At this location, cleanliness is as challenging as any short staffed establishment is and it being a warehouse environment. My biggest concern is the timeliness of repairs done to the broken garage doors used to enter the facility. It’s been months since I became a customer and it is still not functioning. Middle management and regional management could use some additional support from upper management in corporate offices as far as business to business partnerships as we all pivot new ways of doing business during COVID 19.

The CubeSmart facility on Red Bank Road was great. It was extremely accessible with plenty of room for trucks and cars to access the building and loading areas. I also appreciated the covered area to load/unload and the fact that all units are accessed from inside for extra security. I found the facility to be clean and tidy and the staff extremely helpful. They clearly take pride in running a top notch facility.

Had a great experience signing up for a storage unit at CubeSmart on Red Bank rd in Cincinnati! Deven gave me a tour of the facility, pointing out things I needed to know along the way. The facility is very clean, climate controlled and reasonably priced. Lisa in the office was helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient.I would recommend their business for your storage needs!! Very friendly also!!

Devon made the process of renting out my first storage space super comfortable, fun, and concise. It seemed very clean and user friendly. He took the time to help make sure I knew how to use the key to my unit correctly and was very patient. He even engaged with my son’s about music preferences! My wife and I went and opened a unit today and we just want to say the experience was really professional and made us feel like we made the right choice chowing cause smart. We were helped by Devon, and he was super polite and made sure we were satisfied with the overall experience before even paying for our unit. It is the cleanest storage facility I have EVER experienced! The 24hour access is awesome, as is the closed entry for my vehicle. I also appreciate the motion lights and music. Lisa, the manager, is FABULOUS!!! She is so friendly and keeps the place in tip top shape! She deserves a raise!

Reserving the unit online was easy especially doing it remotely and unable to get to the office while it was open. Deven was especially helpful over the phone. I especially liked the cargo loading area so we could unload the trucks and trailers out of the rain.

Okay, place is clean for a storage facility and I like that its indoors. It appears there was a water problem of some kind as my bike had water marks around te tires and kickstand, but I use a skid to stack boxes on and nothing looked damaged luckily.

After having bad experiences with other storage unit companies, Jordan was phenomenal. He was very thorough with his overview of the facility and his customer service was impeccable. Not only did he make me feel secure in my decision in storing my items here, he also made me feel like a valued customer even before I signed my lease. Very clean establishment, I loved that they have carts to assist with your move, and the process was simple and fast. Thanks again Jordan at Redbank road.

The lady that work there called me in a very timely manner and was very kind and courteous. The website was easy to use and I could do everything online.When you reserve the unit online, all it tells you is that it will be $40 a month, which I was fine with. Pricing is very reasonable, but VERY misleading. What they dont tell you until you already have started to process is that they charge and extra 24 for administration fees, and extra 18 for a lock, and an extra 12 for mandatory insurance, totalling at $100 to move in.I have chosen not to use cubesmart due to the misleading information about price and the hidden fees. It is, however, a nice facility and the people are friendly.

I always received respectful and informative customer service. I never had to call a million times to find out the answer to something (HUGE pet peeve of mine). I only dealt with the store managers and it was always a pleasant experience.

Compared to other storage unit companies, Cube Smart provides extra value, plus the extra feature of climate controlled storage, which protects valuable electronics during extreme hot or cold weather.

Shortly after making my online reservation, I was called by Jordan, Branch Manager. I told Jordan I was on my way and he let me know they close at 6pm. I let him know I would be there before then. I arrived at 552pm and went to the desk to stated I had a reservation for today. I was told but we are closed. I mentioned I spoke with the branch manager that I would be arriving just before 6 and was assured that was fine and the employee would be ready to help me. You could tell the employee was frustrated with my arrival as he asked if I wanted to do the whole move in process. If arriving 8 minutes before closing is not acceptable, please adjust your closing time. I then waited over ten minutes for the employee to unlock my locker, as he was likely attending to closing duties before assisting a paying customer.

So far I have had a great experience. Clean place, staff is friendly and answered all my questions.

