I have used this shop for 35+ years. I even followed their move to Greenback. I have learned I can trust when they say work needs to be done. They are accurate in estimates with few exceptions. Any changes they ask for approval Before doing the job. They share where to get coupons/discounts. Very customer friendly. I have recommended them to many family and friends. I take vehicles to them Before purchase and they have saved me a lot of repair bills by noting issues that I have had the current owner cover OR I pass on the purchase. They have made some mistakes but they have always owned up and corrected them. As a non mechanic I can trust their word and work—a bit unusual in today’s world.

Tom went out of his way to find the parts needed to fix my vehicle. I am truly appreciative. Both Tom and Pam were very pleasant and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this service center. Thanks!

My 2012 Mustang had a brake fluid issue, I did the maintenance service in Florida Goodyear in January 2020. Tomas and Pamela were so nice to notice that my brake system possibly still within 24 months warranty, and when I dropped off the car she communicated with the store in Florida and waived all the fees. Professional workers and store in Goodyear at Sunrise mall.

The Goodyear Tire Shop at Sunrise Mall in Citrus Heights runs an Awesome business. I pulled my 30 Weekend Warrior trailer out of storage and when I got home found a huge screw had punctured one the tires. It wasnt all the way flat yet so I ran the trailer up to Goodyear.I was greeted by Tom Heyerly who said they could do the repair but they were pretty back so it would probably be an hour and a half or so before they could get to it. I said that was fine though we were suppose to leave on our trip at that time.To my surprise about 20 minutes later one of the tire changers, Reid W. came out and began jacking up the trailer and removed the flat tire. Reid promptly broke down and repaired the tire. He torqued the lug nuts then checked tire pressure in all my tires...on both the trailer and my truck so we would travel safely.I was ready to hit the road again in less than an hour. In my opinion, Reid is a great worker and the Store Manager Tom was awesome as well. They both Excellent customer service skills. I couldnt be happier...this was truly a five star experience. Thank you both so much.

Tom and Pamela had the best customer service! They kept me updated on what was going on with my vehicle when my friend and I made oil change appointments. They did a full inspection and advised I needed a new air filter, my tire had a nail and they changed it. They had great energy and were very kind and friendly. Needless to say, I will be returning for my vehicle maintenance and needs.

Shout out to the 7986 greenback lane Goodyear in Citrus Heights. Pamela and Tom both have amazing, honest and a breath of fresh air style of customer service. In an industry that can be hectic and stressful they still give service with a smile. They break things down with explanation and theyve showed me that there is honesty and not just a sales aspect at this location. Ive read other reviews on here about time, and Ive dropped my car off for an oil change leaving it there, because again, they want to make sure everything is top notch, theyre fixing something Im incapable of fixing on my own and lets be honest, vehicles dont always have a cut and dry answer and mechanics work incredibly hard. Thank you guys for the great experience. I think Ive found my new favorite automotive shop.

Outstanding as they stayed 30 minutes past closing to insure that I had my vehicle to drive home. When I paid the price was actually over $100 less than originally quoted. My old vehicle was not easy to work on as they had work around the old rusty brake drum. It was a Saturday and they could have tried to quit at regular time and have me come back on Monday. They had to hotshot some parts late in the day and my car hasnt felt this good to drive in a while.

Although I didnt purchase tires on this day, the two gentleman who assisted me were very friendly, patient, knowledgeable and informative.

After hearing a whine from my steering I stopped in to have them check my power steering pump. While the tech that does power steering was booked for the day they checked and filled my almost empty steering fluid and my tire pressure. I was in, out, and on my way home in 15 minutes and will be making an appointment for Monday to have the steering checked out. They always have a great staff and are always so helpful.

Riley and Dale! Riley and Dale! Riley and Dale! I had a valve stem leaking. Called the store, an hour prior to closing time Dale said get it here fast! Riley greeted us, took the tire in, and we were in N out. I realize results are not typical. At Goodyear a significant wait time is normal and understood. But in this particular instance they didnt brush me off because they wanted to go home soon. They helped! And they acted quick! Id like for a manager to give them this positive feedback and let them know their service is appreciated.

I brought my wifes vehicle in because she had a slow leak in one of her tires. I got there right when they opened because it is usually best to have an appointment. They only had appointments for the afternoon. They were able to work on my wifes vehicle without an appointment. I had to wait, but I was willing to wait compared to coming back and waiting later. The appointments they had today were waiting appointments. They fixed the problem for a low price. They didnt try to sell me new tires or things that I didnt need. I got great customer service.

Hot and cold feelings for this place.My first experience was fantastic. I was looking for a budget set of tires and found a good price online and set up and appointment. They called back and said the tires were not in stock but they would upgrade us with better tires. Bonus. So when I came in for the install they still didnt have the upgraded tire so they upgraded again, no complaints here. I got a great set of tires with no upgrade in price. I was a set customer for life.I came back bought the same set of upgraded tires because I liked them so much and it cost me an arm and a leg. I figured they are going to last forever. Actually, they are lasting a long time and the treads are still amost like new after a year.Where it gets cold. The first set of tires had a leak on the side wall. I was going to repair it myself til I saw its location on the inside wall of the tire. I figured this has to be covered under warranty so I made an appointment for them to check it out. Well, I was there for almost four hours while they looked for the puncture. I had a meeting to go to and was dangerously close to missing it when they came out and said theres a small cut that they could show me and its not covered by the warranty. I just about flipped. I admit, I didnt go check it out but really, I saw it when I took out the tire and it was a bulge that looked like it was a bad tire. I really wasnt in the mood after all that time to argue and then to be held up for another hour if they did get new tires. The only good thing about this visit is it didnt cost me a dime. Sure, but it did cost me many hours of my life I cant get back. Sorry for the long review.

