I came into the store with a tremendous amount of heel pain. When I left with my supports, I was already feeling better as they we’re relieving the pressure on my heel. I have only been using them for four days, but I can feel such a difference. The system really works well and I know it is correcting my problem. I could not be happier! The service was A++++, it could have not been any better. Already, I would recommend The Good Feet Store, to anybody with foot pain.
Great service custom fit. I got my balance back
I am very happy with my shoes and the supports.I have better balance and can stand and walk much better.Kelly was very good to work with and very knowledgeable.Thank you.Bill
Staff was informative, did not rush, or oversell. Was a bit gruff about inserts or protection for the shoe toe box. Very upsetting was that the following 3 statements were made “you get 3 pairs of the inserts”, “your purchase comes with 3 sets of inserts”, and “we give you 3 sets of inserts”. Checking receipt at home, they are $20 a set! This should be disclosed, customer should choose if wants to pay for all sets, and for $1000, the inserts should be free! 2.5 weeks, not happy with cost for progress.
I was sceptical at first about the price, but when she had me stand up and clasp my hands together and she pushed down on my hands to check my balance. I almost fell over. Then she had me stand on the inserts and did the same thing. She pushed even harder, but I didnt budge. That sold me and my wife.Plus the lady who waited on us was wonderful, knew her stuff and it showed.Thank you Good Feet Store!
I had been working part time as a sales person in a store that had really hard floors when I started having terrible foot pain in the evenings. When sitting in my recliner after work I had a hard time standing up and could hardly walk. I was in SO much pain!My wife convinced me that I had to do something. That’s when I went to the Good Feet Store. Mitch, one of the sales people at the store, was very kind and patient with me and helped educate me about the process of using the Good Feet orthotics. The price is totally worth it! As a woman who was in the store at the time said, “We only have one pair of feet!”I can’t begin to tell you how these orthotics have changed my life! I don’t have to worry about my feet hurting all the time and I don’t struggle with getting up or walking after a long day at work.Mitch was so good to help me and didn’t pressure at any point in the process. If I would have known how much of a difference these things would make for me I would have purchased them a LONG time ago!You might have to hobble over to the Good Feet Store, but they will have you leaping (pain free) with joy soon!
I have been a good feet customer for 20 years. I wear them everyday and the store I go to is in Blue Ash, Cincinnati Ohio and usually Robert is the one that assists me and he is absolutely fantastic. Topshelf service from the store I hope they never move and I was not paid to say this lol, thanks again.- Mike V.
The Good Feet Store is amazing and they are very knowledgeable. Super nice and easy to work with. I went in with my feet hurting and 16 days later Im almost pain free. Such a huge difference. Thank you so much. Love this place!!!
Nikki was knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
Unfortunately these inserts didnt work for me. I followed the instructions step by step for a month but finally had to go to a real doctor. Found out I had a pinched nerve in my foot so all that money was a waste for me. The podiatrist was 12% the cost. My bad!The salesman was very nice and they have a great salespitch but buyer beware.
We 1st went in for my hubby who has plantars fasciitis and quickly learned they can help me too. Wonderful place. Clean & Safe. Staff very knowledgeable bright & friendly. You get your own personal experience & custom fit. Big thank you from us both.
I have suffered from plantar fasciitis on both feet for at least 2 years. I have tried everything. anti inflammatory meds, ice packs, night braces, Physical therapy, dry needling, some type of sonic machine, Massages, then I moved on to Podiatrist, the boot, insoles, the last stop was orthopedic surgeon. I was not ready for surgery, I truly believed that there should be an easier cure for the pain that prevented me from living a normal pain free life.I am a Science Lab teacher and pharmacy technician, so I am on my feet all the time.We saw the commercial on good feet and were driving by one day in Feb, 2020 and asked my husband to just stop, what could we loose, our last resort before surgery.Yes, they were very expensive but my FSA covered it. It was painful at first and as I followed the schedule of the insoles and time passed by maybe 1 month, I woke up one morning and no pain, no pain, no pain. I thought this day would never be.Thank you for giving me back a pain free life.Susana Maldonado
I could barely walk from my car to the Good Feet store in 2018 because of severe back pain. I felt trapped by my pain, but then the inserts changed my life. Now I don’t have to decide if it’s worth the pain to get out of my chair. I can walk or shop or work in the yard. I was worried about the cost, but I must say it was worth it.
I love my Good Feet inserts! I have suffered from plantar fasciitis for years and these are the only inserts that are actually effective at eliminating the pain. I also no longer have the knee pain and low back pain that comes along with the proper alignment.
