They do EXCELLENT WORK but management doesnt hire enough people to finish the transactions.Sometimes 10-15 people waiting to turn phones in or pick them up with a 2-person staff trying to do that.They try hard to do it but people get frustrated.Only suggestion, add more help on the floor, your tech work is GREAT!

Really good experience, professional staff. I think the waiting room experience can be streamlined with a sign in sheet. When there are multiple customers in at one time, it is unclear which order people are in. So far other customers have been reasonable and aware on who is next in line. service has been fast, screen replacement for a pixel 4A in 2 hours and 90 day coverage for the part.

This place exceeded all my expectations beyond. I was impressed with their work. They replaced my screen/phone in less than 15 Mins. Best of all, the price was amazing! Great customer service. Recommended 10 out of 10!

I’ve been building my own computers for 35 years and this was the first time I needed outside help with a problem with a notebook 2in 1. They ran a tech diagnosis and examined the internals of the system and luckily there was no major internal damage. They gave me a summary and suggested a plan to remedy the problem and happily there was no cost for the diagnostics. The people at the store appear to be very knowledgeable and courteous. I can’t comment on the quality of a repair. Only the quality of their character: excellent.

Took my phone in to repair the broken screen. They are one of the few Google Pixel approved vendors. Called ahead to confirm they had the parts and dropped it off in the morning. Picked it up in the afternoon. My phone is back to brand new. Reasonable cost and transparent from start to finish. Definitely would go back if I had any issues in the future. Fingers crossed I dont though!

While the repair itself was great, it took way too long. Was told 2hrs for cracked screen repair. Ended up 3.5 to 4hrs. That was my gripe.

Called ahead and the guy told me he was new, and he couldnt find the part I needed to fix my phone, but he may have just been looking in the wrong place. Instead of confirming with a coworker, he told me to go ahead and come in. Drove 30 minutes to get there just for them to tell me that they did not even stock parts for my phone and would have to order it, which would have taken several days. I ended up ordering the part and doing the fix myself.

Found this place through AT&T (my insurance policy). They replaced my cellphone screen in less than 2 hours. Dennis had great service. Only drawback is the parking lot. It sucks!

My cell phone was having battery issues so I took it in to this location. Tim quickly checked and verified this would be fully covered under an extended warranty that I didnt know about. He explained what the issue was and gave me the best and worse case scenario along with ETA of both. He also advised me of a protection plan they offer yet didnt pressure me into signing up for it. They fixed my phone in the timeframe he estimated and my wife was able to pick it up on her way home from work.Thanks Tim & team behind the scenes!

As hard as it is to go without your phone for a while, knowing its in good hands and will be better than when you dropped it off is comforting.I needed a new battery for my original Pixel. Went to AT&T because my Samsung S21 Ultra Screen went black on me. Brand new phone and was extremely disappointed after spending so much money that it stopped working.. they made me jump through hoops to file a claim to get a replacement phone sent to me in 1-2 business days. Running a 60 million dollar business from home, 1-2 business days was not going to cut it. I filed the claim anyway and went home for some research, found that uBreakiFix right in the same parking lot as AT&T is an authorized dealer with Samsung and could fix my phone. Scheduled my appointment at 3pm, got a call at 4pm that the LCD went out and was fixed and ready for pick up. No charge to me due to it being under the 1 year warranty. They were quick, professional, and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone! Thank you again for making my life a little less stressful 🙏

I went here for an extended warranty repair on my pixel 4xl. Even though their waiting room was often crowded and they stay busy, they were still able to complete my device in the time window they provided. I dropped it off for a few hours while I went back to work, and it was ready by the time I got off.

Asurion said I could have my screen fixed on the same day as the claim. I work Monday through Friday and am dealing with the river fire. Put in a claim drove an hour to the store just for them to tell me they might be able to get it done today and that it will most likely be done tomorrow. Whats the point of having this insurance if you cant get what it says it provides.

Went there for a battery replacement. Popular/busy place so it takes a could hours to get the work done but they do good work. I signed up for their protection plan which saved me $90 and I can cancel the plan later for no cost.