I buy 4 new tire in Saturday. And Sunday morning tire already soft. Monday I come to them for fix it. I have to waiting 4.30 hour for fix 1 tire. I spent money 580$ for bad service.No more next time. Bye

I always take my car here if never had a problem until today I ordered windshield wipers for my car along with an oil change they gave me two different windshield wipers and thought I wouldnt notice and when I call back they said sorry but they couldnt find a matching set but I guess its not important to tell me wont be going back here again. Really disappointed with the service.

I went in and asked how much it was to patch my tire. He said it was free but i have to come back the next morning because they didnt have time. So next morning, looked at tire then told me that the nail was in too deep and cant be repair. Give me the estimate for the tire and job. Someone else looked at my tire and said they were fine. I got a patch somewhere else. Do not trust them.

Dale saved the day! On a Saturday we had a blowout We needed an odd sized tire he found one in a warehouse and within an hour we were on the road again 5 Stars 5 Stars 5 Stars excellent Service!

I called in requesting a rare tire, and within 3 hours, they ordered it from their warehouse, received it, and put it on my vehicle. All staff were highly competent, and very courteous. This shop is a genuine pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend this business. I know I will be back when I need more tires!

Got a tire rotation and an oil change on the 2/10/2018 the only thing I asked was if they could check to see if my brake pads were still good. Was told they checked. As of today they are rubbing on my rotters and I call and ask them whats up with that all they had to say was it wasnt written down. Very bad service. Wont be returning.

Terrible customer service!! Walked in and was told the oild change would take an hour. With that time frame I decided to wait. I informed the lady behind the counter that I had a $10 off coupon and showed her, which she told me she would take off my bill at the end. I waited 2 and a half hours and finally asked when would my car be done, only to be informed it was done and waiting. When I got to the counter to pay I did not recieve an apology and since I had been waiting so long my phone died, although I understand that is not their fault. The girl who took my payment was not the same as the girl who checked me in and when I informed her about the coupon and I showed the other gal she told me it didnt matter and could only give me $5 off. With no phone to show ger the proof and irritated from waiting an unnecessarily amount of time, I was ready to go. DO NOT GO HERE, ITS A JOKE.

Will never come back. They told me they performed a tire rotation when in fact they had not. It was only the following day I realized all 4 tires were in the same positions as when I dropped it off. I had to go back again and have them actually do it. You would think if youre spending over $500 they would at least perform what you asked for (and they kept my car for 9.5 hours). BEWARE! Currently reaching out to corporate for resolution. Possible I will reach out to the Bureau of Automotive Repair as well.

This is the 3rd time Ive made an appointment and it took them 2 hours to change my oil.When i show up they were all standing around not doing anything while my car was in bay. Then the guy told me i cannot reset your maintenance light. I tried. Well find someone who can do it then. Im done with goodyear.

I have bought tires at this shop since my high school years. 30+ years, many different cars and trucks, lots and lots of sets of tires....had a flat by nail, said my road hazard expired a month ago, female service advisor was unwilling to work with me on getting tire repaired. Just tried to push a new set of tires on me. Wont be back.

Made an 8 am appt to get an oil change because I have a long term rental through Enterprise and they have a contract with GoodYear. Im sure they can do an oil change as well as the next guy, but what a ridiculous amount of time! It is now 9:30 and the service is not done - I wouldnt recommend waiting in their lobby for your oil change. Take Uber home or get someone to pick you up until done.Once the oil change was done (about an hour & 40 min), I drove off and the mechanic had not reset the computer that alerts the oil change and tire pressure check are due. So now I get to go back and wait who knows how long to have this taken care of. Reducing from 3 to 2 stars. Shouldnt this be a basic step with the these newer cars?

Much Kudos is needed for the first class service I received today from Pamela who was working at the front desk, and according to my work order Amber and Chirstopher who completed my tire repair. I first called Pamela while I was at the Walmart on Elverta, in Antelope requesting a quote on a special order tire because I was told my tire was NOT repairable and the tire was not in stock and would have to be ordered. LONG story short I had a hunch about the guys that were in the shop at Walmart and asked Pamela if she would check my tire that was in the vehicle prior to us ordering the tire and what do you know it was repairable! They got my tire looked after quickly, they put my spare back where it goes -not an easy task, and they did not charge me a dime. FIRST CLASS as far as Im concerned. Thank you so much!

I brought our truck here for tires and alignment. They charged me around 75 bucks for the alignment. I noticed the tires waring wrong so I brought it back to be aligned again 2-3 months later. They wanted to charge me another 75. I took it to another shop Orangevale tire and they said the upper and lower ball joints were shot. No way to align until that gets fixed.

I havent been there! Google you need to quit asking me about all the places I drive past getting pretty old.

Dont bring your vehicle here. They damaged ours and denied them being in causation to the damage. Our car door was in mint condition prior to them simply doing a tie rod estimate. They broke many pieces off the drivers door, leaving it lose and the side panel broken. They then tried to cover themselves by denying the claim. Prior to that, the worker himself tried to write it off as being an older car, so that was their justification of breaking part of our car door off.

The mechanic working on my new truck was rude and did not get my spare tire back under my truck right, he got greece allover my back seat incompetent people working their.I recommend never going there.