I have to admit it’s a little pricey, but it is helping and for that I’m very great full. 👍 good feet !! Melody
I already had ortho shoes and supports. But I now have proper lift in left shoe and am finally walking around in less pain. Am in day twelve so not totally there yet.
I was so pleased with my visit to the Good Feet Store. I was still having PF pain after getting inserts at another Good Feet Store in California, and I was not sure if I would be able to get help in another store, completely across the country. But Robert at the Cincinnati store did an evaluation of my feet and how the inserts were fitting and helped determine that the sizing was correct but I needed a firmer insert. I was able to trade it in right there on the spot, and my feet are already feeling much better. Maybe more than that, I felt really confident about the knowledge of the person helping me, and this store, which is owned by two podiatrists.
Still have pain in the left foot from planters fic
After 2 years of foot pain I couldn’t believe the pain was gone so fast! I highly recommend the arch supports!
I love the new arch supports! I sometime work 16 hours day with standing and walking the whole time. My feet don’t hurt anymore at the end of the day along with my knees are no longer cracking. I am also walking faster as well. I highly recommended this product even thought it is costly in worth the investment. I will say that the first day was horrible to wear them for just 30 minutes. Although, as you keep wearing them it gets better. Now that I have wear them all the time, my feet are use to it and love them. I’m so happy I finally found something my feet love!
My experience at the Good Feet Store was a very good one. My sales rep went over everything with me and I didn’t feel rushed at all. Although the product is quite costly, I am already feeling some comfort in my knees. It has only been three days!!
NICE VISIT, WASNT PRESSURED THE GIRL VERY HELPFUL.SUPPORTS DOING GOOD, ONE FOOT LITTLE SORE BUT THATS THE ONE THAT NEEDS FIXED..
Two years ago, I hobbled into The Good Feet Store with so much foot discomfort at the urging of my husband who has enjoyed custom orthopedics as a runner for years. I have worn the Good Feet religiously ever since and tell everyone I know what a blessing it has been for me to be using this product. My chiropractor probably wonders why Im not frequenting those services but honestly, with my feet in alignment, I no longer have the hip, back and neck issues I once had. Thank you, Good Feet...my feet are great and the quality of my life, and my husbands, is much improved!
The good feet store is the biggest waste of money! You’ll pay $1050 for the three step program. I have a high arch and feel discomfort in my heel after extended periods of time on my feet and heard from 3 people how great the good feet store is. Of course I should’ve seen the red flags. A company with no refunds, the salesmen attitude and the big one insurance typically almost always will not cover them. My podiatrist hates the scam that is the good feet store, literally said they charge you $350 for a set of $10 insoles and convince you to buy 3 sets at $1000. It’s gonna cost me $400 for custom orthotics that are molded to my feet and insurance will cover a portion. See a podiatrist before trusting these evil scammers.
I’ve been wearing mine for 6 days I’m a mail Carrier so I walk at minimum 10 miles a day and they’ve really helped alleviate the burn from my bunion so big plus from me Thank you
I was very skeptical that this would work, but once I tested my insoles at my fitting I knew I was at the right place! Knowledgeable & friendly staff! Susan my specialist was amazing! She walked me through the process & answered all my questions. For the 1st time in 25 years, I can walk with no pain!! Thank You Good Feet Store!!!
Dont waste your money.
Been fighting lower back, hip and knee pain on right side. Im on day two of break in period. Things. Feel better, but will let you know further down the road.
I was diagnosed with a large plantar calcaneal spur on my right ankle. I was in so much pain, I could barely walk. Couldnt walk my dog, couldnt go to the store, cried most of the day. This went on over a month. I finally decided to try the Good Feet Store after seeing some commercials, not knowing if it would really work, but I was desperate for relief. I have had my inserts for 13 days now and am walking my dog, going to the store and not crying. I am virtually pain free. I would recommend them to anyone having this type of pain. I am believer!
I walked in to the store hoping to find a solution to my foot pain from a bunion. My first mistake was not researching the company prior to going. The salesman, a fast talker, reminded me of a used car salesman asked why I was there. I explained my situation with my bunion. He then had me take a step on this paper/ink pad. This was not a natural stride. He then prescribed me the arch supports. He put them in my shoes and took about 3 steps in the small store, again not a natural stride or walking. It felt fine for the little bit I had them in. He then explained( don’t forget used car salesman fast talking) the system to wear them gradual use switching them in and out. Well I bought them, this was $1030. $350 for each level of support. Well, I wore them followed the system for a few days. Then I started school, I am a teacher, I am on my feet all day especially in the beginning of the year. By the end of the day, I was in excruciating pain in my knees, feet and back. I could barely walk to take my students to the bus. After that I did not use them. I tried to return them and the manager said you signed the paperwork that says no refunds, he would not budge. I ended wasting $1000 for something that did not help my problem. These people just wanted to make a sale. They were not interested in helping my problem. They have a sign in the store that there is no video recording allowed. The red flags were there, but I was desperate for a solution. I will never recommend this company. If you are so sure your product works why the no refund policy. I would think that the people selling these supports would have a better understanding of the foot and the variety of issues.
