The manager, Patty, at this location is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She helped me understand the size of storage unit that I needed by asking me questions like: what type of items that I was storing?, the quantity of furniture items, tools, appliances, etc? And, she saved me some money with discounts that I was not aware of when I moved in! Nice!!

So far so good on the storage front but OH MY GOSH! I have never been SO pleasantly and enthusiastically assisted by someone as I was by Patty at the Western Hills location!!! She called me to discuss the reservation I made online, followed up to make sure I received my code, sent me a hand drawn map to get to my unit, and searched for promotions for me to save me about $200 on my first month’s rental!! She was INCREDIBLE and so friendly and bubbly. Her energy made my whole day during an extremely stressful time and anyone who gets to work with her will be blessed!

Patty was very helpful and extremely patient with us. We are seniors and this is the first time we have ever needed to rent a storage unit. We are relocating to a different state and have not actually moved our belongings yet so I am unable to comment on the site or move in. My son rented from this location a few years ago and was extremely pleased.

Never got first month free, but whatever.Unit started off about $110 a month, then went to $154 months later. At that point I just sucked it up and paid it, because I already had a bunch of stuff in the unit that I didnt have time to move. Then I received a notice in the mail that they were increasing the rate to $228 a month. Yes, that is correct TWO HUNDRED AND TWENTY EIGHT DOLLARS for a tiny 10x10 that isnt even climate controlled. Will never use this companys services again!

Paid and signed lease online. Upon arrival, our unit was tagged with someone elses name and did not have the lock that I was forced to pay for in the unit, like it was promised. After my wife returned once the office had opened, they did bring out the lock and gave us the unit.

I needed a place to store my camper last minute and the staff helped me to store it right away. The staff was efficient and friendly. The price was really reasonable. I recommend calling this place first.

After moving into a new house that was a bit smaller, I began searching around the local area for a few places to put some extra furniture. Before I came to this location I found it very hard to find a clean location with good prices. This location finally ended my search! The assistant manager was beyond helpful and was able to get me set up very fast! Thank you!

Our storage container was clean. It serves the purpose and were happy with it. Our only complaint is the ice. We couldnt back up to our unit because our truck would slide.

Th first month isnt free and I booked online to have contactless entry but had to go in office. I also think there should be 24hr access for paid renters.

So I needed a storage unit as I had a month to vacant of my home. I went to Extra Space because it was near my home and the hours were perfect. The 1st month was free. I just had to pay fees but they werent much at all. The pricing was very good. The units were clean and the lady at the desk was extremely helpful. I also like that they give you a very secure combo lock. I recommended the one on Glencrossing for your storage needs or any of their locations.

Rented there for almost 5 years. The only way to get an actual receipt is to visit the store which is frustrating for someone who works full time. At one point the manager was emailing me a copy of my receipt but there have been so many changes since then and I have not been able to get that one simple thing. It’s great to be able to access the account online but I used my unit for work and needed an itemized receipt. On top of that you can expect your rate to increase every year. Inflation happens. I get it. But when the regular rate online is less than what I am being charged, I feel taken advantage of. I was loyal for five years. Never missed a payment. Actually paid in advance every November for expense reporting purposes. My card was never declined. And extra space thanked me for my business by overcharging me. How about a reward for loyalty? I moved my unit several miles up the road and found a truly secure, climate controlled unit that is exactly the same size for 2/3 the price I was paying at extra space. Oh and the place up the road even has a covered loading and unloading zone.

Not a good first experience. Staff was friendly. Staff member tried to put my BRAND NEW kitchen table into my unit, trying to be helpful. In the process, the table got scraped across the cart, therefore causing damage. Now I have to get my renters insurance involved. Its been a big hassle so far. I took out an insurance policy from Extra Storage but they wont process it until my renters insurance processes it first. Grrr!

Rented online and was told a complimentary lock would be supplied and left inside the unit. Got there and found no lock. Attempted to contact facility manager and did not get a return call back. When I returned last night to unload storage contents with my own padlock I saw unit door was actually one that needed a cylinder lock. There was no lock in the cylinder. Called the national number and they could not find the manager or help me. So today Im sitting with a full cargo van still to unload. Ive reserved another unit elsewhere and will be seeking a refund from Extra Space. My second bad experience with an Extra Space facility in Cincinnati since April. Its my last...Im done with them.

Been using them for about a week. Very clean and well lit place. Staff was very professional. Prices are reasonable. Easy access to my belongings after hours if the need arises. Would recommend this place.

