Customer service is lacking.Bought a product from them years ago that they recommended. (V Seal 102.) The product works as good as other products, but doesnt even remotely live up to the lofty claims of the manufacturer. Since this product needs to be reapplied frequently (despite manufacturer claims) I bought the product from Brewpro on three seperate occasions. This year, when I needed yet more product, they refused to order it for me unless I would buy a case of 4 gallons. This makes no sense economically because a 5 gallon container offers a much better value. I was told that they werent stocking V Seal 102 anymore because V Seal 101 was easier to apply and yielded less customer complaints. This is despite the fact that they specifically recommended V Seal 102 years ago. (It is the more appropriate product for winter protection in the Ohio Valley area.)
