedule. Whether it is low tire pressure, a flat tire, a/c not working or brake trouble, take care of things in a prompt, courteous manner.

I was choosing a set of tires online and with the chat helper found a set of tires for my Toyota Tacoma, problem was 3 out of the 4 were in stock, with one coming from a VIP in Vermont. I had a 3:00 PM appointment, but called looking for an earlier appointment and spoke to Jeremy and glad I did !!!He asked if I really were set on the tires I chose, not really caring he hooked me up with a better set of tires at the same rate !!! The technician who was doing the work noticed a few other things that could be done, showing me the details of each find.I WILL be returning for the other tasks to be completed as well.Good job Guys 😉

Every time I call VIP for a service, they are able to get me right in. They are always friendly and kind. I have started to use VIP more often for the fact that my vehicle can be serviced in a timely fashion.

The absolute best auto service center in this area. Staff is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and are quick to get your car in and back to you. Tim and Jeremy helped my girlfriend and I out in a stressful situation and made it way less stressful. Prices are lower than all other shops I’ve been to, and the quality of work is much better. I’ve been taking my vehicle here for a over year and I would never take it elsewhere.

I had my snow tires swapped out with my regular tires. The regular tires were balanced and an alignment done as well. The wait time was appropriate for the service and the new building has nice waiting room. Definitely happy with the service.

Brought some tires in to get mounted and balanced and what not, the gentleman took them off the trailer for me and put them back on after and even strapped them down for me and then hooked the trailer back up to truck. I couldnt have been more impressed.

The costumer experience was great they gave me a good deal on tires that will last and let me know what the tires come with for warranty info and other stuff it covers I would highly recommend anybody to go to vip they are pretty smart and fix most automobile issues you may have they will work with you to get your vehicle back to top notch

This was my first time coming to VIP. They took my car in right away and called me when it was ready for pick up. I was impressed with the folder of information they gave me after my inspection was done. I found out my car has some carbon buildup in the fuel system (which I will be addressing soon). I was happy to be able to read through the results of my inspection and because of the printout, I know they were thorough. I will definitely be coming to VIP more often!

I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the managers at the Claremont, NH location. However, I was able to connect with the regional manager and received professional and friendly service at their West Lebanon, NH location.

I could not have asked for better service from Jeremy, Tim, and the rest of the crew over there. After having some major tire issues, they walked me through my options, and even drove up to a different shop to get the wheels I needed in a prompt manner. Would highly recommend this place. For the services in this visit I dealt with Alexia & a tech named Jeremy.They were both wonderfully helpful & informative about their services.I was able to watch Jeremys work through the waiting area window & it was very obvious that his efforts were made with care & diligence.The work was done to good effect & I was impressed with the speed & efficiency with which it was done.My highest compliments to these folks and the facility itself as this was my 1st time getting services there & it is about the nicest, best kept garage Ive ever visited.

I like going to this VIP store because I always get prompt and friendly service. They take care of my car on schedule and do a very good job with letting me know what my car may need in the future. Ive used these guys mainly for inspections, but they are always fast an courteous. Sure they try to do the typical upsell on filters I dont need changed, but I cant blame them for trying to make a buck. The new location has a great waiting room and is super-clean. When I do need tires or major maintenance Ill certainly be back.

Great service at their new larger location in Claremont, NH. I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation the day before. At the appointment time they immediately processed the car and completed the work quickly. Staff was professional and courteous throughout the process. I was about to hit the road when I found a screw in one of the tires of my tow vehicle. They got me in first thing Sunday morning, and they had the hole plugged and patched up within an hour. Very pleased with their service and prices seemed reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

Its a very expensive place.... Tim the manager, was very helpful and explained everything to me to understand....but I paid $500 to get a caliper installed and I had 2 brake rotors and pads installed... My car was there all day, and it wasnt done till 5 pm...so not only was it expensive.... But it was there for over 10 hours...

Excellent customer service and job well done promptly. I went here for multipoint inspection, i was told i have moderate carbon buildup on engine and wiper needs to be replaced. But Never forced me to do anything unless required. I would like to recommend this to everybody for any service.

