The overall uhaul mobile check in system was pretty good, but the animosity from the on-site staff was outrageously comical. the staff were incredibly hostile towards my friend and me from beginning to end (important to note i did the mobile check in and all of the negative human interaction could have been 100% avoided). they had the audacity to make rude comments and check in and aggressively honked at us when we were trying to return the truck and key to the lock box (as instructed).

Very poor customer service and the lady in the office name TINA has a very poor attitude! She is more focused on being correct then listening to see if she can help. I called several days in a row just to get a U-Haul center and not the actual office I was trying to locate because they were Soo busy ALL of them days and I work during the hours they are open I tried several attempts to see how could I close out my storage before I had to pay for another month which their center understood so they told me I needed to talk to the GM of the store to get it corrected so when my son called while he was up there TINA instead of listening to understand she gave nothing but a nasty filthy attitude then gave my son the phone back in the middle of me talking like she didnt want to hear what I had to say. I was very disgusted by her behavior if u ever have a problem I hope u not EVER have to speak with her so you can avoid the attitude she gave me.i even told her she seem like she wanna argue but other then them never being available and her nasty attitude it waz 😎

I will never use u-haul again. It seems as though no one knows what is going on and they blame it on the other person for not doing their job. I was supposed to pick up a truck and the app said to call customer service. When I called customer service they told me the scheduling agent should have called me? No one called me and the app told me to pick it up at 9 am. So I called scheduling and they told me there werent any trucks in the area but found one over an hour away. I said lets do that one, he told me we would get extra mileage and time added for the inconvenience. Well the day I was returning it they called and said it was due at 11, I told them the situation and they said ok. I asked if I was going to get charged for the extra time just to make sure. They said no I wont get charged for it. Well about an hour after I dropped it off I just got charged for an extra day. If you are moving avoid this unnecessary stress and go somewhere else.

This plsce is great!! Safe and secure building with lots of abvailable and in my opinion very affordavle Storage space. As long as i need Storage you can be here. The manager Matt is great extremely helpful and always on task. Thank you guys!?

I would leave ZERO stars if I could, very unprofessional it seems like no one knows how to do their job and go out of their way to inconvenience you in every way possible. Tried to charge me $100 for dropping of late even though I was told I only pay the extra miles I used. The lady was literally yelling at my boyfriend in person and at me over the phone. Honestly go to a different location or even find a different service I will never return here.

The lady helping me couldnt have been more rude and act like having customers was a burden. Will not be using this location ever again.

The staff were very rude and unprofessional! Tina one of girls at front desk was very nasty. I would not recommend this location to anyone who is trying to plan for a smooth move. She obviously hates her job and it shows her attitude is disgusting.

Stop to pick up Trailer parts. I work with the manager who was very nice and took great care of me. Will return in future.

Thank you thank you to Tina at the Glenway location, I made the mistake of not booking ahead of time..the truck I needed was not available so she took the time to call every closest location in our city. I move in 2 days! She got us exactly what we needed and we even went back for packing supplies. The customer service was excellent, probably the 2nd best service experience I had in 3 years. If every working CS person had her kind soul here I probably wouldn’t be moving. Thank you Tina S.

I rented both a storage unit and when it was time to move, a truck with a tow for the car. The unit area was always clean and secure. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The manager, ashley was so nice and professional. The team they had there were friendly. The place was so clean from the restrooms to the showroom. Highly recommended

Two bad experiences with this business, first one I returned a truck 10 minuets before closing, they stayed inside watching me until closing time, then all ran to their cars and left, totally ignoring me. The second time a few weeks later I went to rent a truck, told the manager about the first experience, she responded with a F*** you! This was after she told the other employee to take over for her because she “can’t deal with this f***er. Again this was the manager. Keep it classy UHaul.

Good service and they always seem to have a truck when I need one. Ive also had 2 hitches installed...very reasonable hitch instals!

Called on the way from Columbus to Cincinnati in need of 15 ft truck for one-way haul back to Columbus (had been sudden death in the family...needed to quickly empty apartment) . Uhaul online did not show any availability. Glencrossing facility was very helpful, had the truck I needed, service was very quick and curtious, mileage allowance was more than fair, truck was excellent. Would highly recommend. My best ever Uhaul experience in last 40 plus years.

Fantastic uhaul location. Avoid going to a uhaul neighborhood dealer location if at all possible, as they are usually sketchy, hard to find, and even harder to do business at.This location has so many trucks and packing materials I would think they distribute to the entire cincinnati area. The large parking lot is on a non-busy street, making it easy to come and go with a 25ft truck even for the inexperienced driver. The employees are knowledgeable and always offer to help carry anything I buy to the car. Instructions are clear and return process was painless. Trucks are what you would expect: used roughly, but reliable for the job. Even better is the super early office hours even on weekends.My moving advice is get the next larger truck than the one you think you will need. The price increase is justified over paying for two trips worth of gas in a smaller truck.

Tough call whether or not to recommend... I reserved a 24 truck 3 weeks ago. When I showed up to pick it up, the truck wasnt in working order... I had to take a 15 truck instead!Fortunately the folks there knocked the mileage rate down and threw in some blankets. Came in about as much as Id originally expected, just had to make an extra trip.