My boyfriend rented a U-Haul from Life Storage to move his apartment. The rates are affordable, the people are friendly, and the service was great. We could even pick up some bubble wrap and a mattress cover before leaving. Amie was very nice and even extended the end of our rental from 2 p.m. till 5 p.m. without additional charge (even though we ended up bringing the rental back prior to 2 p.m.) We will definitely rent from Life Storage again during our next move! Plus they offer free water to cool off after a day of moving in the heat! :)

I had to work harder than expected to get the rate I initially signed up for due to fluctuations, but its because theyre a new location and theyre working out the kinks in their system. But because theyre new, everything is clean and up to date. Very easy to access and I loved that I could just drive my car inside to unload! Do yourself a favor and dont try to buy a lock ahead of time though! Youll have to get one of theirs!

Facility is great. Customer service is a bit lacking. I reserved a unit online and was told to wait for a call from the office within 24 hours. 5 days later no call had happened. I tried to make another reservation (which happened to show a $6 discount from the previous week). After not receiving a call I went to the office to sign up. I was told they could not honor the new price since I had made a reservation under the old price. Considering they never held up their end of the reservation by calling me, as they indicated they would, I dont understand why they would hold the line on $6.

Perfect for small businesses. Im a small CPG company. I was looking for a solution that would have both office space and storage. I needed a dock for when our suppliers pull up semi-trucks with product. Life Storage has it all. Its an immaculate, shiny facility. Great rates and office space. After one visit I decided to move my companys HQ there. Im already very happy with my decision. The customer service is great too. Very nice people who are flexible and willing to be accommodating.

Lisa made it super easy to figure out what size storage unit I needed and gave me some great suggestions on how to store things properly and maximize the space.

The experience was good for the most part. Jamar was a nice young man and did all he needed to do in order for me to get my locker and key.He just needs someone to take the time to acquaint him regarding how to interact with clients when they come in. He didnt introduce himself or wear a name tag. I had to ask ... not professional.I asked what air cooled meant. He didnt give me a good answer. I still have no idea what it means and how it differs from climate control.When we did our walk through to the lockers, the first 2 he opened had a large metal pillar on the one half. Why would I want to pay for a 5 by 10 locker when 1/2 of it is blocked off with that?When he was entering my info into the program, he began telling me how much I would need to pay for insurance. He didnt ask if I already had a home policy. I had to interrupt him to tell him I did. He asked for my policy declaration page, but no-one had told me the day before that I should bring it along if I already had a home policy. So I had to go all the way home to get it and come back to finish. The person I reserved the locker with on the phone the evening before should have addressed that with me then to be sure I brought it along.Finally, I noticed there were U-Haul trucks parked outside and I asked if I could rent one in a few days. He didnt know anything about them.So, obviously, these kind of things dont instill confidence in people who are looking to use your services. Since your using mainly young college students or recent grads, maybe you could consider training / preparing them a little more.

Little dirty, but its the people that use this place who are just plain nasty.They need a full time cleaning crew.Have not seen any bugs yet but hopefully I dont..

Im so tired of coming and everything is broken the one door that works is always blocked. The windows are always broken and the last time i used a trolley the tires were flat. I rented a 6x12 Uhaul trailer from here first thing when they opened in the morning, and the gentleman that helped was quick and efficient. He even went out and helped hook up the trailer to my truck and did the light safety check even though it was raining out pretty good. I had a excellent experience and would gladly return again.

The life storage facility and team are absolutely awesome. The facility manager went above and beyond to ensure the space I selected was sufficient and that I understood all of the details associated with my space.

Constant nickel-and-diming. Dont fall for their free van scam, youll just end up paying about what you would if you got a UHAUL, but you wont find that out until the day you try to move. First month is free, but you have to pay for their special lock and their insurance. Cant set up auto-pay over the phone AND you cant set up auto-pay until your payment goes through so its easy to forget until next month... when you cant set up auto-pay until your next payment goes through. None of this would be so terrible if the customer service wasnt so miserable. We had both birds and mice get into our unit (we have pictures) and we could not get a single person to do anything about it. Were getting our stuff out at the end of this month and I recommend everyone avoid them. Im mystified at the positive reviews here.
