If you spotted me in Hot Topic then you know I was shopping for someone younger than myself. I was greeted at the door with a friendly offer of assistance. I must of looked out of my element. Still, there shirts were $10 cheaper than Spencers next door.

They had some great deals today. Got some face masks for $3.00 each for my son to wear to school. He was excited.

Great experience the staff was lively and ready to help the store is a little cramped but it’s well worth stopping in.

Theres a lot of cool things here and the employees are super nice.

Kenwood Hot Topic seems to have more merchandises. The store is always busy. They have trendy items that my daughters like very much.They should need to put more friendlier cashiers. The sales reps are always nice and helpful.

My secret perversions love it. My wallet does not. At least they are nicer than Spencers

AWLFUL!!!! The manager is so rude the way he treats humans is awful, he has no good customer service. I dont think a store should have a manager like that. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THAT STORE IF HE IS THERE HE WILL RUIN YOUR DAY!!! (Im not sure his name by the way I just know hes the manager) .

In my personal opinion theyve gone down over the years. But I had a nice experience. Went to find gagues for a present and I got the wrong kind. They let me exchange them. Although its against company policy to return body jewelry they let me anyway because one of their employees misinformed me. Howlever, they handled in professionally and still let me make an exchange

This Hot Topic location has very patient, helpful employees. The cashier made sure to inform my daughter of a sale at checkout, as to be sure she didnt miss out. I loved shopping Hot Topic as a kid, and now its fun to go back and enjoy the store with my children. They have a wide variety of items. This store was clean and well organized.

I love this store. Especially there knowledgeable staff of funko pop. Just starting my collection and there great at helping me pick new pieces.

My family loves Hot Topic! Have everything for all ages in the family and the best T-shirts, accessories, outfits & all sorts of fun, funky, unique culture related items. And, a great rewards program and regularly offer great discounts. We can spend hours here just looking at all the movie, TV, music, comics, video game etc. related walls of T-shirts. I’ve always find shirts that express exactly what Im thinking, or want to say. Website is great too, though shipping pricing & convenience isnt a big plus for the site.

Very helpful and friendly staff. They answer all questions we had about different jewelry for different body piercings.

I have been going here for sometime now. Every time I’m in the store the staff is super helpful and the nicest of people. I recently bought 2 Pop Hocus Pocus figurines in store. The 3rd one I wanted wasn’t there but they ordered it for me and had it sent to the store. When picking it up the store manager was super helpful. She brought it up to the counter, opened it to make sure it came in good condition, It did so she packed it back up for me and sent me on my way. I can’t say enough how great they are at this location. I will forever be grateful for their kindness. It truly feels great walking into a store knowing that I’m going to be helped and if they don’t have something I’m looking for that they will order it or help me find something else that will be just as wonderful. Thank you to the staff. You all are so kind hearted and wonderful people. You will forever put a smile on my face.

Service here is always great! Although they do run out of stock on A LOT of their larger sized items quite quickly, its still one of my favorite store. Would recommend.

Ive been going to this Hot Topic since I was 9, and it has changed so much! Its one of the biggest and most diverse Hot Topics in the area; Youll have to see for yourself. The staff doesnt change much either, until they grow out of whatever phase theyre in.

I have gone here from time to time but tend to order online. The last few times I have been to the store Andrea has been there to help and she is amazing, after all of her help yesterday I think I will just go to the store from now on as long as she is there instead of shopping online. She has gone above and beyond to correct a shipping error I experienced in the past and then yesterday she was great on helping me find what I was looking for and made sure I got the best deals.