It has been 3 weeks since I decided to change my life with Good Feet. The pain I had suffered for several years to include corns on my left foot pad, bunions on the outer area of both feet, significantly heel pain and back pain was noticeably less on day 1. Adjusting to the inserts takes some time but even that is a non issue now. Definitely a wise investment.
Very nice and very helpful people, also very committed to proper protocol during pandemic.
I am amazed at the difference the Good Feet Store made to me!! Very helpful staff and a very good product!!! I can walk and work out without pain again!!
My husband has been using their inserts for several years and he absolutely got relief. He doesnt go anywhere without them. I think if you wear them as instructed and do not give up because you think they wont work for you, you will be happy with them. For him, they have worked out very well. Would highly recommend. They are expensive, but they do work
My feet hurts more now then before. I went thru the whole break time period never missing a day and changed inserts when was supposed to do. Can’t sleep from cramps
I suffered from foot pain for YEARS, and tried aaallll kinds of orthotics, over the counter and prescription. Some were ok, at least for awhile. My Good Feet orthotics provided INSTANT relief! ...and have provided consistent relief every day every since. My Good Feet orthotic are LIFE SAVERS...!
Awesome fitting & information as to how all 3 inserts work for the good of our feet---yes, expensive, but with guarantees & warranties--it should be worth it.
Inserts are very expensive, almost 1000 dollarsThe fitter has you stand on a piece of paper with a transfer to determine which insert is bestHe said he was not an orthotistFor that amt of money, go to a podiatrist and have a mold done an inserts made for your feet
You walk in, they give you the pitchl, give you a type of arch support you can try which does help someone me with the discomfort. Then they make an impression of your feet & come out with 2 other models of arch supports. They tell you if you faithfully follow a typed schedule once you buy the package, your feet will heal eventually. The instructions are very vague & I was given conflicting info each time I called. No real guidance or follow-up even after paying $1,000 for 3 pair of plastic arches, some insole covers, & some Velcro that’s supposed to hold the supports in place but only work for 1 day. After over 3 months my feet are better but still ache at the end of the day. Forget taking any of the supports back for credit even though the contracts say you can do that. What a scam.
The Good Feet, has helped me walked better work better, I am still using them and has made a big difference in every way possible I would like to thank them for the supports..no pun intended...I have referred friends to The Good Feet Store..
Our son got arch supports a couple months ago, almost $1,000. Made his back and leg pain worse. Had to stop wearing them.
I have suffered from lower back pain for decades. Ive tried everything from massage therapy to acupuncture and darn near everything in between. Ill get relief for a few days if Im lucky then Im right back to square one. My husband ran into this place by accident. So I thought, Ive tried everything else why not try this. With in 2 week I noticed a major reduction in pain. After 2 months my pain is almost completely gone. Ill have an hour or two of pain after a long day on my feet and thats it. I wish I would have found these guys earlier. They are expensive, but well worth it. And certainly less expensive than all of the other remedies Ive tried over the years.
Great place, people that work there are nice, kind and very helpfulThey take the time to listen to your concerns and they are very informative.
After seeing a commercial on television, I feel compelled to share my Good Feet story...Two years ago and desperate for solutions to chronic issues, I decided to try their arch supports. It is $700 to invest in this and you get 3 different pairs of supports, plus instructions on how to acclimate to them. I do not understand the folks who say I tried them on and WOW my whole life is better! because these are not comfortable at all at first and do take time to get used to. Everyone is different so- seriously- good for you if these were a solution. At any rate, I did EXACTLY as instructed and I can only say that I initially saw no change in my symptoms. After about 5 months, things got worse...A LOT WORSE- like cant-walk-in-these-shoes-one-more-step worse. It was truly acute pain along the bottoms of my feet. I bought new shoes on 2 different occasions and things improved a little but rapidly got worse. I backed off on the inserts, stepping down to one of the less intense inserts. A little better but soon enough I was opting to wear no shoes whenever I could go without. I stopped wearing the inserts completely; this was probably 10 or 11 months after the initial purchase. Guilt at spending $700 made me try again so I fished out the blue sheet of paper with instructions and started anew. Same result, just quicker onset this time. I quit using the inserts and the pain in the soles of my feet improved- the intensity was definitely muted but it never completely went away. To this day, I am wearing no shoes whenever possible due to discomfort in my feet. Here are some things about me that I think the reader should know in order to be fair: I have a size 13 foot, it is incredibly narrow and has a high arch. I also have chronic knee and lower back issues, and I think these are complicating factors in my case. However, if you are in the foot business as a panacea for chronic pain and other conditions, then you need to be able to evaluate the individual. Evaluate the individual and see if your products can help them or not. It was $700 to find out that these arch supports made me feel worse. That is an expensive lesson and I would caution anyone to think twice before spending the money.