They do a free diagnosis. They will fix your phone if they can. Very honest people.

I arrived 15 min befoee they closed. My phone was down for 2 days and I really needed it fixed. At first i was told they couldnt finish until the next day due to the time it takes to make sure phone is functional. I asked if the could make an exception for me and they did. Not only did they honor my request, they did so faster than estimated. I had offered to buy them dinner just because they were staying open to fix my phone. Im not important but they treated me like I was and for that I appreciate their service to their customers!! Thank you again team at U break fix.

My iPhone 8 had trouble charging thru the charging port and the technician knew right away that the port had to be cleaned. She then spent the next 20 minutes cleaning the port and all the speaker ports. Now phone charges fine and speakers work great. A true lifesaver. 5* service. And the cleaning was no charge. Thank you. Definitely return for any future phone issue that I have. For me and the whole family.

First and last time here, was first appointment in, took our phone as soon as it opened got called and said it was finished so went to pick it up, was told to wait to more hours, left come back and did this a total of 4 times, now 8 hours into waiting for out phone we get told we have to wait even more. Expected to pay full price after waiting 6 hours after the told finished time and we still dont even have it. Thats what you call ripping off and wasting peoples time. Im glad most of the reviews are good but this I definitely didnt get the experience these people got

If I could give no stars I would. I had taken my Nintendo switch here because the screen cracked and even though the screen cracked the switch worked perfect while I cooked it up to the TV. I came in to get an estimate about replacing the screen which they told me to basically just replace the whole thing because it isn’t worth fixing anyways. I already knew I should probably just replace it but after receiving my switch back I noticed it no longer worked on the TV which I was bummed about because I was going to give it to someone who really needed it at the time. After awhile I noticed I was having my accounts hacked into because I was being notified through email about it. It wasn’t until today that I had figured out that whomever was working on my switch also stole my information off of the switch and if I buy anything in the Nintendo store it will automatically go to that account now. Basically whomever stole my account has access to everything. DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE! Hide your information because they say they’ll fix it but also steal your information. I really hope this helps someone makes decisions in the future because I really regret trusting them with my device now. I will stick with Best Buy and Geek Squad from now on.

Horrible service. They tell me they can repair my phone and it would be about 2 hours. I come back to check in after waiting in the parking lot for an hour and 45 minutes. And they say oh yeah were sorry we dont have the parts. Seriously? You couldnt have checked before you told me you would repair it. Do not recommend. Do not waste your time or hard earned money.

Top notch business. My phone was basically dead and I didnt save anything to the cloud (I know better now!). Both at&t and Samsung pretty much told me I was screwed. Nope. This place was able to retrieve all of my data and transferred it to my replacement phone. Saved all of my data! Thank goodness for this business!

They really need to work on their quality control. I took in my Pixel 4a for a screen replacement, left it with them and came back after the 2 hours they told me it would take. I came back, my phone was not fixed because their one replacement screen was faulty. Fine, that stuff happens. After waiting 2 days for the new part, they call me back in to pick up my fixed phone. I bring the phone back home before noticing that the screen is not flush against the body of the phone which could result in dust damage if I didnt notice it. If youre going to be an Authorized Google Repair Center, having spare Google Screens and better quality control is not a large ask.

These guys are great! Everyone I dealt with was professional and provided great service. My claim from Asurion directed me to this shop, and once the claim was received by them, the cracked screen on my phone was repaired in about 2 hours. My phone looks better than before, would definitely recommend!

A drop off envelope or box type option would be really helpful as I had already called ahead, was an existing customer and had to wait for 20 minutes that could have been a 2 minute drop off. Might want to suggest that to management. Otherwise 5 stars!