Had a great experience with the company- needed the space for a little over a month while in-between homes and there were some issues with initial payments and billing - they worked diligently to take care of my needs and made moving a near-effortless experience with their spacious units.

We selected this storage facility due to the convenience of the drive-up access to the units. The facility is clean, secure, and very accessible. The staff was helpful and courteous. I would agree with other reviews describing the pricing as reasonable.

My little hidden gem. This facility is very reputable. Theyre honest and thorough. Clean and well maintained. They honor web prices and you may even get an even lower discount upon arriving to sign your agreement as I did. The prices are amazing and so are the people.My only suggestion is that if you see a unit that you want available, YOUD BETTER DIVE RIGHT IN ! Very helpful staff, facility very clean. Love the fact they offer insurance on your belongings and that it is gated and monitored. Also great that they offer pro rate for if you don’t need a whole month after your first month. Great price as well compared to their competitors.

Great site manager. Very understanding of needs. Crazy clean unit. My white Sterlite tubs had zero dust on the tops after a year in storage. The place is locked down like Ft. Knox. Always felt secure and safe.

The staff (team Billy Goat :) ) is friendly and extremely helpful and the security cannot be matched. The units and property are clean well taken care of. I can’t get answers from anyone here, at 630pm a few weeks ago the gate was not working, I called the ever so helpful(not) automated service which gave me a temporary code which also did not work. The lady on site for emergencies stared at us struggling from inside the locked building. They tried transferring us to her and she let her phone go to voicemail as she was looking out the window. Walked outside, blatantly ignoring our existence. We never got the gate open even 3.5 hours before 10pm(the time allowed) my rate went from 35 dollars up to 60 for a 5x5 unit. I cannot wait to get out of here. The facility is nice and well maintained but they need a much better staff.

Jeff in the office was amazing.... I moved my stuff into a unit and had issues getting my big couch in the unit and he helped me figure out a way to get it in the unit and also helped me finish getting things in my unit. He went above and beyond to help me. Always very friendly and willing to help.

Renting the unit was very easy. Larry was professional and explained everything to me. The cost is reasonable. The area is very clean. While I knew the size of the unit, it seemed very small the first time drove the car into the space. Another foot in the width would be perfect. But, Im sure driving into the space will get easier with practice.

Patty was great, thats the only positive! The facility tho, I was not pleased. The rates were ridiculous. Never will recommend.

Secure location & amazing staff

First time using Extra Storage Space, and I must say their level of security and the folks that work there are on top of their game. Extremely nice folks, easy to talk to, and the storage rent price isnt bad either. Very understandable Rules and Restrictions for the place too. Definitely would recommend this to others looking for a place to keep their extra things.

Went to 3 different storage places before going to Extra Space Storage. The gentleman in the office was great. He was so helpful and listened unlike the other 3 places. He had want I needed and at a great price. Storage units are very clean and the unit is a pull up outside which is what I needed, unlike tge others I went to see. I would go back to Extra Space Storage again if I ever need storage again. Thank you for making this move easy unlike everything and everyone else has. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

A nice and bright green atmosphere as soon as you walk into the office. Jeff has a wonderful personality a people person for sure. He carted me to my unit in the D building once again a clean building and Jeff picked up debris as we walked to my unit. 5x5 with maybe tin or aluminum siding. Explained in detail the rules and regulations, key pad, and billing. Looks like the option to bring your own lock, I bought one for 16.99 which I found pricey. Overall, because of the great customer service drive up to building access I give it a thumbs up and will recommend to friends

I Highly recommend Extea Space Storage. I went to 3 different places today. No one listened to what I was in need of, until I went to Extra Space Storage. The gentleman working there listened to what I was wanting. He had it. Storage units are very clean and the unit is what I needed and wanted. I was very happy and if ever need storage again I will go back.

Very reasonable and in a very convenient location as well. The only down fall is there isnt enough clearance for larger moving vehicles. There was a family who had a very large U-Haul truck blocking my unit entrance way and was barely able to get into it my self. As well as they were there themselves with a bunch of cars. Defiantly should have someone as a lot supervisor or something keeping a eye on things like that because it was raining and it was a little flustering trying to get my things in my storage unit as well. Jennifer was a joy to work with. Myself and my lover was already stressed about our situation and she did her best to put a smile on our faces. She was a joy to talk with and she didnt look at us any different at all. Very clean location. Very well kept.

Jennifer was efficient and professional. Appreciated her response time from the initiation, the tour, explaining the service and completion of the contractual agreement.The property appears to be well kept and cleaned and secured. It helped with the downside of even needing a storage facility.