I have walked 1 mile 4days in a row. I still have a little pain in my feet, but I would say about 85 percent improvement. I hope the improvement continues.I could not walk 2 days in a row before.
The experience was very professional. However, my foot prints were taken and I still cant figure out why? The inserts are pre-made not specially made for your feet and there is no follow-up appt. to redo and compare the initial foot prints to. sO, I feel duped at this point and realize that I overpaid for this service.
No pressure here. A free consultation. Very professional and I walked out with some new arch supports fitted just for my big goofy feet. And a lifetime warranty!
I really like the inserts
I had the pleasure of corresponding with Gwen, the Market Mgr., from the Columbus, Ohio Good Feet Store. She provided me with great customer service and was genuinely concerned with helping me.
Going to the Good Feet Store saved my life.....and my feet!! Seriously, if you have pain - STOP the madness, and go get their help!! I followed their program exactly, and I have NO pain. So thankful for the wonderful people at the Good Feet Store.
NOT custom insoles. These are generic insoles. Custom is molded to your specific foot which they do not do. The velcro they use is super cheap and stops working very quickly. They tell you to go to Home Depot and buy stronger velcro. Are you kidding me? My 82 year old mother in law spent $800 dollars on two inserts and both of them dont help and now slip due to the velcro not working. Went into the store and they essentially told her sorry about your luck. They just referred her to Home Depot for better velcro. Also, AS SOON AS YOU WALK OUT OF THE STORE YOU CANT RETURN THEM! Im guessing thats because they know people would return them in droves. This store has a 2.9 star rating on google for a reason. Dont let the tv commercials or the owner responses on the reviews fool you.
Wife got inserts here for plantar fascitis, did nothing. Then went to a podiatrist who fixed the problem. The podiatrist was cheaper than the inserts from good feet. Go see a Dr. Dont get ripped off.
The best choice I could ever make to help my feet I was in a lot of pain can barely make it through the day and decided to go to the good feet store one of the best decisions I have ever made. Best money ever spent
I have worn the arches since July 22, 2017...It was a long adjustment...more painful than my arch pain...Developed more aches and pains in my legs...I stopped wearing the final stage arch and went back to my soft arch pads...Everyone is different...my own opinion but would suggest seeing a podiatrist before paying over $700.00...I wouldnt recommend this for everyone ...because everyone has a different agenda with regard to their particular foot problem.See a licensed doctor...I think the price is heavy handed to cover the brick and mortor stores...I have purchased orthodox arches before from a professional podiatrist... $250.00...easier to swallow.Btw, I never heard back from the salesperson that never returned my two phone calls...Will this work for you...???Got 700 plus dollars...?If you are low on cash...try another way...Deep massaging, stretching, proper shoes and an alternative support that you can afford and experiment with to see if you solve your arch problems...good luck
Helping my leg cramping but not totally gone. Very expensive for what they are.
BUYER BEWAREPlease see a podiatrist before going here if you are having trouble with your feet! I was told they have never seen their product not work for Plantars Fasciitis; I was so excited and hopeful to finally be out of pain! I followed their schedule to a tee & was not even 1% better so I called and was told to give it another month so I did, well here I am in worse shape than I was when I walked into their store! I have had to have 2 Cortisone shots in my foot and had to go to PT for my hip as their product threw my whole body out of whack. I was told by my family doctor, the podiatrist & my PT that they would never recommend this store as they have heard my story over & over again! The Good Feet sales guy totally sold me said they would not still be in business after 7 years if their product didnt work... well sure they would after taking $700.00 from folks then offering NO REFUNDS!!!
Post sale terrible customer service. Clerk was rude and flippant. Would not let me finish before he interrupted. From purchase to return, I heard two different stories on how to use dress shoes inserts. Need to due better sales training or just fire the rude flippant clerks.
Salesman was very kind.