While they couldnt fix my poor tablet but I did get excellent service and advice from staff. It was busy and they were trying to serve as many people as quickly as possible. Kinda wish they had a heater since I had to wait outside in line for AWHILE. But I could see they were working 💪

This place definitely lost my Nintendo switch. Dropped it off in January, didn’t get it back until I called again and again in March. They claimed they couldn’t fix it which is fine, but then when I went in to pick it up the staff (obviously either stoned out of their mind or forgot they were on the clock) struggled to provide even the most basic customer service. Staff also stole my game that was in the switch during drop off and claim they can’t find it. What a mess. disappointed anyone would run a dishonest service like this in this area. If the owner isn’t aware that this is happening he needs to crack down on operations. Cant wait to get a “we’re sorry you had a poor experience” response from the owner 🙄

These guys are just freakin awesome. There was only about an hour and a half before they closed and they got it done. Screen replacement and LCD. I love them. My phone screen was broken for so long so to see it fixed like this made me so happy. 😀🤩😀🤩 I hope not to need their services again but I know where to go should the need arise. And trust me Im gonna recommend them to everyone I know who may need repair service.

My Nintendo wasnt working after the storm. I was under the suspicion that since it wasnt connected to a surge protector, that it got fried in the power outage. They took it apart, found nothing wrong, put it back together, and low and behold...it works. Also they have a great insurance plan that covers all electronic devices, really worth the buy.

Super busy, had to wait outside for 15 minutes just to get in. They fixed my phone, and promised to call when it was ready. They never called. I called and they told me the phone was ready. When I went to pick it up an hour later, they said they had not tested it yet, and it still needed to be tested, that was another half hour. They seem to know what they are doing but they are overwhelmed and not well organized.

Great customer service. Robert is extremely knowledgeable and responsive. My boys shattered 2 iPhone screens and both times, they did an excellent job getting it fixed. I even gave the wrong information about which model iPhone needed to be fixed, so they made a special mobile trip back out to repair the screen. They are trustworthy and reliable, and I would gladly refer them to other people who need any repairs on their phones or other devices.

I was told to come in for battery replacement. I drive over an hour to get there. When I arrive, Im told they are sold out of the battery. The guy I talked to was too afraid to come out from the back and no one else gave a damn. STAY AWAY!!!!

My iPhone X burned out on the logic board and I thought to have this service take a look. They did the diagnostic as usual then they told me to wait 3 days as they changed out my original screen to an aftermarket one thinking I wouldn’t notice as my original screen had some small nicks on the bottom left corner. Came for a diagnosis just to get fleeced never coming here again!

Made an appointment online Thursday, dropped my phone off Saturday at 10am. I came 3 hours later to pick up my phone, only to be told they had a defective part, had no more in stock so they ordered one which would be in 2-3 days. I am surprised they dont have more than one part in stock, I have an S20plus which is a common phone.

One star for the jam-packed tiny store and maskless employee. Sign on the door says 2 people max, no groups. But the 7-8 customers + maskless employee (a face shield is not a mask, even if you have a sign about president trumbp on your door, yo) + employee with a mask down under the nose (both times I came in) say otherwise. If you think social distancing and masks are for dummies, stop on by. My phone screen did get fixed, but they either slathered extra glue around the edge or used an antique set of tools to pry it up because my phone edges are scratchy and knobbly and dimpled now. Fingers crossed its glue, but frankly Id just be grateful if I walked out of there not having breathed in any of the people soup theyre so oddly totally fine with. I was referred by T mobile. I had dropped my phone and cracked the face. So I called them and was told that they could replace the glass face within 2 hours. So I took it in to them today I received it back in 2 hours fixed. Some people might say I paid too much to have it fixed, but I wanted it fixed asap and they did it, so it was worth it.p

I have use this store to fix my phone twice now. First time was a known battery issue they fixed under warranty because they are a nexus certified repair center. The second time was from dropping my phone while I was on a ladder. They diagnosed the phone and only replaced the broken part. Saving me $260 if it was the worst case scenario.

Went in to get my phone screen replaced due to deep cracks. The Customer service was good as well as the service. Kinda costly without insurance but I believe they replace the battery and thoroughly check all the functions of your phone to make sure everything is working as designed. Would def recommend this business to a friend.

I shipped my device to this location for a battery replacement and when I received the unit the back was not connected. I had all of the tools to do this job myself except the suction tool. I decided to go for the quick fix. I will not use this service in the future. All communication I received from this location stated my device was ready to pick up when it was a mail in service.Unorganized and poor workman ship will stop me from going back to this business.
