I didnt feel valued as a customer. I dont care for RUDE people either.

Took my bike there for a estimate on some work.. Told him what I thought was wrong.. And he did some unauthorized work on it.. Tried to charge me for it and storage.. I refuse to pay the high price and he sold my bike right from under me..

I had the worst experience I ever could have imagined. I was a previous customer so I thought this guy was great and a good small business owner. I had a set of tires installed on my SV650s at which time I tried to buy a set of sprockets and a new chain. He could not find the right chain / sprockets after he told me on the phone that he had everything I needed. I went ahead with the tire install knowing I would have to bring the bike back to get the chain and sprockets, had a Bike trip planned. I asked that if I could find them would he install and he quoted me a great price because I had just bought the tires and he said he would not charge me full labor rate. I returned two weeks later with the parts and he denied everything, then to top it off he tried to charge me full price for labor plus the price of the chain and sprockets like I was buying them from him!!!!! Forgot to mention the slamming of the door in my face as he walked back into the shop.This was my 3rd set of tires I purchased from this place - previous brake jobs and countless parts. I had even sent some of my Friends his way. Fast forward after the incident I went back to my close friend to tell him what happened and he said this Jerk tried to double charge him for a single tire install and he would never go back also. So much for the neighborhood business huh!Beware this shop is is crap!!!

Theyve been at this location for many many years and doing excellent job on your motorcycle.

Drove 45 minutes on 3 separate occasions during their posted business hours, all 3 times the door was locked with a we will return at... Sign out front. What a waste of time. Purchased here in the past. Probably not again tho.

Ive been getting my parts from Mike at Motorcycle Parts Outlet for more years than I care to admit. It is a great no frills shop where you get what you pay for without a lot of overhead expenses. I still take my bike there for service as does everyone in the group I ride with.For a great local business with fair practices and good prices I highly recommend MPO.

I was able to get a rear tire and chain replaced on my bike. Price was fair and work was done well.

Bought a 83 Honda v45 750 it sat around for 2 years, front and back brakes sticking and some other issues mike worked on the bike did a great job and fair price for all he did
