Jack is a life saver!!! I honestly CANNOT say enough great things about this company. DO NOT look anywhere else. Jack is honest, true to his word, and really looks out for his customers. My husband and I had a horrible experience with another furniture company who promised a patio furniture delivery and after 3 months still had not followed through on their delivery or promise. I called Cincinnati Patio in hopes they may have something in stock so we could have furniture for a big outdoor surprise party we were hosting THIS WEEKEND. I called on Monday and Jack had furniture delivered to my home on Friday (the EXACT furniture I wanted and had waited more than 3 months for from the other company). Jack saved the day for us. We now have furniture for our daughter’s surprise party. If you are hesitating about whether or not Jack can deliver what he says he can deliver….. don’t!!!! I will absolutely refer everyone I know to this company and I will be a repeat customer. Jack, if you are reading this….. from the bottom of my heart THANK YOU!!!!!! We were out shopping for new furniture for our deck, we were going to Home Depot and spotted Cincinnati Patio. We stopped and looked at his selection. Jack was very knowledgeable, not pushy, and really patient. Plus, he has a great selection. We went elsewhere looking at a couple other stores and ended up coming back to Cincinnati Patio, and bought a set. They delivered next day and we absolutely love our purchase. Thanks Jack!!! We’ve been shopping for patio furniture all summer with no luck. This place has so much in stock and same day delivery. You couldn’t ask for better a better deal or customer service.

Jack was so helpful. I think I miscommunicated the chairs I wanted with my patio set, and he was right on top of fixing it. The delivery was next day, and the guys picked up every piece of trash from the set which I can really appreciate. The candy dish in the store was an extra perk for my kids. Will for sure check there for any other furniture needs!

Honestly the customer service here is just amazing. Very friendly man, got me approved in 5 minutes and I was out of the door with a smile 10 minutes after. I just bought my couch today and it is supposedly going to be delivered by tonight! I’m definitely going to recommend this place to all of my friends. My husband and I went to just check out what he had in store and we really needed a new beset. An we found one and he got us setup quickly and had our order to us within 2 weeks and delivered it and the guys carried it up our steps! Loved the customer service and the price was awesome! If I could give a business -6 I would. Absolutely horrendous. Rude and unprofessional owner, makes threats and flies off handle when all red flags point toward a scam and doesnt know where the truck carrying our purchase is for 4 weeks straight, when a 2 week delivery promise was made, he couldnt even locate the truck for 4 whole weeks!! Gives us a suggestion in writing that he will refund our money and then gets mad when accused of being an extremely wishy washy salesman and says he doesnt have to abide by any statement he made because its in contract that there are no refunds. We called a lawyer and had them on the phone ready to bring him to court because you confessed IN WRITING he would overlook the refund rule and then he decided to refund us our $800, instead of getting served in court. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

We bought a sectional in the middle of remodeling and of course it always takes longer than expected (remodeling) and he has been very patient about us changing delivery timesBut after the sectional was delivered it just didn’t look good in our living room we needed to switch a piece out So I called Jack and he said no problem!! Just like that! No 20 phone calls explaining what we wanted to do, just ok if I don’t have it in stock I will order it and it will be here ASAP! Just like that Very easy to communicate with him! WOULD NOT BUY ANYTHING AGAIN. Placed order and was given a day of delivery. Guy called and said it will be delayed. That day came and he called again with another delay. 4 delays later we got half our sectional and was told our wedge would come in the next few days. Those days came and he never called so we did and he said it came in damaged so it would take another week or so. Hasnt called us again and I just called to see where it was and he said it just came in today so it will be delivered today or tomorrow. TERRIBLE.

My wife and i have been looking to replace our matress for a while now..... But due to bad credit and not alot of money we couldnt. Stoped by here no credit check was approved for a new very nice mattress jack was very patient as it took us about 40 min to pick a mattress we would be happy with till it was time for a new one we also picked out some bunk beds for our kids too he worked with the company to get us approved for even more to buy the kids new beds to. We will be going here for all of our future funiture purchases mattress, couches, tables, fridges, stoves hes got it all.

We were shopping at Home Depot and passed this store and noticed the bunk beds. The kids have been wanting them forever and decided to go in. After speaking with jack we not only got a great deal, someone delivered them and set them up within an hour and a half. Unbelievable turn around, thanks.

I’ve been mattress shopping for a couple weeks for a queen bed for my guest room. Came across MbA on Facebook. I was a skeptical but I went to the website and made an appointment. Met Jack who walked me through the options. He was great to deal with and it was overall a really great experience. I will go back for my next mattress. I bought in cash so I can’t speak to the finance options.

This place is a fantastic place to buy your furniture. Jack, the owner treated us with great respect and his staff was terrific. We bought sunroom furniture on Thursday night and on Friday it was delivered and set up by his delivery men. Just to mention we live in Rising Sun, In. and his business is on the east side of town.Try doing that with some of these big companies and youll get a response like it will be 4 - 6 weeks before we can get it delivered to you Not with Jack, most everything he sells can be delivered quickly. Gotta love the small businesses who really do appreciate your business. We also bought 2 bedroom nightstands while we were out there. We will be looking again at his place for a bedroom set. Just wish there were more companies like this out there.