4 weeks after spending $813 on orthotics, the transition is VERY slow and VERY painful. The orthotics hurt as bad as the plantar fasciitis they are designed to treat. Also, they do not even check if your insurance covers the orthotics. They are in such a hurry to make a quick sale they dont even check. They just give you a CPT code so YOU can check with your insurance provider later. The problem is, after theyve forced the sale on you, there are no returns. My insurance did not cover the Good Feet Store as they are not a medical supply company. Oh well, I learned my lesson the hard way. Beware of aggressive sales people and do your research beforehand!I have given two stars because I have actually had a small decrease in plantar fasciitis pain. But their customer service is trash.
Julie and the team are amazing! They are true foot care experts! Tell them where it hurts and they have a set of orthotics to ease the pain. Thanks Julie.
If you really need orthotics, go to a podiatrist and have custom ones made. Off the shelf “sizes” only help so much and the custom ones are about half the price. The entire time I was in the store (the first non custom orthotics I ever purchased) I had a nagging feeling that this was more about “the sell” and less about actual treatment. Like many others who posted, I followed directions exactly, and I have years of experience with orthotics. They helped minimally at first and then created more problems. Months later, I ended up at the podiatrist for the first time in years to get help correcting the damage from these orthotics. Check out a dr at a Foot and Ankle Care Center. You will save money and be treated by a medical professional, not a salesperson.
These are regular people selling inserts! For 700 bucks...ah no
I was told $999. And they are sales people I can tell there making some type of commission, spiff or bonus believe me.
I only gave 3 stars as I havent actually visited The Good Feet Store. I actually Googled Where can I get custom orthotics? and The Good Feet Store came up. I read the reviews (Which were predominantly good!) and wanted more information regarding the need of an appointment and a Rx (as my insurance covers orthotics,) and was told by the man who answered the phone that they dont sell custom made orthotics. He said they just try to find the best insert to fit your foot. I just think you should make it clear on your website that you dont offer custom fit supports for shoes. I found another site that stated they offer custom orthotics and I called to be sure. Its a longer drive (Durretts in Edgewood,Ky) but its worth it to have that custom made quality. I just wanted to let you know about the website so whomever is running it can fix the wording or explain that supports/inserts arent actually custom made to fit each person individually. Thank you.
BUYER BEWAREI have bunions. I invested in Danskos for the past 2 years for good, supportive shoes. I stopped in Good Feet in October trying to be proactive and see what their orthotics could also do for me. The salesman said the Good Feet product would be great for my bunions. I wore my Danskos in and was promised their product would work with them. This was crucial, and I told the salesman, if they dont work in Danskos, Im not interested. I would wear the Exerciser in tennis shoes and the Maintainer and Relaxer in Danskos and tennis shoes. He said their products only dont work in Birkenstocks. He even had me put the Maintainer and Relaxer in my Dansko boot to show they fit. I then handed over $700 in HSA money to them (dont get me started on their prices). They told me there were NO REFUNDS. I left the store feeling happy I was doing something good for my feet.Their products require a strict schedule for training your foot to get use to the support. I followed it to a tee. There is discomfort, but manageable. After about a week I started to have SHARP pains in my bunions. I was blown off by my original salesman. I then requested a full refund. Someone higher up then called asking me to come back in to make sure I was fitted correctly. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and visited again (wearing Danskos). They swapped out some sizes, and I tried again.I started to bring the Maintainer and Relaxer to work and quickly discovered they do NOT work in Danskos. I told the store immediately. Also, after about a week - SHARP pain (again). I have requested a refund since November 5th, and they refuse (actually, they usually just ignore you until you email them everyday). Finally this week they claimed As far as being told you could wear your Dansko shoe with orthotics, I promise you no one here would tell you that. WOW. I have never been lied to like this. Can you say bait and switch? So after being lied to AND experiencing EXTREME pain in my feet when I wear their product (as they instructed me to) in tennis shoes, I am done.Save your valuable health savings dollars. These people arent looking out for you. They clearly just want to make a sale. I still want a refund.
Feet still hurt back hurts even worse l needto come in and talk
I went in the kenwood store today.. it’s 3 souls you are supposed to buy together... but they cost 900... 900 dollars for some insoles
Pricing was a little bit over the top.
SAD SAD SADDDDDDDDDDDDD PLACE IS A CARNIVAI OF LIES.
Inserts caused constant knee pain, so did replacements. Had to see Orthopedic surgeon. Pain stopped when I stopped wearing them.
Very helpful, nice staff!
$700 in case anyone was wondering a price.
Price up to $900
Scam!
