Secure EZ Storage is an all around great place to store your valuables. The staff is professional and friendly. I already had my storage when Secure EZ bought the facility from Diamond Oaks and the transition was effortless. The prices are more than competitive to local storage units in the area and they are currently doing upgrades!!

The place is nice but Tristan that works there is horrible. Hes never in the office during office hours. The office is constantly locked up and hes not on the property or hes over in his unit sleeping or messing with a bike. I had to go knock on his unit door one day because the office was closed up again and he was sleeping in there then yelled and cussed at me like I was doing something wrong. Talking to other people that were renting there Im not the only one this has happened to. Dude smelled of alcohol and weed and looked wasted. Weve even had to call their other location because of him not being there for help and the young lady there was very nice. We ended up moving everything out. We seen him doing things that seemed very unprofessional and honestly did not trust him. We asked for a managers name and number that was over him but were told he couldnt give that out. They need to look into his behavior before loosing more customers.

Tristian the manager was extremely helpful and accommodating. I really appreciate him for making a tedious process so easy! Will be back if I ever need another need for storage.

Use to be a great place for storage. Since new owners have taken over. Rent has gone up twice. Never gone up before in the years that Ive rented from them.

Very fair prices, units are nice & the staff is very friendly! Lot is secured & they have called me on a couple occasions when something didnt look right. Very comfortable storing my things with them!

I cant say enough good things about this family owned business.They wont raise your rates after you get all your stuff moved in. This is what the big chains do; knowing you wont hassle with the move.Twice, we had cancelled credit cards (lost) and payment lapsed. They handled this in a very professional manner.If only all businesses worked like this. Ill miss working with Donna.