I wouldnt take my vehicle anywhere else. The guys here have always been honest, affordable, and very quick with quality service. Anytime theres an issue with my vehicle, theyre always able to get me in quickly for an appointment thats convenient for me. I brought my car in to get 4 new tires. I was greeted by the desk associate and I was 15 min late for my app. The associate was very nice and went over pricing for my tires. I was able to get my car in and drive away within 45 minutes. I will be back with my husbands car soon for tires as well.

I was in there for over half an hour. The only one in there. A lot of cars out back with 2 people trying to get everything done. They had to keep going from out back to work, to running the desk. It was a joke. Then the tires I had called about the day before they said they had in stock. They didnt even carry the size I wanted anymore. She was polite and apologized for misunderstanding what I had asked for the day before. So a 1 1/2 hour waste of my day. Got the tires for 215.00 less somewhere else in the right size and better quality. They are exspensive.

I went to this VIP to get my part of my exhaust (new cat) replaced. This was on Thursday and due to the fact that there was only 1 tech working that day Sheryl asked if I would be willing to come in the next day when there was more techs working so I wouldnt have to wait as long for the repair to get done. Sheryl and Stephanie were awesome. They answered every question that I had and explained everything to me. Also because I was willing to come in the next day they gave me a discount on the labor cost. I will bring my cars back there again. Thank you Sheryl and Stephanie and the rest of the workers at VIP.

I had a terrible experience recently at VIP Auto in Claremont. I called well in advance to schedule an appointment for an inspection and new tires. I show up and theres no record of my appointment. They still took down my information and worked on my car but I waited over 2 hours for them to work on my car!! The only update I got was that part of my front brakes had to be replaced-- adding to the time and cost. So finally after it was all set and done, I leave and immediately hear a clicking noise coming from the rear tire. I go back, they drove the car around, they confirmed that they heard what I heard then proceed to tell me its a normal sound coming from under the hood. I didnt buy this so another worker drove the car then tells me that yes its coming from the rear tire but he doesnt know the cause and it was probably there before. He said that he would pull the tire off and check it but it would be another half hour or longer. At that point I was so fed up and decided to leave. Since then, within a week, my car started to make more noise that it didnt seem safe to drive. I took it in to a local mechanic who said both front wheels loose, left front very loose, allowing wheel to snap back and forth!!! He said the wheels were poorly put on and that my front tires could have popped off at any time! In all my years of driving and changing tires, this has never happened to me, including when my car was worked on by other VIP locations. My whole family was put at risk because of the poor quality work done by VIP Auto. To think I dropped over $1000 for poor work makes me sick. I am forever done with this franchise and do not recommend it to anyone.

Had my car serviced at their new location today.Sadly, the quality of their customer service has declined terribly since they got this bigger, fancier place.In the past weve had work done at their former place & it was great, nice & clean, with friendly & attentive people & the work quality was excellent in attention to details as well as value.But today...A very strange experience as there were 3 men at the counter chatting together & ignoring the customers standing & waiting for help - then when 1 finally bothered to attend - it was just to say move your car & someone will be with you shortly.No mention of their new online services was made - which have to be added BEFORE they make out the work order, which was done with no questions asked.The car then sat for 20 minutes after being moved as instructed, then was taken inside, worked on for a bit over 20 minutes, then brought back out.Altogether the total time was just shy of an hour, during which a restroom visit was made - and it looked like it had been cleaned (maybe) sometime this month, but at least it had a nice fragrance being sprayed into it.Conclusion:There is another New England based business very near to this which does the same work we had done today for a lower price, with attentive customer service and usually in under 15 minutes total - and it seems smarter to go there from now on as we are quite disappointed with what our local VIP has become from what we experienced today.So this gets 3 stars out of 5 because it was neither terrible nor great, just OK & not any more than that, tops.

VIP works quickly, and has a very nice waiting area that doesnt smell like car exhaust, has comfortable chairs, and allows you to see you car being worked on. Their prices are reasonable and they are conveniently located so you can walk to stores in the plaza while you wait. They always get me in for an appointment on short notice and often start on my car ahead of schedule if I arrive early.
