Went in for a crush washer for a steel hydraulic line, and was in there for over an hour. Slow customer service

Very helpful and great work. Small business allowing personal service to assure a correct work order. Operate local pressure washing buisness and we go through hoses averaging 10 new 100ft pressure hose per year. Instead of trashing a blown hose repair for 10-20 and use for several months.

Friendly people and it seems like they have a dedicated staff for walk ins. The hydraulic line on my garden tractor developed a leak over the weekend. I brought the old hose in and within 20 mins I was on my way for a fair price and a brand new line! This place is now my go to for anything hydraulic or specialty fittings.

Called ahead and was told that they could do 37 deg. double flare. Drove the hour there with old hydraulic line in hand. Waited an hour for the new part. The new part had 37 deg single flares. I told them it needed a double flare and that was the only reason I went to them as I could have done the single flare myself. I was told by the technician that double flares are old style and no longer done and that they could not do a double flare and that double flares are not required for high pressure hydraulic lines. After getting back to the office I looked this up on the internet to find out that double flares are required for high pressure hydraulic lines, thus the technician lied. So they lied about the capability and the requirements. Now they have not only lost any future personal business from me but also any future business with the company that I work for. Regards, Roger
