Arthur is fantastic. We are indecisive when it comes to purchases like this. Arthur was patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. Most importantly, he was not a “salesman” pushing us towards the more expensive models. He listened to our needs and steered us to the exact mattress that aligned with our needs. The delivery process is also great. 72 hours after swiping our credit card, the bed will be delivered and the old one removed!

Among the various different mattress stores we visited, this location was by far the most accommodating store we visited. Wendy and Arthur were fantastic and went above and beyond what we expected to have us as a customer. We will be recommending this location to any friends or family that are in the market.Edit: After confirming multiple times in store for delivery after 5pm, (I was told delivery goes until 7pm) I received a call confirming delivery for 9a-11a. I called the store and spoke with an associate that said its already on the truck, enroute and nothing that could be done. If Im not there for delivery it goes back to the warehouse and gets rescheduled for another delivery date. I work normal business hours and asked specifically (multiple times) for a delivery after 5pm. I dont want to downplay the customer service we received in store, however I would appreciate better communication from the employees if a specific delivery time is not guaranteed.

This was our third and FINAL place on our journey to find a mattress. Our special accommodation was trying to find a mattress for someone who is 68, which is not easy, by all means. We were greeted at the door with smiling faces and we were immediately helped in finding the mattress of our dreams. The staff was very knowladgeable about their suppliers and products, along with being hands on with every mattress we tested. The team worked great together in helping each costumer that walked in the door. And out of all else, they were able to provide us with the best deal that including free delivery!! Mattress purchased in May was failing by July. They replaced it through warranty, I even paid to upgrade. They informed me that I had to pay for delivery, even though i didnt pay for delivery on the original purchase. The only options given to me in order to avoid this charge, was to take the mattress to a warehouse in Louisville, or to the manufacturing facility in New Jersey. I shouldnt have had any costs passed on to me for a product that failed so quickly and neither the store or the corporate customer service department would help. Replacement arrives Wednesday. I truly hope this will be the end of my interaction with Sleep outfitters. Will never do business with them again.Update 10/31/2018Im now on my 3rd mattress and 2nd foundation (Sealy). This one is now beginning to fail in the same manner as the first two. I purchased a new bed frame with much more support across the bottom to rule out anything on my side of things causing this issue and it still occurred. Sleep Outfitters still refuses to issue a refund and has directed me to Sealy for further steps. I will update how that goes.
